$670 to have my basement cleared of water. The most expensive part? The fans.Which I had to return to their location because they never came back. And when they said they stopped by, nobody was home because I have a life to live. Never received a phone call to say “hey, we are on our way to collect our fans.” Instead just showed up and expected someone to be there. I own 4 vehicles, of course a vehicle will be at my house all the time.$670 to suck up water and place 6 fans. No return to check for anything else. Honestly, I could have done this.

I had never had water in my basement until the 2 weeks of constant rain in May. When I called AllStar Response they were upfront with me about being backlogged (everyone was because it was the craziest season in a long time). They were also upfront that any damage to the basement had already been done and would be over well before mold would be of any concern. They told me to not waste my time trying to shop vac. Based on the hundreds of gallons of water removed I was thankful for their advice because I would have made virtually no progress and would have been exhausted. Kept me calm during a very stressful time.
