So Many Compliments!!!! I got these done yesterday and have gotten 10 compliments on them already. The ladies are nice enough and my appointment was on time! Which is hard to find these days in the nail world.

This place is horrible. First impression of the place: old, run down, dated equipment and not clean. But I decided to give it a try because I’m new to the area. Every time I made an appointment for a time, I end up waiting at least a half hour before they take me. They are not nice when you want in. Why be in a customer service job when you aren’t friendly? I found a girl here that is amazing at doing my nails, which we all know it’s hard to find, but the customer service from the main lady made me not care about how good my nails looked. Best practice for the business would be make appointments for times they actually can take people. I could run this place better than they could.

My acrylic nails were too thick and it was painful having my French tips put on, but the artist was nice. Maybe she was just having an off day

Called ahead 4 pm scheduled. I arrived on time. 25 minutes later Im acknowledged by staff asking what I am here for then the mgr yells go wash your hands! I wasnt sure who she was talking to 3 others waiting for 4 pm appointment. I washed my hands sat back down and waited 15 more minutes for her to ask what coLor I want. 5 pm, 3 employees 1 is working her way down a row of 3 women nails, mgr putting gel nails on 1 of the other 4 pm appointment I left! Went to Sassy nail down the street. Who were polite acknowledged me immediately! RUDE!! Take away point! TLC is not what you get at this salon!!

This was the most painful experience I have ever had in a nail salon. My fingers were burning! She had alot of people calling and walking in, so maybe she was just distracted. Ill probably give it a second try. Maybe shes really good and just had a bad day? They did have alot of customers, so Ill give it a bennifit of the doubt. I must admit though that my nails are twice as thick as they should be.

First time here to try gel nail polish. Love it! The lady was great!

The lady who owns this place is rude and disprespectful, she does nails way to fast and always ends up hurting my cuticles.

I would give tHis place a Zero if I could. Called and try to make appointment for noon. The lady said 10:30am and got my name before I could tell her it doesn’t work for me she hang up. Very rude customer service

I will not be back.Made an appointment a week in advance for two pedicures, I specified I wanted them at the same time.They had us sit in cold water while they did other customers, massage was less than 3 minutes, polish was terrible and when I asked her to fix it she had an even worse attitude than she did from the start. They also use the same nail file on everyone. 🤮Never again.

Just what I needed. Didnt know I needed an appointment but was fit in for an appointment really quickly. Thank you again!

They never keep appointment times, dont even know why they pretend to do it. Place is dirty yet require you to wash your hands and wear a mask...clean that place!! I wont be back

My nails were 60$ and way too bulky

I’m one of those people who are very picky about their nails but for $40 I should get what I want. When I asked for two little requests about the shape of my nail I was laughed at and told “I’m getting there” followed by several “Jesus Christ” under her breath. I’ve had other girls this salon and had great experiences but I won’t go back now knowing I could possibly get her again. I believe her name was Terri.Just wanted to let you know once I got home I filed my own nails and re painted them to my liking since my requests weren’t taken into consideration

Went in to have two chips fixed the day after having fill and color on my nails.I watched as tools that were used to clip skin around my nails and tools to remove polish and work around my cuticle were repackaged in the paper envelope that the “sterile instruments “ come in. When he finished the repair on my nails I watched in silence as he put them back on the cart (only package on it) and push the cart over to a woman who had just sat down to get a pedicure. I watched for a moment “thinking he won’t do it...that’s gross “ with that he picks up the package and acting like they are clean and sterile puts them on a towel. He picks up her foot and grabs an instrument.... and I say “excuse me! You are not going to use the same tools on her as you just did on me..are you? “ “oh no..no.... I just used the one tool to change your color.” I looked at the woman who looked very upset. I said “you used 3 of the tools”He then while not talking English... walked in the back talking to every other employee and got a “clean” set.The woman said thank you.I went to Regal for years and years- until they had a screaming match while doing my nails. I was the only one in there at the time. They threw items and called each other names. Then she refused to finish my nails. He walked out of store. I stood there dumbfounded. Then she charged me!!! I was to dumbfounded to even respond. But no tip. I thought maybe VIP was going to be my new place- but now wondering what kind of nail fungus I’ve got going on thanks to their cleanliness issues!!! Daughter and I are both looking for another new nail place. Sigh!

The service was friendly and they did an amazing job on my nails. The design was even better than I thought and the nails were not too thick or too thin. They listened to what I wanted and delivered. If you havent tried this place before I would definitely recommend it.

Wife gets her nails done here and I get my feet done here friendly and service is usually quick dont have issues with cleanliness or anything like that...a lot better at nails I believe than sassy nails

I went here to get a pedicure...and I will never be returning for another. It was horrible. We had to wait a long time. Then she cut the side of my toe nails and was pulling it back and it was extremely painful. (I have never had a place do this before. And it was not my cutical bed.) The next morning my left big toe hurt and was red. Found out my toe is infected..i have never had an infection from a pedicure before. Until now..

This used to be a super nice place but over the years it’s honestly gone so far downhill.

Not very friendly or TLC-ish, however the young nail tech was pleasant and did a nice job on my gel manicure. I’m happy with the finished product/service.The lady greeting incoming clients at the nail table on the left was doing nails and greeting and WAS NOT friendly and a few of the older women working there seemed angry and uptight.

I took my daughter here for a surprise, and a gift. We walk in, the lady asked what did I need, I said a full set, she said sorry, we are closed. If you are closed, why are the doors not locked while you are working on the last customers, and then why would you ask me what I need if its closed. These people will never see a dime of my money. So unprofessional, and completely disgusting. I would like to file a complaint more than just on here.

I haven’t gone to get my nails done in forever and when I decided to do it before my vacation I chose TLC. A friend and I went in for pedis and full sets. Pedis were awesome! No complain there. The full sets though, at least with my experience it was horrible. Lady cut the right length but when it was time to shape into coffin she just used a random small scissor and cut the edges. Didn’t even check to see if it was the right shape or not, then went on about putting the acrylic which was super thick on my nail, tried shaping it, looked worse. At the end my nails looked crooked, some shorter than others, NO WHERE near the shape I wanted and súper thick. Had to reshape them at home because I was so unhappy. I will never get nails done at that place, very disappointed. I could of done a better job at home, should have done it at home.

The wait can be frustratingly long, however its always worth the wait! Pedicures are always great no matter who does them and I have never been disappointed with my gel manicures!

The woman asked me if I wanted a design on my toenails, I said no, and she still drew it, and honestly, it looks terrible. Also, she didn’t do a very good job of putting the nail polish on all of my nails, like there are spots on the sides that look terrible. As she was filing and using her tools on my fingernails, she pricked me with one of them and it hurt the whole time she was doing my nails!! We put hydrogen peroxide on it after and there were so many bubbles!!! (If you don’t know, the bubbles clean out the germs.) I was practically crying after it happened as I was in so much pain. Also, we were at the salon for almost 3 hours and were waiting for half of it!

Nails look good but everything else not so great sorry to say.
