I had my teeth pulled and with all the stuff the staff has to do.They were all accommodating to my needs. I am in a wheelchair and they did a much work as they could with me sitting in my chair. When Dr Brian pulled my teeth he was very gentle and very careful not to do any damage in my mouth. He did such a good job that I didnt realize they were all pulled when he was done. I got there for my appointment at 10:00 a.m. and I was back in my car at 10:30 a.m. I would say that was a very good time to pull my teeth.The Manitowoc Aspen dental is a great place to go. Everyone that works there is very friendly and caring.

My wisdom tooth extraction went smoothly thanks to Dr. Boston and his assistants. They were professional and very helpful on giving informative insights on the condition of my teeth and gum. Overall I appreciate their service.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Aspen Dental in Manitowoc. My appointment was at 4:00 pm & they tried to move my appointment earlier twice. They are supposed to be open until 5:00 pm. As soon as I got there I could tell they were just trying to get out of there quickly. The front desk staff was not friendly. She tried to charge me $50 at check in and I asked for what? She said flouride, I let her know that I do not get flouride and she said in a rude way “you can talk to them about that in back”. My hygienist then gave me the flouride treatment rub without being told or asked if I want that like I always have been asked in the past. In the past it has always been a flouride rinse to, so I knew what it was and was able to decline. The front desk then asked me for the $50 after my visit and I explained I didn’t even know I was even given flouride nor was I asked if I wanted it. I ended up paying with no apology or good customer service care whatsoever. Overall, very bad experience and I will not be going back. I know almost all dental insurance companies do not cover flouride and consent should ALWAYS be asked before receiving it especially when I say I do not want it at the time of my visit. Makes me wonder how many people this actually happens too. I have been going there for 4-5 years so it’s disappointing that I will be changing.

Went in for my first check up in probably 4 years. Did a full examination and was able to fill all of my cavities that same day a few hours later. Dentist was very kind and calming and made sure to give me a break if I needed it. Helped me relax during a panic attack and made sure I had no pain during the procedure. 100% will be going back for more care

I have a full blown phobia of dentists. The thought of anyone putting anything metal in my mouth takes me to my knees. The staff was extremely kind and understanding. They explained everything they were doing at all times. Dr Warrens and his assistant were patient, kind and understanding. I ended up having 2 molars extracted. I will go back to them without hesitation. Thank you for helping me.

Everytime I have gone, they have tried to sell me something. I have anxiety regarding dental visits as it is and listening to a sales pitch does not help. I definitely will not be returning.

When choosing Aspen I had initially had some trepidation as it looks like a corporate structure, possibly cookie cutter. I had been used to small dental practices so I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very professional. The staff is well trained obviously with customer service in mind. I like the fact costs were laid out prior to service. That I got an appt right away was a huge bonus and that my follow ups are within 2 weeks is even better. Im used to we can fit you in in 2 months, while my teeth rot away...It was a great experience which is an oxymoron for going to the dentist.

I’ve always been fearful of dental work, and Aspen Dental put me at ease the minute I walked in the door. Their team made sure I was their top priority during my visit. They were prompt, very professional, and the service was outstanding. The Doctor spoke at length with me developing my plan of care, answered all my questions, and reviewed all my options with me. I had multiple extractions, and was fir for dentures in the same visit! My dentures are very comfortable, and suit me well. It was much more affordable than I had anticipated, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental!

Awful. Felt like an assembly line, just in and out, and that was before Covid. After they re-opened, I went in to have cavities taken care of. First, I had to wait in the chair for a half an hour while the dentist attended to other patients. Then, it was an hour and half in the chair, and one of my cavities is still not dealt with. I went back a week later to have more work done and sat 45 minutes in the chair while the dentist attended to other patients, again, with no one to come by and tell me how long it would be, until I finally left out of frustration. I took off work and used part of a vacation day for the appointment, but just couldnt sit waiting there. Also, they required copay at the time of the appointment, and then charged me more after the work was done. I thought transparency regarding billing was part of what they offered, but not in my case. Atrocious customer service.

I am TERRIFIED of Dentists. Thats why my teeth are in such bad shape. I walked in..the front end staff were cheerful..treated me well without being condescending..made me feel like great! Then..I faced the Dentist. Within 15 minutes I was more than relaxed..He never made me feel bad about my teeth, he understood my fear..and talked about the treatment plan. I couldnt be more relaxed about it now. I am looking forward to completing my treatment with this guy!! I am thrilled with the Aspen Dental folks in Manitowoc Wisconsin!

I went in for a broken tooth. The evaluation was quick and the staff was friendly. They fixed it in a timely manner. The only issue I had was them not being able to take state insurance. Other than that I think it’s a great place.

I called ahead to make sure they accept my insurance. I get to my appointment they don’t know how to look up my insurance even though I called ahead to verify they accept it and know how to look it up. I had to call my insurance to talk to the receptionist directly which put me almost 20 minutes past my appointment time. I am brought back to the X-ray room where the woman tells me she is new. Which is fine right we all start somewhere. The panoramic X-ray goes fine then we go in the little room for the smaller xrays. This woman fumbled around dropped the tool that takes the photos not one not two but 3 times. She doesn’t even know how to position the plastic piece to take an X-ray of my teeth. I had approximately 25 xrays taken of my mouth half of which she could not get pictures of my actual teeth. She told me COVID 19 is such a shame because she could not finish school but they still let her graduate. My goodness I got up and apologized to the staff but I needed to get out of there. I was terrified! Just an absolute waste of time and effort. I will never ever ever return

I have just moved from California, and one of my biggest worries was finding a dentist I liked; the dentist and staff at this location are very welcoming, warm, and genuine. After coming here twice, I can safely say that I prefer this dentist to my dentist back home!

I got upper dentures 1.5 yrs a go and had issues of teeth falling out randomly ive had other set of dentures for 10 plus yrs before having issue, recommend shopping around before going to aspen!!

I just moved to Wisconsin and I ended up getting an infected tooth so I went in for antibiotics the staff were super nice but after waiting in hour n half the dentist finally came in and instead of looking at my records to see Ive always had horrible teeth he sat the and kept implying that I was a meth addict and that I just came in to get pain killers Ive never been treated so horrible in my life I will never be returning to this Aspen EVER AGAIN!!! and I dont recommend anyone else does either

I had to wait for my appointment, seemed like there might have been a scheduling mix up but once I got in, everyone was extremely kind, efficient and knowledgeable. Everyone of the 4 people who I saw that day also apologized for the delay. I feel very confident in their capable care.

Wonderful hygienist and doctor

My wife called and got a same day appointment. When I got there, within a few minutes I was in a chair and being treated. My upper dentures were missing two teeth, and by the time I left an hour later, they were both replaced! Awesome staff, great dentist, and unbelievably efficient. Highly recommend these folks for any dentistry.

Had a dental emergency due to a tooth that had been pulled but still having pain a week later. Went in twice and treated me for dry socket and that helped ease the pain. Have a bone sticking up there as well but was returning home and having my regular dentist treat me . Very pleased with treatment.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a rather long wait due to unforeseen circumstances, but staff did everything they could to speed the process along. Several payment options were offered for my treatments.

TERRIBLE experience. Went to get cavities filled, they quoted on $180 out of pocket. After appointment, it took roughly two months for my insurance to go through. They threatened to send my bill to collections while my insurance was still pending, after I already paid them what they quoted me out of pocket. Once my insurance went through, I found out that they put the wrong fillings into my teeth that were not covered under my network. I had an $880 bill. After paying roughly $600, they cleared the final $178 off my bill. On top of that, the fillings they put in fell out or they didn’t fill them enough because my teeth are even more sensitive and worse off than before I had them filled. They offered to fix them for free but this isn’t the first time they’ve drastically messed my bill up so I don’t trust them anymore. One star for the super sweet secretary that had to put up with my attitude for two months and one star for the regional manager for clearing my bill after the manager quit the week prior. Unfortunately, will never go back.I’m hoping, now that Rebecca quit, their professionalism gets better. I’m definitely not the only one they’ve messed up on bills with before.

Went in for my first time and was treated with the greatest respect. I went in for a pain in 1 tooth and they checked over my entire mouth! They gave me options and were willing to work with me so I could get my procedures done at a timely matter! I was happy they could schedule me so fast!

My overall experience at Aspen was great. I put off getting dental work done for a long time and they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. It is not very often when people can say they dont mind going to the dentist and I enjoyed it. I had root canals, fillings, crowns and cleanings done and within a few months I had smiles for miles. I was very worried going to the dentist; it was 8 years since I last went. I had a tooth ache and needed to get in right away. They were very accommodating getting me in to see the Dentist. Everyone there, that I met, was very nice and couous especially Jenna. She was so thoughtful and was bright and cheerful from the moment I saw her till left the facility. Thank you for making my first visit a successful one!My next visit was not as good the next time around. Waited way too long. People were friendly but I could tell they were all being rushed. I finally stated that I had to leave (after waiting for one hour) and then they took care of my needs. I was very late getting back to work.

Its been four years since Iv last seen a dentist. The fear of out knowing is what scares me and also I dont like the thought of someone judging me and possibly saying that I don t brush/ or floss enough especially being that Im 24.A month ago I decided to make the much needed check up. I called to make the appointment, the phone operator was very friendly and patient. It was quick and simple. I had no trouble finding the location. I arrived to a beautiful, comfortable environment.After I checked in I was called in to do my x-rays by a amazingly wonderful D.A. She was very knowledgeable, she explained what we were doing step by step. She was very sweet and made me very comfortable we even chatted about my daughter.I wont go into details about the results of my exam, but Im very please with my overall experience there and when my daughter has teeth I will be taking her there as well.

Everyone in the Manitowoc office is friendly, courteous and professional!! I always dread going to the dentist, but am comfortable there. That was my first review (March 2016) This is my second review. (September 2016) Still am very, very pleased with all aspects of care. Highly recommend!!!

I hate going to the dentist! I havent been to the dentist in 15 years!! This place is AWESOME!! I can t say enough good things! My experience was 5 star from start to finish!! It started online searching for a dentist. I was able to book my appointment flawlessly online, with the ability to see what days and times were open easily. They sent a confirmation email. Asking to fill out the paperwork before my visit. No Problem! I like to be prepared and most of the information I needed was at home. The day before my appointment a nice lady called to confirm my insurance coverage. She was professional and to the point. The day of the appointment: I was greeted by another lady and she was able to get me checked in simply. She told me they were able to have all my insurance needs pre approved. Whew! Less headaches for me! The next lady who had me took all my x rays. She was patient and kind and told me how to cope with my gag reflex. The next lady I seen took a look at my teeth and relaid notes to the x ray lady. AGAIN, very kind and patient!! Did i mention I havent been to a dentist in 15 Years? I drink a lot of coffee and smoke. You can imagine, my teeth are stained. Heres the great thing. I wasnt be-littled or beat up about my lack of dental care in the past, and not about my personal habits either. I appreciated that more than anything. My Body, My Choices. And not one person at this office made me feel bad about that. Ok, so next in comes the DR. What a great, kind, patient, considerate man!! He double checked everything I was having issues with. He didnt find anything wrong except for tooth sensitivity. So he put some gel on it and was so careful not to get any on my tongue. I wasnt planning on getting a cleaning.....BUT....they had a opening and things were going good, so I subjected myself to a bit of torch er (in my opinion). This is the part I hate the most!! The Tech was, AGAIN, so kind, gentle, patient. And to top it all off she did the most AWESOME job on my teeth! As far as I can see she got so much of the staining off and my teeth have never looked better! I dont believe the last time I was at a dentist the Tech did as nice of a job! As much as I hate the whole experience at the dentist office, I WILL be making another appointment in 6 months! Highly Recommended!!

First visit...new pt. There 15 min prior to appt. Waited 25 min after scheduled appt to get called back. 1 1/2 hrs there. Made next appt for cleaning & a filling. Just disappointed in the long wait and no sence of urgency on their part. Being a new pt....didnt make a good first impression. 😔

Went for cleaning, was advised to see a periodontist. I planned on a implant bridge in 2019 for the teeth with deep pockets as they are not good, so I declined the referral. The hygenist refused to clean my teeth. Did not even offer a informed refusal for me to sign.

Aspen Dental is a horrible place. They try charging you for procedures that you don’t even need. When you try calling during business hours no one ever answers the phone. When you leave a message to have them call you back and leave a message they never do. When you do finally get a person on the phone you can’t understand a word they say because they can barely speak English. They are not friendly at all. I will be telling everyone I know and posting on Facebook how horrible a place this is and to never go there for dental work.

I went there because I was having terrible tooth pain and they did x-rays. I have a cavity like under my gum and they said I need to go get 2 teeth pulled. That is going to cost $180 to $600 at the place they suggested. They would not give me anything for pain. I cant afford to get the teeth removed for like a month. It was a waste of time and money going there because they didnt even do anything to help. I cant even eat anything on that side of my mouth. They agreed and said yeah I was probably in a lot of pain but didnt do anything to help.

This was a great day for me and Aspen Dental at Harbor Town in Manitowoc WI. The staff was friendly, kind, and very professional. The exam, cleaning, and fillings were done with excellence. Im so glad I went to Aspen Dental.

My time was wasted.my tooth still hurts.and you keep changing for the same things. You do things i did not want then charge me for them and sell me things i did not need or want.and what you sold me i can buy a 59.00. The front office provided deplorable service. Ignored multiple messages left, could not get the billing straight. I broke a tooth in December and it was the end of April before I finally had my crown. It fell out a year latter and another three months of dealing with the same BS. Cancellations bait and switch billing.

I was feeling a bit trepidatious about my first visit to Aspen Dental and once into my appointment I realized that I really didn’t have to had those feelings.I wondered if the cost savings to a patient we’re partly due to not having “ first class” doctors and staff.I just happened to get Dr. Warrens as my dentist and I feel he is “World Class”.I strongly feel that I could not be in (technically, professionally) better hands than his.Dr. Warrens also happens to be one of the most respectful people I have ever met.I feel the same about Sarah, my hygienist and Rebecca their Office Manager.I feel the treatment plan Dr. Warrens is reccomending to me is an intelligent, well thought out one -o heal my gum disease, restore my bone loss etc. and then give me permanent teeth for a pretty smile .I’m looking forward to my next visit to Aspen Dental.

The lady who cleaned my teeth was great. Very professional, fast, and respectful. The doctor and her assistant that did my fillings were anything but. They numbed my mouth and then left me sitting in the chair for over half an hour with no explanation for the wait. They also gossiped about people in the office right in front of me. Didnt seem to care that I had been waiting so long. Second time this has happened.

Low cost. Friendly. Quick. My new dental office.

In May 2017 had 3 crowns done. Payed for the crowns before they were put in (standard procedure). was informed that one of the crowns didnt require as much work and I would be credited. Since May, NEVER happened. Along with this billing issue, while having another crown, one of my front teeth was bumped and was chipped. Last crown that was done has so much paste it came out onto my shirt. (yes i did have a bib on). No post education on the dos and donts (temp crown issues).

I lost a front crown and Appleton office told me l had to wait a week and a half to get in. Manitowoc office was very compassionate and got me in the very same day!!

I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning, clearly stating everything that I was expecting, and giving my info and insurance. I showed up 15 minutes early to fill out forms and copy my insurance card. One of the forms clearly asking why I was here today.... me again stating for a cleaning.The building was a torn-up mess from some remodel project, which made me question sterilization. Even though I show up the 15 minutes early, I wait another 10 in the lobby past my appointment time. I get xrays done and then get put into a chair to watch House Hunters for 25 minutes before the Dr sees me, meanwhile helping a patient that had an appointment 15 minutes later than mine.Then the coup de grace, the Dr spends 5 minutes examining me, finds a few things that could be fixed, and leaves... sending in the Office Manager to make a couple appointments for me for work. I asked when the cleaning was to be done, and she said she can schedule that also. All that for 1 hr and 15 minutes of wasted life.So, between the scheduler, the paperwork I filled out, noone has a clue how to communicate.

My experience with Aspen Dental was at the least very un-pleasant. The communication between the Dentist and Rebecca who reviews your dental care and also does billing had everything messed up. Wanting to do much more in dental work than the Dentist had suggested.Very unorganized group of people.Even after I had mentioned that the information that was given to her on my dental status from the Dentist was in- correct. She thought that what I was saying was wrong. Until the Dentist was brought in to the meeting. Very uneasy situation. This happened 3 times.Because of their unprofessionalism I have since spoke with Rebecca about returning my money, which she has refused to return. Even after she herself has admitted that her team mates acted very unprofessional.

I waited to go back for my appt for 10 minutes while the hygienist (who was supposed to be taking care of me) chit chatted with the receptionist. When I got called back, she spent about 15 minutes taking xrays and looking at my teeth and then told me the doctor would be in. I waited in the room by myself for a half hour for the dentist. The whole time not one person came in to update me on when she would be in and I could hear the whole staff talking and laughing while I waited. I couldnt even get the cleaning I came in for because they do it as a separate visit from the exam, which no one communicated to me. I was given the option to wait another half hour to get ny cleaning but had already been there well over an hour. I will not be going back and would not recommend.

Fast and good, but its more than what it says on the website, but better than many plus you dont need insurance and you can get a payment plan with them.

I cannot say enough about the staff. Flo and Dr. Kissner were the best and made the whole experience painless. My fear of going to the dentist is over, I will not hesitate to call them. Most important, they did not judge me for not going to a dentist for a long time. Dr. Kissner listened to what I wanted done and then gave me my options. He was very professional. Flo just made everthing so easy to understand, and that no question was stupid. I thank them all for giving me my SMILE back :}

I’m considering changing dentist for my kids this place is very slow we always wait 40+ mins for an appointment. Management needs to step up. Yes they are under staff but then shouldn’t they schedule appointments they can handle!

Its a whole new crew, as for the work being done it was I was satisfied, but as for payment or answering questions Ive been not satisfied, employees dont know where things are and when I looked at my receipt it looks like Im paying for part of my next payment

This place is ghetto. I think some of the people there are messed up in the head. The dentist took out my Molar and didnt perscribe me any medication, he only told me to take tylonel. Then the dumbass girl that was helping him, wipes the blood inside my mouth and then wipes the outside of my mouth with the same napkin, getting all the blood from inside my mouth all around my lips! I would NEVER EVER come back here again.
