Great value when you are a member of the monthly wash club. It is unlimited washes. It also hes free vacuums which is more than other car washers in the area.

I have been coming here since Tommy’s in Manhattan, KS opened and I feel safe taking any of my vehicles through, including my BMW. The new detail kit that Jassica introduced me to is great and she is as well. Everyone there is always friendly and the area is always clean. 👍

This carwash never gets the back of the vehicle clean. You cant even tell it just went through the carwash. Very disappointed especially for the price.

Tommys is an awesome car wash, the staff is always friendly and helpful. My van always comes out super clean. I LOVE the works and the free vacuums are always handy! Dont forget to try their free floor mat washing and drying machine while you are there. With a monthly subscription you can wash as many times a day that you want and go to any Tommys nationwide. I highly recommend Tommys.

Tommy’s is the best. Car is clean; the free vacuums and car mat are worth every penny. But, the PEOPLE are the best— all so friendly and nice. I also love how efficient it is as well as the aesthetic. Although we don’t wash our car enough to really justify the monthly wash, I am tempted to continue just to support the work they do. I had no idea a car wash could make me so happy :-)

I like the monthly package options. My husband drives Uber and uses this daily to make sure the car stays clean. The vacuums and floor mat cleaning service are invaluable. I also love that it works at any Tommy’s location, not just at the one where he bought the package.Super simple to use, just drive up and the machine reads the license plate to open the gate. Drive in, put it in neutral, and 2 minutes later we have a clean car. Magnificent.

I freaking love Tommys Car Wash. I went to get my car washed and sadly it was closed. But Jessica, Tanesah and Ainsley were so dedicated to their job they stood out in the blazing sun for hours to apologize to customers for it being closed and handed out freebies which was super cool. Tommys is a great place to give your car the care it needs! Ill definitely be a regular!

This car wash has mat washers, which are really nice. I like the felt pads instead of nylon brushes. You cant beat the customer service. They have the friendliest staff. Plus it is a great value.

Jessica is the best! Im now considering the subscription. Great experience at this car wash. I had lots of bugs on my car from consecutive long distance trips, I was not sure if one wash could get it clean. Jessica assured me that if one wash would not be sufficient, I could go through again at no extra charge. The second time all bugs got washed off. The free vacuum is a huge plus as well. Thank you!

They seem to be the only automatic carwash in Manhattan that can fit a one ton duelly pickup, in my case, a Ram 3500. They do a really good job and I like being able to get the underside washed.

Kind of expensive in my mind for an automatic car wash. There is no pre-spraying to remove bugs from the front of vehicles so cars/trucks that do a lot of nighttime driving at highway speeds wont get totally clean. I do really like the free vacuums!

Paid almost $11 ($10 wash, plus they charge tax on top of that) and the back of my SUV was still dirty! Not a little bit that didnt get rinsed all the way, legit DIRTY, and all the other vehicles in the vaccuum bay looked exactly the same. Very disappointing for such a high-end carwash. Wont be going back anytime soon.

It was very busy, but the line went through very fast. Everyone was super sweet, especially Jassica. We had the chance to talk for a bit and she was so nice and personable. Unfortunately her computer was acting up but she was able to give me a discount on my wash. Quality customer service and I will definitely be back again soon. This will be my new favorite place to get a car wash!

It’s incredibly frustrating that you have opened the middle lane to non subscription customers. I pay for a subscription for the speed and convenience of being able to get a quick wash. You completely take away the convenience by forcing subscription customers into a single lane. Go back to the old way. It was much better.

Great service! In and out pretty quickly! Definitely worth getting the monthly package. You can go everyday for a car wash!

Not too bad...It was fun for the kids being able to see the other cars go through, and then the flashing rainbow lights while getting washed. The free vacuums at the end are also nice.

Not satisfied at all I went through the car wash once then I used the vacuums which were weak, then I told them that my car was still dirty I went through a second time for free and my car was still dirty. I went to the front again asking for a rag so I can just scrub my car myself since the car wash isnt good enough doing it, and when I went up for a second time the lady was very rude and walked away before I was finished talking Im not coming here again unbelievable.

We are in from out of town so we had a bit of an issue getting through with the app however the staff went above and beyond to rectify an issue that was not even their fault. Jassica made sure to correct the issue and made sure we were taken care of. The wash was great but the staff was even better. I’ll be going any time I am in town!

Jassica was AMAZING! I’ve worked retail for over 10 years and have met a handful of people I would call hard working! She surpassed any expectation of mine for a car wash employee and she in my opinion should be running the place! I’ve been To that car wash a few times and I have a brand new vehicle and never once did anyone really offer me anything service wise for my car after speaking with her for only a few minutes not only did I sign up for the monthly subscription but I added my other vehicle as well! She actually explain to me every thing about that car wash that I had no idea about! She definitely knows her stuff!

Was was good had the works but it took me going through 4 times to get rid of the Kansas insects that I killed driving in from Denver. They were great about my going through four times only charged me once naturally

Jassica was exceptional when I went through with my company car to purchase a one time upgrade from the basic wash that my company normally uses. Jassica went above and beyond with making sure the car was sparkling with shiny tires as the boss was in town! She even said to go through a second time for free to make sure it was top notch! The tire shine has to much chemical on it. When you drive down the road the tires sling it up on your car. Is there a way to take the tire shine off app, but not loose the top wash.

Then I made the mistake of going to your car wash .car was damaged by your wash, went back and you did your report, pictures and video, Person taking report was not friendly. . Told me it would take 96 hours to review. Get a call within 24 hours denying claim, called corporate. They had same attitude of denial.Maybe owners should be responsible?Again car was brand new off the showroom floor. Not one tiny blemish.Do not use these automated washes if you value your car.

I love this place, the monthly unlimited washes membership is absolutely worth it for me. Its great in the winter to wash off the road salt (and melt the snow/ice) and awesome for washing off the bird droppings and bugs.

I have -44 offset rims and it works fine with them and a slightly lifted dodge truck. Does a good job. Not a big fan of automatic washes but does a very good job for the price. Just need to make the lanes bigger and not for a smart car .

Went thru twice because the first time was not great. The second time still didnt get all bugs off or any mud off my tires

While usually I have no problems with this place, one time I went through and a piece of my mirror came off in the wash. I contacted them right away and they told me there was no manager on duty at the time, only a trainee who couldnt put in the appropriate report. They had me fill out a damage form and return it, which I did the next day. When I got a call back I was told they would look through the video recordings to see if it happened in the wash. After a few days they called back and I was told that the mirror did in fact come off in the wash, but nothing else. I tried to call back multiple times over the last few months, leaving voice-mail, but the phone was never answered and my calls never returned.I havent been back since.

Fix the pot hole that appears after you leave to the right of the tunnel. Water puddles tires get dirty again.

Tommys (Manhattan, KS) is a really nice car wash, well worth the money. It cleans the entire car, regardless of size, and then dries it at the end. I especially love the rainbow soap! They also offer subscriptions which are probably the better deal if you are going to wash your car regularly.

Great car wash! Efficient and fantastic vacuums. Jr and Emily were extremely helpful in getting through and even had treats for my furry companion!All the fuzz Titan chewed up is now gone and my car is super clean.

It did a decent job. Got the dirt off, but cant seem to clean bug spots off the front or side pannels.i went through twice and called that good enough.

Cleaned my car really well. Only problem is it scratched it really bad. They told me to do an incident report and got back to me and said they werent accountable for it. I even showed them pictures of before and after. They still refused to compensate. Its sad, but I wont coming back here. Will tell others my experience as well.

A bit more space between vehicles to use vacuums will be great. Its pretty loud also.

The day I chose to visit the location, there was a super long line to get in. Understandable. I waited 30 minutes in the line, waiting for a car wash. A employee managing the line told me I had to remove some cargo netting from my truck bed in order to get my truck washed. Understandable. I got out and removed the netting. I reached the front of the line, the cashier told me they would not wash my truck because it had too many leaves in the back. Great, why didn’t you tell me that before I waited. Thanks for the first impression.

Savannah was such an amazing help. They need more people like her. She went out of her way to help us and make sure things were setup so we have no issues in the future.

People always come right behind you and I have gotten the wrong wash when going through the machine 3 times. I have subscription paid for three months of the works and got the basic these last three times so I had to go through again to get truck clean.Response: I didnt get to talk to a person on site but I did go through again using the membership and it gave me the right one that time.

I been twice and each time the Service I paid for is not what is given during the wash. I let the employee know and they did seem to care that I didn’t get what I paid for
