Wow! Kudos the Francos and their exceptional staff. I felt completely safe. Classes were great. Daycare is THE BEST! Remember to download their APP so that you can reserve a spot up to 48 hrs in advance. Your phone will tell you what is available and when.

9 months ago I wrote a review about the dining room and food. I’m writing another one bc I have to give credit where it’s worth! I’m excited to say that Franco’s has been expanding and improving their food court area and menu options. It looks like they have partnered with Chomp Nola, which is very exciting. I also think it really speaks volumes of a business who responds thoughtfully to customer’s reviews, which was the case in my original review. Thanks Franco’s for being a growing and dependable health club for over 3 decades.

I was very surprised that coming in for 2 one hour services ($258) spent, that I had to undress in each room, carry my jewelry with me. I even had to place it on a stool in one room.I would think a customer spending this amount of money would have been treated better. I would think this can’t happen often or your Salon would not make it.I was told by the second therapist, that I should have been offered a robe, locker, and sauna access or shower!!The service providers were very good but the “Special Spa” experience was non existent.

Great family health club

This is a warning to others. We have been defrauded by Franco’s and I want you to not go through what we have. We signed up for a membership in 2017 and paid $1300 in advance. We made it clear to the sales person that we did not want auto renew because we weren’t certain we would use the membership. Our year contract came and went and we didn’t renew because as we thought, our use of the gym was minimal. Fast forward to late 2019 and we received a call from a debt collector stating we owed $500 for membership fees that Franco’s couldn’t collect because we had new debit cards! They had been charging us for a membership we didn’t have through most of 2019 until we got new debit cards and they couldn’t charge us anymore! No one in our family had visited the gym since 2018! We are fighting this, but to no avail. Franco’s has records of entry, so it is clear we haven’t used the facility in more than a year. Is Franco’s so desperate for cash flow that they would sell phony debt to record a profit? My wife called to cancel the membership, but there is conveniently no record of this. Take care in signing up for a membership there, as what you stipulate means nothing in their sales game.

I went to get a Signature Facial with Amy. It was wonderful! I remember my first facial experience at another spa, I was basically told how ugly my skin was and pretty much felt like an old hag (I was only 20 years old). Amy didnt speak to me in this way. She told me what was good about my skin and gave me great suggestions for the areas I want to improve. She even sent me home with samples and instructions. Another thing I get iffy with is if I feel like products are being forced on me (which also happened with the first facial experience). Its obvious that Amys (and the O spa teams) goal was for me to have a great experience and walk away feeling relaxed and beautiful. Which I did. I will definitely being going back.Also dont go there when youre hungry because the waiting room smells like oats and it makes you want to eat all the things.

My kids do swim team here in the summers. I’ve been a member of all the clubs in Mandeville and I enjoy everything Franco’s has to offer. My only complaint would be in the details. Dirty ceilings and vents. Other than that, it gives a high end feel, and the service has always been top notch.

Very well kept place, o spa perfect, lounge and library outstanding.

Family oriented, friendly staff, clean environment, lots of space, plenty of options for workouts, childcare, senior programs, boutique, hair salon, spa, and pool with slide.

The gym is not only dirty but the equipment is poorly maintained. I paid 15$ for a 1 hour workout even though my nephew had a membership. why couldnt get a free guest pass?. what a rip off! sorry Franco this gym needs some work! variety of equipment though.

I love this place! The only thing is that I wish they had a golf course!!!

Great place for family fun. Staff is amazing and so helpful. I enjoy spending time with my kids here they have so much to do and kids can hang out in the child care room while you work out🤗 lol.!! Would recommend getting a membership its worth it!!! 😍 Frankos ♥️

I have been going to this gym for the last few years. It is a great gym and they offer a lot of options and equipment. Their prices are a little too steep for most residents. Ive talked to friends that rather drive to Planet Fitness to workout because of the high monthly rates. Obviously, not everyone can afford this gym. But if you can, you will find it to be a high-quality and clean place to workout with lots of program options.

Was supposed to be relaxing..not painful

I was a member for two years ( most of the time going 2xs a day and bring guest with me for the pool etc) until a wreck messed things up.. but I was happy enough there to even want to do my physical therapy at the location. I ended up leaving to have neck surgery and now that I can go back it isnt happening. When we joined we qualified for a corporate discount.. nothing has changed with the list or my husband work and now we dont qualify.. was told ITS not much of a difference in price... obviously it is enough of a difference or people wouldnt care if they qualified for it or not. I asked for it to be looked up on our account to see how it was listed the first time.. couldnt be found. BUT I was told when my last day was and what was said on my last two phone calls with them. Glad being a committed client meant anything .. obviously not. Disappointed completely!

I Received a facial service today in the OSPA and must say it was the best microdermabrasion I have had on the North Shore yet. They create a pleasant and professional experience with all of the staff, especially with spa techs like Debbie. I highly recommend any spa or facial services from the OSPA as the prices are reasonable and services is pristine.

Not sure why some of these reviews are what they are, but I love the O Spa. I’ve been going for over a year for facials with Debbie and she is fantastic! Great experience every time!!!!

I did the Lose Dat program recently and it was the best decision I ever made. Lost a ton of weight and made a real lifestyle change. I would highly recommend it!

Great gym and newly renovated sports room

Quite an unpleasant experience. The pamphlet describes the $35.00 manicure in a way that is not true to the reality of what you receive. There is no hand massage or lotion used. They do not even soak your hands (you are told to wash them in the bathroom). The gel nails peel and chip after 3-4 days which is a shockingly brief manicure life for shellac. The nail technician was kind but she destroyed my cuticle and buffed the skin right off of a finger. Cuts and chemicals make for a painful day at the spa not to mention that ripped off feeling after paying a higher than average price for a less than adequate product. Very disappointing considering how much I love the athletic club. Maybe I will try for a better experience from the massage therapists but I will not be returning for a manicure or pedicure.

Best club on the Northshore. My family is very happy we joined.

Definitely the most active and most fun athletic club on the Northshore, I would recommend joining Francos over any other club on the Northshore.

After three years at this gym, I was advised today that I can only visit the gym M-F from 10 am to 4 PM and my insurance pays for my membership, I was told that if I want to visit on weekends or after4pm or before 10 am I have to pay $21 a mo. So Good Bye Frangos. Greaddy ownership!
