Super helpful and understanding! I dropped my phone on the asphalt cracking it, a month ago. They did a great job for a reasonable price, significantly lower price than other stores. Defiantly recommend it!
Guy at the counter just looks at you, ask if they can fix an S10+, he just says we dont have the screen, it would be over $440. He had told my wife the same thing when she stopping by the month before with a different phone. Doesnt even stand up.

No matter who is working at this store, they are the best. They are so helpful. The make sure that you actually NEED the repair or new part before just doing it and making you pay for something you didnt really need anyway. They take time to do this, so even though you may have to stand in line for a little while, it is worth it knowing that you are next and that you will also be getting personalized service with technicians who know what they are doing. And if they dont know for sure, they ask somebody who does.
I went to the wrong shop, but they could do the repair and honored the other guys price.They repaired my samsung s20 plus phone screen, did a great job and were done in 20 minutes!

Scheduling the appt. to replace the screen on my iphonewas easy. I went to the store on date and time that I was scheduled. The person who helped me was polite and friendly. He told me to give him 45 minutes to get the new screen on. I came back to the store about and hour later. The guy told me everything was working. The phone looked new again and I was happy and left the store.It wasnt until a couple of hours later that I actually had to use my phone that I found out something was wrong. The phone would only work on speaker. However, I was in my car and figured something was with the sync and did nt really think anything of it. Later at night at work while at work the phone was not working. I could not hear anyone nor could they hear me unless the phone was on speaker. Pretty disappointing since the phone was working when I took it in and only replacing the screen. Nothing I could do since it was after hours.The next day the phone still wasnt working and it was my day off. So I called and explained to the guy on the phone what was happening. He tells me something got bent or broke while replacing the screen and to bring it in and theyll replace it. So I brought it in and was told to give them 20 minuets or so. I came back about 40 minutes later and they handed me my phone and now there were black dead spots on the screen. I asked the guy that this was not there when I brought it in and it was unacceptable. The guy tells me it is just a press marks due to taking the screen off and dont affect the function of the phone. I told the guy that was not going to fly since I paid $118 to get the screen replaced and if they cant do the job without breaking something maybe they should not be working on phones. The manager came out from the back and said he would get it fixed, but it would take another 45 minuets. So now I had to waste even more time of my day off.Moral of the story....Dont take your phone her to get fixed.
