Just got off the phone with this rude, disrespectful owner who repeatedly called me ghetto and accused me of trying to get money out of her for services that I paid for a couple years ago that she activated then personally cancelled!! Had I known what kind of sloppy, cut rate business this was I never would have made the initial purchase. Mind you, I made the inquiry since I was willing to book services for myself and someone else and pay the difference since the price paid for the voucher NEVER EXPIRES. She told me, and I quote youre rude, youre ghetto sounding, you would never ever be a customer here because we would never have a customer like you here, so go back to where you came from and get over on them. That was after she repeatedly talked over me without EVER giving me her name, not comprehending that I STILL recognized her voice from when she cancelled my original appointments when I made the purchase. She was the reason she didnt get no money from you when she cancelled my appointments! And can someone explain to me why a BUSINESS OWNER repeatedly says she didnt get no money for services that were never rendered?! The only person that took a loss was me!! How dare that uncouth excuse for a member of the community and business owner think that was an appropriate way to address anyone, let alone someone who ACTUALLY spent money in support of her business and was willing to spend more?! The unmitigated gall of someone to not only identify themselves as the owner after having to be asked, then trying to place the responsibility with one of the managers!! Completely disgusting, a truly vile excuse for a human being!!

What a TERRIBLE experience. I bought the promotional 3-massage package 2.5 years ago and specifically asked if there was an expiration date. I was told no. I had one massage left on my package, and I was just refused service by the owner who said it had expired (which is not on my receipt OR the brochure). She blamed it on an uninformed employee who must have given me bad information. Newsflash: You, the owner, are responsible for your employees mistakes.She offered me $11 off a massage, which does not nearly make up for the money I lost and refused to even let me use the amount I paid toward any other service.I hope my $30 you get to keep for free is worth this BAD Yelp review! I, too, am a business owner, and I would NEVER treat a customer this way. If you have a certificate for a certain amount paid, you honor it. Enjoy my $30 and the loss of my future business and the business of anyone I know and anyone who reads this.

The customer service is exceptional, to a point where you can meet the owner of the business and speak with her about any and everything that your going through physically that will strengthen your body and life.. Its a mind blowing experience that everyone should encounter.. Oh yeah and its so sexy. Check it out

I bought a Groupon for our daughter (massage and facial) for a Christmas present and she just redeemed today. My daughter loved it so much that she now never wants to go anywhere else. Lisz is so wonderful and it was such a great spa treatment!

Friendly people, good massage. Good atmosphere. The massage I got was so good that I even fell asleep, I recommend this place.

Usually wouldnt leave a bad review, but its super annoying when people mess up your hair and youre paying for it! Went in for partial highlights today and they came out dark orange, even though I told her I wanted white blond. And she had to keep washing my hair with toner stuff to try to fix it bc she knew she messed up, but my hair still turned out way darker and redder than I wanted! Very disappointed from my visit! :(
