Getting implants @Manhattan Beach Dental Solutions was so easy! I was so nervous before and very hesitant, the staff all assured me I would be fine and I was. I didn’t feel a thing and the healing process was so quick. The procedure took 3 songs ( that’s how I calmed myself) I couldn’t believe it was that simple. I highly recommend doing it if you’re hesitant at all like I was, don’t put it off!!!

I went in for a cleaning a week ago, and Lorena, my hygienist, as usual, did a fantastic job! Not just with the cleaning but also guiding me with every step on keeping my teeth healthy. Unfortunately, I had to come back the following week for a crown which Dr. Perrin and Roxxi had worked on me. But, again, I was impressed with how well they worked together and how they’ve helped elaborate my crowning process. My crown came out perfect! It fits just right with no discomfort! They both made my experience very comfortable, and I am so grateful to have such a great dental team! It’s been day two, my crown looks great, and my tooth feels fine.On top of that, I appreciate the follow-up Kris made the next day! It just shows how much Manhattan Beach Dental Solutions care for their patients. Thank you so much, Dr. Perrin, Lorena, and Team!! You guys are all amazing, from the front office to the back! They were able to fix my problem and create a new crown all in the same day. As a person who absolutely hates the dentist, I just want to say that I will never feel afraid again as long as I go back here. From the moment I walked in everyone was so sweet. I had to get a crown and I have had terrible past experiences getting a crown so I was nervous and had so much anxiety but Dr. Younesi and Kris were amazing and made me feel so comfortable! I will definitely be coming back.

I must admit that this dentistry practice is as good as it gets! The president of this country probably doesn’t have a dentist that can even stand in the shadow of dentists 🦷 at this place. I found d this place solely by googling Manhattan Beach for a dentist as I only work in the area and commute home weekly to Arizona. From the instant I entered this office, I had fantastic service ... from receptionist to dental technician to dental hygienist to finally Dr Mungcal who is a skilled artist in his craft! I went in for a broken molar thinking that I would need to schedule at least 1 to two additional appointments to get my problem resolved... instead in 2-1/2 hours I left this dental paradise with a new tooth. They via the most hi tech scanning equipment and fabrication center created the perfect crown to replace my shattered upper molar. No pain, no stress, and only a feeling of confidence and security that I was in the best office that dental practice could offer. I can’t even tell that the crown isn’t my original tooth prior to my dental accident. I look forward to going back and getting my teeth whitened and replacing some ugly grey fillings with new white composite material. Please do not hesitate to go to this center. My insurance paid most of the crown charge and I only was left with a bill less than a few hundred dollars. Again. Two thumbs up to this 5 star practice.I will recommend this practice to all my friends in the area.Vincent N

Have you ever been to a dentist office or any dr for that fact and been nervous? Who hasn’t? Well you will feel right at home at MB dental! They are the kindest staff and the drs are literally incredible. They will fit you in whenever you break a veneer or need to get in for a very difficult case. Couldn’t recommend a better dr!

I have had a few procedures done in the last several weeks, as has my husband. I can’t compliment this team enough. They are so friendly and welcoming. The dentists are detailed and professional and do a great job explaining the work. The hygienists are top notch. My husband has said twice now that they are the best he has ever had. Finally the front office staff and team. They are so thorough and kind. They really make you feel like part of the family. We have gone to this practice for years and were nervous about the change in ownership but we could not be more pleased with this team. They are superb. We highly recommend.

What a great dental office! I feel very fortunate that Dr. Mungcal opened an office in Manhattan Beach!I had been suffering with TMJ for years and managing a lot of pain. I didnt know what to do in order to find relief. Dr. Mungcal listened to everything I said and told me that he was going to help me stop suffering. I am now nearing the end of my treatment with him and I feel so much better!The entire staff at Manhattan Beach Dental Solutions is phenomenal. I have been a patient at Manhattan Beach Dental Solutions for a few years now and have always had a pleasant experience with routine cleanings. Recently I went in for a larger procedure with Dr. Lee and his assistant Monica. I can not speak highly enough of this experience. Dr. Lee and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. He also made sure to explain in detail everything that he was doing, step by step. I was nervous going into the procedure and thank Monica and Dr. Lee again for turning something scary into a great overall experience.

Had a very nice welcome from the whole staff ! From day one of making my appointment America was very helpful, patient, polite, with excellent customer service. The ladies that took my X-rays, cleaning and so far every appointment has been really pleasant. The first day on my initial appointment I was about 35/45 minutes late!!!! And they still made time to see me! 🥰 I would recommend 💯 %. I had very intense dental treatment and had very little inflammation. Thank you Dr. Lee and staff.

A major procedure but the best dental experience I think I’ve ever had.

Registered Dental Hygienst Valerie was superior. She was thorough and explained everything as she went along. She was also gentle in the more sensitive areas of my gums. She also had good suggestions for better dental care. Dr. Lee was very good as well. He found a couple of teeth that need follow on repair. The entire operation inspires patient confidence. They are also very nice people.

Worst dentist Ive ever been to. First and foremost do not fall for the $200 new patient special! All they are going to do is take your x-rays, give you the most painful cleaning youll ever experience, and attempt to upsell you on non-needed items and procedures.For the love of God, Be unbelievably cautious of this place. Horrible service, painful over-priced dental work, money hungry dodgy practice.

$200 new patient special? You can get those for much cheaper around, do your research before going there! All they do is take your x rays and attempt to sell you non needed services by scaring you.I set it up to do a cleaning that I had to pay extra for, canceled it due to personal reasons and when I tried to go back to do it they said they would not see me anymore because I had canceled before.They will treat you amazing until you do not agree to play by their terms and give them the money they want.If you are looking for a place to spend a lot of money at thats the one. If not, Id recommend looking a little bit more into other options.Not a good experience at all.

I am pleased that you can have a crown created and fitted on your tooth the very same visit bypassing the need to be fitted with a temporary crown and therefore returning for a second visit to complete the work. I used to hate going to the dentist so much but Dr. Lee changed my perception about dentist appointments. Him and the staff are so friendly and it makes it pleasant to be around them, Im no longer anxious when going to the dentist. Also he has done amazing work on the health of my teeth and on some fillings and a chipped tooth. He is so gentle and has great communication regarding what he is doing and what needs to be worked on. Best dentist Ive ever had!

Ive been going to Manhattan Beach Dental Solutions my whole life. The friendly and professional environment keeps me coming back each year. Tracy at the reception desk is very helpful and so sweet. Marie is an exceptional hygienist with years of experience. Though there has a been a change of dentists recently, I will still continue to go. Dr. Lee has proven to be an excellent replacement. I have had fillings done by Dr. Lee and he is extremely gentle and efficient. You can tell he cares about the patients comfort and is knowledgeable about his work. I recommend Dr. Lee and this dental office to anyone!

This place is a total scam! Before I moved to CA, my dentist in IL did a cleaning and found nothing wrong with my teeth at all. I go to my first appointment here after moving and they say my childhood dentist did a filling wrong and I needed it fixed right away before my tooth split in half! Of course I pay close to $1000 to have this done! 6 months later I go back for another cleaning and guess what they find?! Yea! Another filling that’s “splitting my tooth”. So I schedule the procedure except this one is $1200! They said I needed to have this procedure done within the next 3 weeks or it’ll be too late! Then covid happened so it was postponed for 5 weeks. I reschedule the appt but a friend of mine said I should really get a second opinion. So I forwarded my xrays to 2 other dentists who found nothing wrong with my teeth! They said the procedure they insisted on was strictly cosmetic. Funny how TWO other dentists both said that I didn’t need this procedure. I read similar stories from other clients on their yelp page. So sad. I will never go here again! I’ve been told my entire life how great my dental hygiene is. I brush 2-3 times everyday and floss every night! But somehow this is the only dentist who’s found an issue with the way I take care of my teeth. So sad that this type of thing happens all the time. Thank God I was able to cancel the procedure before I wasted $1200!

Absolutely the best dentist in town!I normally have a big fear to dentist, but I finally found a place where I can feel confortable and cared for. since the people from the front desk to the hygienist that assisted me. Dr. Lee is professional, responsive, competent, and courteous just like the rest of the wonderful staff. He does excellent work since the dental work I had done didnt need any further adjustments after the first time as Ive experienced with other dentists where my bite was off and painful, the tooth was shaved so sharp where it kept cutting me, and severe soreness. I did not have any of that since he knew what he was doing. I give Dr. Lee a thumbs up recommendation!

I low key love the dentist bc of this place! 😃 This place has shown me more genuine interest and kindness than most of my friends lol. The staff are absolutely awesome. I’ll give you an example: I had an appt really early in the morning which I was not looking forward to. When I got there, they were playing music and laughing and it instantly lifted my mood. I’ve never had a bad experience at MBDS. They always made me feel safe and were honestly concerned about my progress (ie flossing and invisiline). They were super understanding when situations came up and happy to help whenever they could. 10 gold stars and then some. Would 100% recommend.

I recently had an appointment for my first crowning this past Wednesday. The office was really good about sending a reminder via text to confirm the appointment. Parking was so simple and convenient, I loved it! The minute I arrived into the office I was immediately greeted by such a great and welcoming staff! I was actually seen right away and was explained so thoroughly with how the procedure was to take place. Any questions I had were always answered with complete comfort and knowledge. Dr. Mungcal, Kris and the whole staff were so informative and had helped me to understand the condition of teeth and how to continue to care for it. As for my crowning, after explaining how the process works, I was fascinated and at awed with how fast and smoothly it went. Dr. Mungcal and Kris worked so well as a team. I was pretty nervous at first but the procedure was not bad at all. I was so comfortable the whole way through and trusted the whole process!! My crowning came out so perfect! It looks and feels natural as if nothing changed. It fits perfect and my bite feels normal. Thank you so much Dr. Mungcal and Kris!! You both were amazing!! After my numbness went away (an hour or so), I did feel a tiny bit soreness, but seem to be very normal considering after having a tooth crowned (which eventually went away without me even noticing it). I was able to eat later in the day and didnt have any discomfort at all. I was good as new and carried on. By Friday afternoon, I received a follow up call from Kris to see how I was feeling. I thought that was so genuinely thoughtful and I appreciate how much Manhattan Beach Dental Solutions care for their patients. Was way cool. Im so grateful to have such a great dental team to help take care of my health and SMILE!! You guys are ALL AMAZING!!! Thank you!

Just left the dentist for the first time in 15 years (yeah, I know) and it was amazing! Forgo your fear and make an appointment today!! Huge shoutout to the Downtown Manhattan Beach Mother’s day contest for collaborating with such amazing businesses for this opportunity, and to finally force me to get back in that chair! Winning a simple Instagram contest has just improved my quality of life tremendously! I can’t thank the doctor and staff enough for all the time and energy they spent with me today (and patience for my nervous babbling) going over my oral health and giving me such great solutions to some problems I’ve been avoiding for Years!If you haven’t been, go! I had x-rays and an exam, but I was also able to take part in their newest 3D scanning “Itero Scanner” which was amazing! From the moment I walked in the door all of my nervousness subsided as I was greeted by staff with open arms and a lot of of laughs! Dr. “G” was super patient, thorough, and upfront about everything from my exam and walked me through 15 years of neglect! Thank you for that!! Painless. 21st century dentistry.Today I had my latest of many cleanings by Marie, the hygienist, and an exam by the dentist. After this visit, I want to also say that they are very thorough, both in the work they do and in their explanations of any issue. This is an excellent practice.
