Made an appointment for tires and ended up not needing new tires quite yet. They were able to squeeze me in to get an alignment and rotate tires. They went over all pricing before completing any of the work. Very friendly and trustworthy. Will be a repeat customer for sure!

Blew a belt in the work truck rear tire on the interstate. Showed up before the store opened and obviously didnt have an appointment. From the time the open sign came on to the time the truck was on the lift was about 15 min, and two rear tires put on and the oil changed in about an hour. Couldnt be happier. Thanks Pomps

My tire and alignment were done in a reasonable amount of time, about 2 hours at a fair price. Pomps is not the cheapest but they are the best. Good selection of quality products. I have been going there regularly for about 5 years and they always treat me right.

The service was om a bit on the slow side and it was a cold day we were asked to leave the building cause we dont wear masks they did how ever give us a discount for our delay. If you ever go to pomps please go to the little dinner next door where they were so awesome

Took my car in for an alignment. Told me it couldn’t be done cause so much was wrong with it. Had to wait 4 days to get a “quote” only for them to tell me they weren’t going to fix it for me. “Job was too big and the mechanic wasn’t comfortable doing it.” Never going back there again!

The Manitowoc location for Pomp’s is very professional. I have had no issues when entering the store or with their service.

They plugged a leaking tire that I carried in, charged me $24 which I thought was a bit pricey.

Very friendly and professional and honest. The waiting room is always nice and clean and the television is always nice. And theyre very reasonably priced.

These guys are awesome. Any concerns you have they take care of and do it in a timely manner. Never have to worry about being overcharged for service or fixing something that really isnt broke.

Honest and fair. Dealership tried to swindle me and went to pomps for a second look. They showed me that my brakes were fine whereas van horn Hyundai basically said my brakes were non existent. Pomps will now get all our tire and brake work.

Made appt and brought the car in for brake noise. After the service Dept looked at it, they came out to the waiting area and said everything was fine. Just winter salt and regular wear. I was in town for just the weekend. Gave Pomps a call to take a look at my rear breaks that were grinding.... I was concerned as I was 11 hours from home.They got me in right away and put new pads and rotors on. Was at a fair price and they stuck to their quote. They were also kind enough to drop me off at a requested location in Manitowoc. My van was in and out when they said.

Ths is the best place in Manitowoc to get your vehicle serviced. They do brakes, suspension, work alignments, fluid flushes and all sorts of other things. The staff is very friendly as well.
