So my exhaust fan in my kitchen stopped working. Thomas rigs the whole hood and replaced the Original motor with a motor that belongs to a lawnmower. WHAT THE HECK RIGHT!?When I requested him to come back and look at the exhaust fan he never replied.Paid $500 for a lawnmower motor!

Horrible professionalism!! I was told that they would show up on a Thursday between 9 - 11 and they would call first. NEVER showed up, never called and NEVER returned my call from a message asking what happened. Must not need the business. Will never try to use them again.
