The lady (if you want to call her that) has always been rude to me and other customers for no apparent reasons. I usually just ignore her aweful unpleasantness as she has horrible customer service skills. Today, I came in and because I didnt have a mask on, she made a huge scene telling me to put one on or get out! Nothing nice or professionl about her behavior. I have walked in there before on SEVERAL occasions where she herself was not wearing a mask! The other employees I have encountered in there have never been rude or had an issue. I was in there the prior morning and had great experience with the person who was working. She needs to be fired!

Its a decent gas station. They have your typical stock, no hot food though. The staff varies from very friendly, enthusiastic, and warm to very stone-faced, indifferent, and unwelcoming. Mornings tend to be better unless Eric or the other non moustached gentleman is there.

Great place to get your munchies and the kid that works on weekends sells some good Purple Kush. Tell im Big Dog sent you.

A fairly standard Citgo. The staff on duty was very charasmatic when checking out our items, and the selection of items was robust. A positive experience!

Clean bathrooms if you are walking the river walk. Good coffe too

The hairless employee andy was working the evening we visited Manitowoc. What he didnt know is I blog on a mass appeal site for places to attend while touring the state of Wisconsin. I grabbed a Pepsi from the foutain a quick pick powerball (after all its Saturday people!!!) and my cancer sticks! I stepped out. Took a big gulp of soda and almost threw up. It was sour syrup. I made my hubby take a swig to make sure it wasnt me. I walked back into the store. Before I could tell him my drink was disgusting ANDY shouts out I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. my husband says.. Um yes you can there is no carbonation and ITS SOUR. andy says no I just changed the c0 on it I said fine Ill get a different cup of something else. He yells at me. WHY? They are ALL THE SAME ...I said ok then you get a cup and taste it. I want my money back or a new drink. he tells me no. Flat out. I ask for the managers name. I wont be letting this go. Ive been in manitowoc for 2days and this was the worse customer service I have ever encountered. He clearly has had complaints of the liquid before as his reaction was astonishingly apparent. I say stay away from this store. I will be adding this to our site as well. Will recheck my blog and this rate after I converse with the manager BARB Monday morning. Miss Madd.

The night attendant was beyond rude. Some young bald guy was rushing us and was very mean about it.
