Absolutely not good at all.Had reservations for a car.Was told to pick up at Enterpise.No one there.Not a phone call or text to let me know.Ill be sure to let everyone I know
Made a reservation, no one was there 30 minutes prior to my reservation time. Stayed on the phone for an hour and was told the closest time to pick up my car was over 2 hours later.
I went to rent a car from National at the Salt Lake City Airport. I have used National for years, but never again.I called to make my reservation and explained that I would need to use my debit card instead of my credit card. Told them that I work for FedEx and was not flying in.Was told that I could use my debit card with no problem. I Uber to the Airport spending $26get there they refuse to use my debit card.Long story short, I will no longer use National or Enterprise for my car rental.
The rental car counter has one job: give keys to existing reservations and take their money. This company failed to honor my reservation despite it being in the system and decided to close before their posted hours.My flight was the last one of the day and it even arrived early. They took it upon themselves to ignore two reservations (mine and another customer) and leave us stranded at the airport. If you respect good customer service, courtesy, and reliability DO NOT book using these people. Enterprise/Alamo/National share the same counter.
