Initially, this service seemed expensive, but when I went through the process, I realized it was totally worth the investment. Getting set up with Medicare is a multi-stepped process that was super easy with the Medicare Coaches. I started working with someone who must have moved on to another job. The replacement was excellent and the transition to a new coach was seamless. All of my worries about getting this right the first time were alleviated. My husband is signing up for it too. They are excellent with responding to calls, questions and needs. Follow-up is very fast too. Their customer service is outstanding (in a world full of poor CS). Best investment for my retirement! Im recommending them to everyone I know who is about to retire.

I joined 2 years before I actually signed up because I wanted to see if I could get Medicare & a supplemental plan (Medigap) cheaper than my wifes last 2 years with her employer. Results seem to be all favorable. The interaction was alright, could have been more prompt with responses. It did take until the last week to receive my insurance information from you. Once determined the process progressed rapidly. The reason for not receiving the 5th star is mainly due to the paperwork I had to do prior to your service; Which I thought you should have done. And, the previously mentioned expediency of the whole process.

My wife and I are usually do it yourselfers on things but when I started looking into Medicare the information was baffling to say the least. I am a clergyman approaching 65 and was a bit apprehensive of the all the information I would need to fight through to understand Medicare Part A and B, Medicare Supplements, finding supplement plans in my state, Social Security information, etc. Before my initial contact with the Medicare Coach I did my research with BBB, and read reviews shared by existing and former clients.The communication from representatives of the Medicare Coach is excellent, comprehensive, and pretty much immediate. They have been great at explaining Medicare, suggesting supplemental plans, and suppling information for enrolling in dental, vision, and hearing plans as well. The information provided in the Social Security briefing coupled wiith some financial planning went beyond expectation. Great value! The whole process saves you lots of time and headaches and provides you solid, reliable information. Great experience for my wife & I

A lot of stress was taken off of me as Medicare Coach did all the leg work and made sure I got hooked up with the best plans for my wife and I. I dont believe we could have done that well on our. Believe we will more than make back our money.

Like many people transitioning to Medicare I was the recipient of unsolicited mail, email and phone calls expressing interest in helping me choose a Medicare solution. The majority of these solutions on offer directed me to a Medicare Advantage product. I started to research the marketplace and came to the conclusion that a Medicare Advantage plan was not necessarily the best fit for my circumstances. By accident, I stumbled across the free seminars offered by “Medicare Coach”. So I signed up for the ZOOM webinar. I was delighted that there was no attempt to push a product. The information provided was extremely helpful and basically confirmed my own research. However the next part of the process which would involve choosing a Part D (Drug Plan) and Medigap/Supplemental insurance became a challenge. I decided to enroll with Medicare Coach to help me find a solution. This is a fee based service, not unlike paying a fee for financial or legal advice. I had one on one phone calls with Greg and the guidance he provided was first class. I have now completed my transition to Medicare and would strongly recommend that if a transition to Medicare is in your future, at the very least sign up for one of the free seminars offered by Medicare Coach. The information will help you. There is a multitude of product sales professionals out there. Medicare Coach does not sell products. In my opinion they are truly independent advisors who are there to help you choose a Medicare solution that works for your needs.
