Quality in their products is very poor, we are forced to use this company by the company I work for. We have a local embroidery business that does a great job and a fair price. I feel towsleys is just in to big of a hurry to get the next customer through and just doesn’t care about quality. When you try and get issues resolved, good luck getting a hold of anyone there. When the miracle of someone actually answering their phone there happens, don’t hold your breath because they will have now idea about anything going on and will put you on hold until the system automatically hangs up.

I have been ordering from them for many years, and am going to expand the products I get from them because of the fair pricing and the fantastic service. They really know how to take care of their customers!
