Went for my first dental check up. In years, generally I dont like Drs and health field associates. Very nice place, everyone was friendly. I was given an earlier appointment than scheduled bc of the iced roads.First time I didnt feel pressured in a medical field and recieved positive feedback and recommendations vs the general forced negatives and I need X service at X price.Would recommend to others. I prob wont be a regular but will 100% return here vs others

Since I moved to the North Shore after Katrina I went to Grant dentistry and had Casey as my hygienist. She has changed my world with her professionalism, knowledge and personality. I continue to be with you as my dentist because of her. Please don’t ever let her go. Casey deserves a raise! I refer to her as KC and the Sunshine band because she brings me light and comfort. I hate going to the dentist. Today she encouraged me to make my next 3 appts. I did it!!!

Stephanie at the Mandeville Office is a great hygienist! I ask for her personally for my appointments. Stephanie knows my family well, and always greets me with a smile and asks if I have specific concerns. I was very surprised to see how much cleaning my teeth needed. When I left I felt reassured that my teeth had a very in-depth cleaning. The staff were so kind and considerate of my needs. It was refreshing.

I have always enjoyed the staff at 2 of Dr Grand’s offices! I really miss Beth who worke in his 1st office and moved to 2nd office when I did. Unfortunately after 10 or so years she moved on. I went back to his main office this week and was so glad Ashley was still there (13 yrs. or so). She was very helpful, courteous and prompt, I remain positive about the service received at Dr Grands since probably 2003 in his original office. A score of 4 from me is Top Honors, a 5 is rarely issued by me on anything!

My son had his 3rd visit to the office for his cleaning and each time he loves it. The staff is very personable with the patients and are great with kids. When my son didn’t want to take an x-ray they coaxed him into it with no problems. My son tends to be into everything and I had no worries with cleanliness at the office. Blaine said “thank you darling” he had a great time once again! Definitely a forever dental office for anyone’s family!

I have been to many many dental offices and yet was never asked to prepay for my months ahead services before. When I asked why I have to pay now for the future service the answer was -to hold a spot with the doctor. However, when I first time paid for my filling ahead of time later I got a call from the office asking if they could move my appointment later in the day... So much for paying ahead.During my last visit a young lady walked in the room, told me her name and said she was going to administer an anesthesia shot, however she never told me her credentials... I am assuming she was a dental hygienist, but telling a patient who she is is quite important to my opinion before giving an anesthesia shot or doing any other procedures, unless we have met before and I know who the person is already.Another detail that caused some questions was the fact that medical assistant was going in my mouth and then touching a computer screen (was touch screen) and then going back in my mouth with the same gloves and it was repeated multiple times. It just doesn’t seem very sanitary. I feel like a change of gloves was supposed to happen somewhere in between.

Grand Family Dentistry is the best in town..better yet Louisiana 😊 not only are the doctors and staff great with their dentistry, they even do Botox and lip fillers. I’ve had my Botox done multiple times and I love it. I finally did lip fillers and I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome! You definitely need to check them out!!

I never wait more than a few minutes before being called back at Grand. I’m always greeted with a smile by the receptionist and everyone else is very friendly and professional, too. The hygienist I typically have- I believe her name is Stephanie- is always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant and pain-free experience. I find their prices for items such as fluoride treatment (which my insurance doesn’t cover) to be very reasonable. Dr. Cousin never tries to push anything I don’t absolutely need and I feel like they’re always looking out for my best interests. Highly recommend Grand Dentistry/Dr. Cousin.

After having years and years of anxiety from the dentists office, I had a referral to try this office. I was extremely hesitant to go and almost cancelled my appointment at the last minute. I decided to just go and get it over with as I had avoided the dentist for over three years. I went in... and turns out I had six cavities that needed filling. The doctor listened to me and took my worries/anxiety seriously. They were so gentle and explained everything thoroughly.This is THE BEST dentists office on the northshore and I am forever grateful that I found them! Kacey & Ashley are amazing hygienists and Dr. Bratcher and Dr. Causin are the best at what they do. So great, that I finally was able to make my husband an appointment and now he goes regularly as well (my mom too)! Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

I had my first visit today and it was amazing! The paperwork to fill out was simple and straight to the point. Just one page, back & front, where the back was just signatures. I was seen within 5 min of completion of my paperwork. The x-rays were quick and painless. For having sensitive gums, my dental assistant was very gentle and kind. Her name was Stephanie and she was extremely pleasant and friendly and personal. My dentist was amazing and I look forward to future visits! (Something I thought I would never say about the dentist)

It was really my lucky day when a friend recommended Grand Family Dentistry to me. I didn’t want to drive across the lake (from Metairie) but after one visit I knew that it was well worth the trip. That was about ten years ago and I would not ever think of going to any other place. The office staff is great and the dentists are great. Dr. Causin has done fillings and crowns for me, with absolutely no pain and no problems. My hygienist, Stephanie, is THE BEST. She is gentle and thorough and explains everything. Recently she recommended that I consult a periodontist, which I did, and now my teeth and gums are in much better condition. Thank you Stephanie!!
