Usually top notch but not open this morning when it says you’re supposed to be. Paying for the monthly pass is only worth it if you’re open when it says you’re supposed to be.

I have been a very loyal customer to this location. I have three cars in which I subscribe to the Wash pass, this has been for nearly 4 years. The quality of the personnel that pressure wash the vehicle has ebbed and flowed through those years. However, today was the lowest of quality yet. It is difficult for me to continue to claim loyalty to this operation with my friends. They have all bounced over to the new, shiny competition; Tommys. The gentlemen that hosed down my vehicle barely got it wet. I had lots of mud caked under my vehicle and along the step side of my truck. There was a lot of mud left when I completed the wash. I might understand this if it was a surge time with a line of cars waiting their turn. I was the only game in town. Help me out with wanting to stay loyal to your business. Train your staff to be friendly and good at clearing away the big stuff on each vehicle prior to entering the automated wash. I want to keep being a customer here, but I cant continue to have this poor of a performance and keep coming back.

SUV rear lift gate still dirty after $10 wash.

I recently switched back to rapid wash as they are the only ones that can successfully get all the bugs off my vehicle, and the only ones that actually get the dirt beneath. The wait can sometimes be annoying but its well worth it. Also, I read earlier comments and want to say Ive been several times just to vacuum my vehicle (even when it wasnt my car wash) and never had a problem, which is one of the reasons I went back, sometimes you JUST have to vacuum and dont want a wash.

Do not go here. The brushes will damage your paint. It left deep gashes on my wifes 2018 Toyota 4runner.

Ehhh...lot is small, I didnt care for the material used to swipe against my car, expensive and if you want to use the free vacuums BEFORE your wash, forget it! After two previous washing there I tried to vacuum first because the dryer was him haw, and the employees turned off my vacuum!! That was good enough by me. I didnt wash but left and havent been back. Now I have a superior option.

This place used to be the place to go to get a deep, clean and shiny wash for my truck. I went there tonight and I paid $12 to get my tires shined, get under the car blasted(whatever it said in the screen) and get triple foam. The way that it all was done under 3 minutes made me feel suspicious about the service. When I pulled over to check, my truck was still covered with dirt and debris. My tires didn’t get washed at all. The whole truck didn’t get washed at all. I have never regretted spending money like that before as much I did last night. I feel like I was scammed into paying $12 for a service that I didn’t receive and there was no one there to talk to. One girl was up there on her own and she didn’t even know what to do because she new. This was a complete was of time and money. The worst about it is that no one is at the business that is responsible. No management system and no one to talk to.

Their equipment damaged my rear wiper making it in operable. They refused to accept any responsibility. I and my family were regular customers we now all have a new car wash.

This is my favorite car wash BUT it’s going down hill. The vacuum area is dirty with trash and dirt everywhere enough that you vacuum your car to only get it dirty after getting in. I’d like to continue using this facility instead of the new one but y’all need to up your game! Hope it’s better the next time I come.

This car wash can get busy but this is the best one I have ever been to in this area. The only option I do not purchase is the tire shine. It only seems to shine in spots. The vacuums are free to use.

I just got the Ultimate wash and my car is covered in white streaks of some kind of soap or something. I would give it zero stars if that was an option. $14 for a wash that left my car looking worse than when it came in.I tried to call Cameron your manager at the number you listed and after 3 Rings it says goodbye and hangs up.Attendant ran me back through. Car looks much better.

I love this place, they are very nice. And its a very well maintained place. Oh did I mention that they have free vacuums. Cause thats the best part to me!

Its good if you have a vehicle that basically clean anyways. Its use less for someone wanting an actual car wash. My car is possibly worse than before I went through.

This is usually a good wash, but I guess I came on a bad day. My wife made the comment as we were pulling in that he looked like he didnt want to be there and he quickly sprayed off half of my vehicle and returned inside. Its disappointing spending $15 for a wash and appearing to be an inconvenience to the attendant.

Best car wash and value in Manhattan. I have a monthly pass and wash my truck almost everyday on my way home, dirty or not. Everyone that works there is very polite. Never had an issue with anyone or anything there.

Good wash. I got $11 deluxe wash. There were two attendants spraying the car as it went in with pressure sprayers. Free vacuum is good too.

Overall, bad. My car came off the tracks while I was going through, which isn’t a big deal mistakes happen. The employee then followed it up with repeatedly telling me I was pressing on the brake when I told him multiple times I wasn’t. I was then told to come back through to go through again, no one ever came back over to the pay station to let me through the gate. Sat there for near 15-20 minutes and with no one in sight to help i just had to leave and accept that I’m just out my $17 car wash. Go to Tommy’s or Bubble Wash instead.

Car wash was mediocre, had trouble getting car clean and when I asked to rewash the car attendant had an attitude about washing it again. He told me he was informed by his manager unless you know them dont rewash their car. Paid 16 dollars to have a clean car and got dirty car and attitude! Only thing good about this car wash is free vacuums! Period!

Its hit & miss depending on who the attendant is. Sometimes they do a great job with the pre wash and other times, like this evening, the attendant is worthless. He hit the button to automatically start pushing the car through the washer before he even started spraying the car so he only had time to spray the grill before the car was inside. I went right back around and asked him to spray it properly and pay attention to the bugs on the windshield. He still hit the button to push the car inside but this time he sprayed the drivers side of the windshield and the drivers side of the car only. So I still had bugs on half of the windshield. I gave up and went and washed the windshield myself.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband had to go through the wash TWICE and it still didnt clean the dust/dirt on the driver side. Leaving his truck with a nice 7inch line down the side that is visible from afar. The tire shine.... is a waste of money, even getting it done twice. Also to top it off; the manager, and the attendees have awful attitudes, not customer friendly at all. Really sad to see that the only automatic car wash in Manhattan area is not up to par.

Damage to vehicle in the form of multiple scratches. The rear wiper assembly was also completely torn off. If you like your car stay away from here.

Car wash was good. The free vacuums were nice but pointless if I have to spend an hour afterwards getting flies out of my car. There were hundreds of flys just sitting around waiting to fly into your car when vacuuming it.

Everything is awesome, no complaints and great service in terms of car care and wash. Friendly staff too the only reason for 4 starts is it smells like FART sitting in the car while car is in the washing tunnel.

Prewash is not being done. 5 seconds is not a prewash, when the hood and tailgate are bone dry going into the tunnel. The machines do their job.
