My first class was a Box N Burn yesterday, led by Mr. Tory. What can I say other than it burned as advertised? The vibe was amazing, the encouragement was top notch, and there was no pressure to over-do it. If youre looking for a place that truly values form, and health over numbers, this is the place to go. Cant wait to continue my fitness journey here.

Innovative Boxing is a Family owned and operated boxing facility that provides customized personal training and group classes in Mandeville, La. My son works with one of the trainers, Christian, and he does an excellent job keeping me updated. Its one if not the only boxing sport facility in the community and they provide a great outlet in sports for people of all ages. It’s a great addition to the community. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Innovative boxing and fitness is a wonderful gym! Tory the owner and head coach is amazing ! I have an 11 year old son Owen that started a few months ago and he is doing great, Tory really takes the time with the kids and he is an amazing teacher! You can see all the kids loving going to class and that Tory really enjoys teaching them. I love brining my son to this gym it is such a nice environment and a wonderful sport to get your child into! If you are thinking of signing your child up for boxing this is the place to go I assure you that you will be extremely pleased with your experience! Thank you Tory you are the best !

Great place for the kids looking for a great work out and learning boxing skills. My son absolutely loves going to his boxing class. So many kids of all ages there, and it’s been an absolute positive environment for him. Not much space for parents sitting around waiting for their kids, but a very small sacrifice for the enjoyment it brings my son. You can tell by the energy of the place that all the children see this as a highlight of their week.

This is a locally owned, family operated boxing gym. They offer not only boxing training, but also group exercise with a coach at every class. The coaches will push you, guide you and help you reach your goals. The atmosphere is inviting, encouraging, motivating and clean. I’ve personally been going here for two months now and it’s a great gym to get empowered to live that fit and healthy lifestyle!

Innovative Boxing is a great gym with very nice staff that are great at what they do. You are provided with many classes that are great for anyone from kids to adults, so it shouldnt be a problem to find a class for you. However, if you want to focus more on learning how to box over getting in shape (you will still get in shape, just maybe not as fast as a class meant for it), you can have great 1 on 1 sessions with Tory (the owner and professional boxer) to vastly improve your knowledge and skills on boxing as a sport. Tory also truly cares about your progress and accomplishments. Overall, I couldnt ask for a better place.

IBFS has a wonderful youth program. Coach Tory, a current competing boxer, teaches the kids contemporary boxing skills using tried, polished and perfected techniques. However, it is the kindness and patience shown by Coach Tory, as well as the amazing family and staff, that truly captures the childrens attention. My child of 7 has been attending the gym for nearly a year and it has been a source of fun, comraderie and accomplishment for him.

I.B.F.A is a gym that I found through employment relocation to Mandeville, LA. I was originally attracted to the gym because I wanted to get back into boxing and this gym seemed to focus the most in boxing out of the competition. Took me about 1 week to find out that the gym is allot more than just boxing. Tory, Mel, Sam, and John will make sure that you get a good sweat in using strength training exercises along with high intensity interval training exercises. I have lost a solid 10 pounds and dont plan on looking back. I appreciate everyones encouragement and support and feel great about being part of their I.B.F.A family. Keep up the good work Tory!
