Great place to go start a new chapter......May not be an end all of stops on your journey finding that perfect fit job wise but who knows everyone is different just like with anything, anywhere, you get out what you put in. Respect is earned and shouldnt ever be given if you feel entitled, go work for yourself if you want more. The pay isnt great but is far from horrible, as well as a healthy and clean atmosphere Orion Energy Systems may be a stop on your personal work journey......be ready to work!!!!! You are the light! .....You will only be as valuable as your attitude dictates, your compassion for others shows through, the ability to have as well as see and use empathy and understanding. With that being said use it in such a way youve never been able to before and maybe it will lswitch your perspective or a narrative that will illuminate youre life not just the dim lit path you move forward daily, but how to use it as your own personal growth that will stay with you and radiate a glow you cant be anything but proud of. No room for growth as a temp. You are stuck at 12.50 and when production slows down they let you go without warning. Place sucks

Horrible staffing and employees that do work there have attitudes. Recovery departments trash. So are the people on the line.
