I went to Lords N Ladies for the first time yesterday. I had an acrylic fill done on my nails by Hannah. I had an awful experience at the place I had them done before so I was there to have them filled and fixed. Hannah listened to me express my concerns and what I wanted from the minute I sat down. My nails turned out absolutely incredible and Hannah was amazing! Her attention to detail was fantastic. I could not stop smiling after she was done! I have already booked my next two appointments with Hannah. The front reception desk was also so very friendly and helpful.

It was my first time being there since my old salon had closed down. I dont pay much attention to the way I look, so I was long over due for an eyebrow waxing. The salon receptionist was very friendly and got me in within 2 hours! The salon was very clean and looked newly updated. Gina was so sweet at helping me fix my eyebrows. We talked about my personal interests and she gave me tips on how to treat my sensitivities! Ive never had such a great experience. She also was the first stylist to make it so my eyes dont water during my waxing! 10/10. Definitely going back there for more services in the future.

It was a very pleasant experience - our nail techs were super nice, friendly, and engaging. I typically do not like people messing with my toenails, but there was nothing about my pedi that I didnt like!

Listen,Ashley is the one you need to see guy or gal. She is Fantastic and she has been cutting my hair for years. (her fade is strong) she has military cut experience (marine husband) and she can pretty much make your hair look exactly as you wish. Give it a go its worth it.

First time there. Nice and clean. Customers separated and its a busy place. Areas cleaned immediately after being used. My appointment was on time and done quickly and neatly. Will definitely be going back.

The first who did my hair royally messed up and I paid more because she was supposed to be a master it was nothing like what I wanted. Then I went in for a consultation there to see if a different stylist would fix it for free. I basically had to haggle with that lady just for them to redo their screw-up. As a matter of fact, the only reason they are getting any stars is because they did have a different stylist fix my hair and he did a magnificent job! He was great to talk to and very professional. I also went there another time for a wedding and the hairstylist rocked my hair but then did the worst makeup job. long story short, you are drawing straws when you come here.

They did a good job on the coloring (got blonde highlights) but I just got like a straight across trim and it was super crooked!! Also they charged $215 WHICH IS CRAZY to me I have never paid over 140 to get my hair done!! Needless to say will not be going back. Very disappointing.

Not the happys, cost 38.00 plus 5 tip for cutting my toe nails with no color. Plus Im a senior citizen.

I enjoy my once a month visit getting color, cut and usually a basic manicure with Amber. She does a great job. But, the salon is always so cold it takes away from an enjoyable experience. Wish something could be done about that----I wear a sweater or fleece but I am still cold.

After a horrible experience at a different salon in Green Bay, I made an appointment to get a haircut. The receptionist scheduled me with Cheryl as this was my first time at the salon. She was fantastic! She kept up conversation, listened to my wants and also was careful with my previous experience (completely fried hair) and was careful with what products she used. I will most definitely be coming again! Great experience!

The sideline cuts for men is always nice. Sign in and have a seat. Theyll be with you shortly stylists are very talented and knew exactly what I wanted even with my hard to understand description. I have been going to Michelle Smaxswell for at least 10 years for massages. She always gave a good massage, however, I feel that she has perfected her technique over the years. She knows her clients and what they like. I had the best 90 minute massage from her yesterday. She really worked out some kinks. Thanks Michelle. I want to add that all the staff are professional and well trained.

Always get a great hair cut here! I absolutely love the atmosphere, and the Redkin Shampoo has an outstanding scent. Cost isnt very pricey, but the quality of the work is outstanding. Definitely a great hair salon. Love the Mens walk in. Certainly makes it convenient. Thank you Lords and Ladies!

Construction/remodel has taken forever - I go to a Salon to relax and be pampered. For months it was noise, dirt, construction workers - this last time was simply not finished walls, pails (and other materials) shoved into a corner, in addition to the cramped quarters. This is not a cheap salon by any means, and Ive had all I can take. It wont get better.

I had a wonderful experience getting my hair cut here. Im alwa y nervous getting my cut the first time at a new place cause you never no if your going to get the hair you want cause they didnt listen to you. Thats happened to me. This lady was wonderful listen and she was very personable I relaxed right away. There shop is cute inside the sale hair products and jewellery. I well go back again.

I have been going to Lords N Ladies for a couple of years now. The staff is wonderful, and very friendly. They have a lot to offer there, nails, tanning, massages, spa pedicures, manicures, you name it they can do it. I wouldnt go any where else they do excellent work! I highly recommend them.

Bittersweet for all us dudes.Great haircuts usually, Ive never had any real issues.Looooooong waits. Its inconvenient to go unless youre off of work or have nothing to do the rest of the day. Even if the line isnt long, theres usually only one person working when they could use two, and so on. Haircuts usually last about 15 to 20 minutes..so if theres only one person working, and your in a hurry, you might as well leave if the line is even as high as two people deep.Otherwise, great place!

Ive gone a few times for spa services and was treated like a queen. Left there feeling amazing! The massage was great and she found all of my problem areas!

I have been a customer of Lords N Ladies for several years using their tanning and spa services. The facility is well kept and clean and the services are second to none. I would highly recommend.

Sidelines cuts can be very convenient for your men/boys needs. Occasionally there can be a wait, but its first come, first serve and you can usually get out within an hour.

Absolutely terrible. Used to love this place, it would be the only place I would go to get my hair cut. But recently every time I’ve gotten an awful haircut. Stylists don’t listen, just do whatever they think will look best. NOT going there again.

Never had a bad hair cut here, ladies cutting are very nice and can have a good conversation while still doing a great job.

Took my son to get his hair cut and the lady that cut his hair cut his neck all the way around the hair line! he was bleeding all the way around i took pictures and they wouldnt do anything! they said they would give him a free haircut nxt time. like my 15 yr old is going to want to come back here after this! bs! they didnt even care making up excuses saying o maybe it was the clippers they r old and she needs new ones. ok really cuz y the hell didnt she stop when she saw him bleeding instead of continuing all the way around. like hello common sense!

Ive been here 3 times and had horrible experiences all 3 times. The first time I went was for my Senior pictures, I wanted the lady to curl my hair and she rushed to finish quicky. I dont pay for that type of service and I did not tip her, I couldve done a better job myself. The second time I went there the lady at the desk must have gotten dumped by her boyfriend because she went off on me saying they were about to close. The third time I went there I asked for LONG LAYERS. The lady just did a straight cut. Never going there again, thats for sure.

Went for an eyebrow and lip waxing. Thought everything got waxed only to come home with the same amount of hair I walked in there with. There should be no reason I have to pluck my eyebrows after paying $26 to have them waxed. Very disappointed.
