My sisters wedding took place in August and within a week, Zach was no longer communicating anymore...I tried to reach out to find out when her deposit would be returned; I sent him an email, I called multiple times and finally got the notification that his number was no longer in service. We left items that she provided for the centerpieces by accident and those also have not been returned! So upset with Zach!! Going to court!

FAILED to return our $825 depositI AM SO DISAPPOINTED. We were very pleased with the job Zach and his team did at my daughters reception in May. However, our $825 security deposit was to be returned within 30 days. 4 months later, I still dont have it and the vendor will not communicate with me. We did not trash the place; we stayed and helped clean up. We did not break the rules. It was a morning wedding, and everything was finished by 4 pm. Zach even remarked how nice it was to get away early, and that our caterer had done extras, like taking out the trash, that his staff usually does.

We have decided this will be the place where we have our wedding reception! Kathy is very friendly and informative. Thank you for helping us decide. We have now decided to move our wedding venue to Houston Street. I was so happy that we could do this....Kathy is very helpful...I dont know what Id have done without her!!! She makes you feel like its ok and its possible....A huge Thank you to her. This place is Fabulous because of her! She is a Godsend for sure!

This place was beautiful! Lots of room everyone was so nice!!! The bathrooms were clean and the experience overall was immaculate! If I could rate it 10 stars I would!

Nice area for meetings or parties. It is clean and well taken care of. It is handicap accessible. Off street parking is available nearby.

New owners were not near as good as the old ones. If you decide to have a wedding reception here Id be very careful. They will try to find the littlest things wrong just so they can keep your deposit money..

This is a nice place to hold an event but the AC did not keep up and it was only in the 80s that evening.

2nd year helping with the Chocolate,tea and wine event. I like there food set up. Chocolate fountain is all the rage, like the $10 white wine.

Beautiful ballroom big enough for so many people

Had my wedding here. During my PAID TIME the head lady walked another bride around my already set up reception area. Thats extremely disrespectful and honestly that should allow me to get all my money back for the additional half day I paid. Not to mention she is extremely RUDE and belittles you.In the agreement it states you are reaponsible for cleaning and if you pass their inspection youll get your $700 deposit back: What if your daughter is crawling on the floor during rehersal(day before) and gets BLACK feet. This place is filthy. They charge you for anything and everything(spill a drink; lose your $700 DEPOSIT).Highly do not recommend for the anount they are charging and amount of disrespect they have towards the bride.

Great facility, the wedding was great there.

My sister recently had her reception here and I would not recommend it to anyone! The new owners were horrible to work with. Unless you are looking to sit at a table like a statue and not eat or drink anything because they will keep your deposit if there is any drink spilt or cake dropped on the floor! Look elsewhere for your next venue!!!!!
