We had our wedding reception at the Wareham and it was a great experience. Tom and Donica were responsive, accommodating, and we got tons of compliments about the space. We also used the bridal suite above the Wareham which was super convenient to get ready in. Highly recommend this for a wedding venue!

Donica and Tom are truly amazing! We had to switch a lot of things around for our wedding because of Covid and they were always there for us to make sure our day went perfectly! We ended up having our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, AND reception at the Wareham and I will say it turned out better than our original plan anyway!! The bridesmaids and I got ready upstairs in the bridal suite. It was a cool, spacious area and so convenient to have in the same place as the wedding! It was the perfect day and we have Donica and Tom to thank for that! We will always HIGHLY recommend this venue!

Working Donica and Tom was great. They are easy to work with and even featured a specialty drink for our reception. We loved the vibe of the Wareham and our guests did too. Who doesnt want their name on the Wareham marquee?

Its a touch of culture that most places in Kansas lack. Soo lucky to have it Manhattan!

We had a great experience at the Wareham for our wedding! The space is beautiful and versatile - easily set up into many configurations, depending on the event. Chris (the new owner) was great to work with and very accommodating to our needs. We decided to move the ceremony inside within 2 days of the wedding (due to 100+ degree weather) and there were no problems whatsoever. The venue was clean, the bar was well stocked, and the service was professional and hard-working. We would definitely recommend using this venue for a wedding, a party, a concert, or any number of other events!

Went to the Murder Mystery for Valentines Day. It was a great time and good show. Kind of wish they had spread the tables a little better. It was a bit crowded but thats really my only complaint.

We have DJd several weddings here (Dr. DJ Productions, LLC) and have had nothing but terrific experiences! The staff is extremely accommodating and the venue is beautiful. Would recommend to anyone!

I would look elsewhere if youre thinking about booking the Wareham. There were numerous things throughout the wedding planning process that did not go as planned but we had our heart set on the Wareham so we decided to go through with having our reception there. She worked with us on the payment issue which was nice and very flexible from her. In the contract it states the Wareham needs to be left in the same condition it started in- which I will be honest and say it was not. However, when we went into to the Wareham to set up for the wedding day there was popcorn on the carpets, crumbs, and other stuff. So we had vacuum the place before we could even decorate. We paid for the use of the Wareham’s bartenders and told the bar would be fully stocked for our guest. This wasn’t stocked what so ever. The only beer that was there was the keg that we purchased. There were no other beers to offer the guest and the only thing they had was liquor. Poor bar especially with the fees that go with everything. Also, make sure you have EVERYTHING in writing! While we were sitting up the Wareham was warm and we mentioned something but they were turning on the A/C. After the ceremony and we show back up and everyone goes inside. People are starting get hot and sweat then we were told the A/C broke. The owner told us just “move the reception somewhere else then” on the NIGHT OF THE WEDDING. Are you kidding me?!?!? People where using dinner plates as fans. We didn’t get to see most of family because they were dying in the heat. It was overall horrible service and horrible professionalism. She is nice overall when trying to get you to book her place, and works with you in the start then it becomes nothing but issues afterwards. All our vendors we used for our wedding were amazing, with the exception of the Wareham, unfortunately. And the Wareham is where we were hoping it would be the best.

I had my wedding here and the person who owns it now was horrible. A month before the wedding I ordered black linens for the table and he had to overnight our linens and they were the wrong color. It was hot in there and he just made our wedding a big disappointment.

Wish they had better speakers but it is a cute venue.
