The owner thinks he is to good to discuss problems/errors with clientele. He has an extremely high turnover rate due to lack of professionalism.

My inducer randomly broke on a brand new home build. The part was under warranty but had to wait for manufacturer to send the part overnight. The technician was great and had me going in about an hour after receiving the part, highly recommended.

This company came out to fix a water pipe. I had just got home, so I went up to what was going on. The employees were very rude, they also had family members out at the site the entire time they were out here.

Ive been using Reid Plumbing since 2002. I bought a beautiful but old limestone house that needed some work. Theyve installed new energy efficient heating and air conditioning. Theyve re-plumbed a few bathrooms and helped with numerous problems from clogs to water heaters to water pressure and more. They are amazing. They will take seemingly hard jobs, that others turned down or submitted a ridiculous bid for, and make them look easy. They are quick. The work is always excellent.

We had Quinn come in and fix our A.C today. He did a great job! He paid attention to all the little details, informed us of the repairs he was making, and even went as far as to clean up after himself. He was very respectful and helpful.

Twice in one week Reid Plumbing has been there when we needed quick assistance. Failed hot water heater replaced the same day. Now a sewer back up due to an apparent broken 50 year old sewer line. Reid has been taking care of our business and residence since 2005. Always respond as quickly as possible and do quality work to get you back to operating as soon as possible.

Just realized that our whole house filtering system that this company was not filtering whole house. We spent a small fortune several years ago to get this done. We use another Plumbing company and the owner showed up and said that we didnt have a whole house filter system. Imagine the shock. Well we just spent over $500 to correct. Would not recommend.

I just had Aaron come in and he fixed my AC in about 5 mins for $80. We had somebody from another company come in before and try to charge us about $800 for a whole new board which sounded crazy turns out it was. Aaron said a few wires were out of place and he had seen this in town before. It would be so easy for a repair man to rip out a few wires and try to charge you out the nose to fix it. This guy was so honest I really really appreciate it, especially as I am pregnant and my husband is deployed.

Yesterday they came and fixed our air conditioner and the guy said he had checked every other component and it all looked good except for the part that he fixed. It had felt AMAZING when the air came back on and worked all night. I came home today and it was 85 degrees in my house. Called them back and let them know there was something wrong with it and I wasnt going to pay the after hours service charge and he said that he expected to be paid at the time of service for the fee and for anything else that was wrong with it. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY FIXED THE FIRST TIME so why am I going to pay you extra money when you said you checked EVERYTHING else? They just suck money out.It was fine at first but now, they are being complete jerks about the whole situation and just want to take your money.

Reids was responsible for igniting a heater that emitted CARBON MONOXIDE just a few weeks after receiving their stamp of approval (we called a professional as we had just bought this home and did not know anything about the unit). This caused illness in our family. We feel very lucky no permanent injuries were sustained. Please use another provider. After paying emergency fees (both to healthcare professionals and another HVAC company), we were told that our unit should have NEVER been started. Please consider your health, and the health of your family and pets!Additionally, Reids was the first company we called before we realized what had happened. The technician on-call was rude.

Had this company work on A out side water hydrant that needed the head replaced i received a bill for hundreds of dollars that included 600 for backhoe work that never took place,

Absolutely terrible. Left the house a mess. This business doesn’t care about leaving a good impression with the customer.
