Oh my goodness I don’t have enough good things to say about this place.Debbie did my facial and Justin did my massage. Both were amazing. I must say that was definitely the best facial I’ve ever had. And she had some great recommendations for at home skin care as well as future visitsThe vibe of this place is great. If you have multiple appointments I would recommend scheduling them with a little bit of time in between so you can lounge in the sun on the beds on their rooftop.

I came into the spa to purchase some products and a gift card for my Aunt. The woman whom tried to help me was rude, impatient, fidgety and sweaty, as if she were high on something and she reaked of alcohol. Her name was sherry and she claimed to be the Manager!😮

This is a great place to relax, eat, nap, and enjoy the rooftop lounge with friends. The bath and sauna rooms are clean and elegant. The service is friendly. This is the best recreational bathing experience that I have had in the United States.

Excellent experience. Enjoyed a mid week mid afternoon massage for their special rate. The place is clean and quiet. They use a heated pad and I like that my therapist talked very minimally and in a very quiet voice. Good massage.

My daughter and I just visit this establishment as we are visiting from Ohio. We felt very unwelcome as they stared us down when we walked in and acted as if we did not belong in there. One of them appeared to a little busy with something. Also, we were the only one in there at the time. They offered no help. Eventually a Caucasian women walked in and they had time and made great efforts to say hello to her and they also offered her help if she needed. Then one of the reception says to us, Oh, if you two needs it too, let us know. With a very dry tone. We just walked out the etablishment. POC and celebrities please do not support this place. They had no clue who I was, they only saw a color. But its their lost☹.

Im still here on the deck, half an hour after my lovely massage with Jovana. Before my massage I took a 30 minute bath with free sugar scrub and razors to shave your legs! This place is wonderful, I highly recommend it. The rooftop Lounge is lovely the beach air is healing, the tea and fruit is a perfect snack.

I had a hydrating body butter massage with Michelle last Wednesday. The receptionist was very nice when I got there. The relaxation room had trash on the floor and lots of empty cups on the end tables which was a little disappointing for the quality I expected. That can be overlooked, but my massage was awful. Michelle had very loud shoes on, she was coughing the entire time, she kicked the stool that is on wheels during my massage. Not a relaxing or quiet environment. When I first got in the room she asked standard questions of what was bothering me, etc. I mentioned my right shoulder being tight. She started the massage by scrubbing my skin with the brush to remove dead skin. She was so rough, I considered asking her to stop multiple times. Again, not relaxing. Once she began to massage, it was very strange. She was all over the place. She was talking. She didnt seem to have any real ability to give a proper massage. She also exposed my entire butt and massaged it, which I have never experienced and was very uncomfortable with. It was the typical light massage over the sheet, it was a full massage to my bare skin. Overall, it was the worst massage Ive ever received. I believe Michelle may have been under the influence of a substance. She was very jittery, kept coughing, very careless, kept repeating herself, and at the end of my massage she overfilled my water cup and got water all over the floor. It was very odd. For how high-end the Squaw Village is, she should not be employed. I would greatly appreciate my money back. I had an awful experience.

Amazing spa!!! Get there at least 30 mins beforehand so you can really enjoy their relaxing rooftop deck with water, tea and fruit. Their bathrooms are amazing as well with saunas, showers, shaving tools, brushes and hairdryers, sugar scrub, etc.My husband and I had a couples massage where my massage was a prenatal massage since Im 5 months pregnant. My husband says it was the best massage hes ever had and mine was definitely the best prenatal massage Ive had. The rooms are nice and dark and the music is relaxing.Its also only a few blocks from the water so you can go down and enjoy that as well! Please check them out. 😊
