Had to get an engine replacement for my car while it was still under an after-market warranty. Rick was very nice and professional. He handled keeping me informed on where the mechanics were at with diagnosing my vehicle and filed the claim with the warranty company. Absolutely will come.back should I need another repair.

If youre worried about bringing your car to a very expensive place that rips people off, then DO NOT GO HERE. They charge $100 an hour for an evaluation and they took well over 3 hours to evaluate our car. The evaluation fee alone was over $400, which other places charge $99-150. Also, the evaluation fee does not go towards work being done to the car if you choose to get the repairs done. You have to pay the evaluation fee plus repair cost for everything. (Note 95% of places always drop the evaluation fee when you choose to get repairs done with them) On top of that, yes it gets worse, they double charge you for parts and labor is outrageous. We chose to take our car without repair because of the cost and we left paying $463 total. They didnt put inside panels back on after evaluation and broke an interior door handle. That wasnt broken originally. We took our car and ran away.Christian Brothers Automotive, you should be ashamed as a company for what you do to your customers. I will include my husbands name, Dylan Lacoste. We just picked up our car today and I came straight home to write this review. Were taking our car to a place that has honest prices. Im so disgusted by this experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

They did a great job repairing our AC. Really appreciated the way they kept us informed of what was going on. Also liked the digital pictures they shared showing problems with the vehicle. We found the employees to be very professional.

I am sure these guys do a good job on services, but the prices are a total rip-off.To run a diagnostic on your car, they charge $125 which is more than an actual dealership service department charges (Bill Hood Chevrolet around the corner charges $119 for a diagnostic).They wanted to charge me $137 for a part that cost me $35.99 elsewhere, and $171 for a part that cost me $51 elsewhere. I looked up these parts online and didnt find any even close to the absurd price they wanted to charge. And the mechanic left his towel under the hood of my car.CB offers a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on their parts, maybe that is where the extra $100+ on each part comes from. They do a great job of explaining what they find in the diagnostic and give you a report with photos of what they found. They are very professional and I would have trusted them to get the job done, the prices just don’t sit right with me.$134 for one hour of labor here.To replace 2 little parts on my car would have cost me a total of $894 at CB. Instead, I got my parts replaced somewhere else and it cost a total of $235.I recommend doing your research before agreeing to anything due to the up-charge on parts and service prices.

I am just blown away! We have a 2004 diesel Excursion and trying to find a good diesel mechanic in the area is like searching for a needle in a haystack so we were more than ecstatic to know they have a diesel expert! We had a double oil leak that no one could really pin point. They had me bring in the truck the morning after I called, did a courtesy but extremely thorough inspection, pinpointed EXACTLY what the problem was, had checked the truck front to back including photos of any areas of additional concern AND had an estimate emailed to me within about an hour. I gave them the go ahead and they had the parts delivered and was ready to roll the truck out the next day! Two days later something else (that he had already informed me could be a potential concern) went wrong leaving me stranded, I gave them a call and they had a tow truck to me within minutes, had the parts on the way, fixed the issue and had me back on the road in just a couple hours! I could not have asked for a better experience! These guys really do stand by their name. They are honest, thorough, professional and extremely well priced! They will most definitely be the only place we trust with our truck! Thanks guys!!

They were friendly and helpful. They stayed in contact with me to let me know the status of my vehicle. They also referred me to the dealership when they felt that was a better option for my repair.

The staff were polite, professional and informative. Found the defect immediately, got the part and had my car back to me in less time then expected. A courtesy car dropped me off at Enterprise and picked me off there the next day. Car fixed.

I always have a great experience when I come in for services. The person at the front desk is always kind and informative about all that is needed or recommended for my vehicle. And I can always rely on the job being done correctly without any hesitation! One thing I really appreciate is the clean lobby area I have ever seen at any car care center. It doesnt get any better than that!

Great staff and great prices

Buying a car from a dealer nearby, Christian Brothers took a through look at the vehicle and provided a comprehensive report. The report not only highlighted the issues existing, but also things to look out for and keep an eye out for. Would recommend to anyone. Picture is the car I bought, nothing wrong with it yet.

Stop by for a quick check when my oil light came on and they couldnt take 5 minutes to just hook up my vehicle to the little handheld machine instead they want to charge over 100 bucks just for that. Otherwise I hear theyre a pretty good shop but I wouldnt know. They were busy and they have curtains as dividers versus plexiglass which is kind of cool actually. Also I think Christian is for someones name not like a Christian or godly service.

I selected Christian Brothers Automotive in Mandeville LA above all other AAA Motor Club certified shops on the north shore, because of their professional and friendly manner on the phone when I inquired about AAAs 40 point inspection.That was my purpose for going there, but because of the staff, efficiency, and physical facility, I absolutely will be back when I need automotive services in the future.

Dropped off for 8am appointment. They called at 11:30 for parts needed and gave them approval to make repairs. They finally called at almost 5 pm to say wrong parts were delivered and cannot repair vehicle. I stated to them more than once that I needed vehicle back same day. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Will NEVER use them again. Wasted my day for nothing.

Simply put - whether I need an oil change, tires rotated or I have a problem with my vehicle - each time Ive been to CB I am greeted quickly and my vehicle is taken into the shop immediately for repairs. I sit in their clean waiting area where I am provided a lap desk for my computer so I can work while I wait. Within an hour I my car is ready to go. Staff are friendly and always explain what work was completed. Owner is knowledgeable and trustworthy. FIVE STARS.

Christian Brothers Automotive of Mandeville is the one-stop auto repair establishment for everyone. The staff, from initial contact to completion of the repair is very courteous and considerate of the customers concerns. The customer waiting area is very neat, clean and welcoming (not to mention being served coffee or beverages).

So I recently ran into a situation where my car was making this super crappy vibration as I accelerated. I’ve only had my car for four months. I was stressed!! I called my friend Zak, at CBA, and he told me there was time for me to bring my car in. Keep in mind, I live in Florida and ONLY go to Zak and his peeps to work on my car. I’ve gone to him for years, and I don’t plan to change that - ever. I digress. I brought my car to Mandeville last week, and was ready so spend a small fortune. 15 minutes in to the checks on my car, I was asked to come in the garage. When I got to my car, I was shown this piece of what I can only imagine to be that sticky, webbed stuff that you use to keep the corners of a rug down. It was all kinds of wrapped around the boot and axle. That was it. They were so honest and friendly about it. We had a good laugh. I also needed rear brakes. I’m so thankful for an awesome company with super friendly people who really wanted to help. I’ll definitely be back!

I had to leave my car there a few days for some engine work but they were great about picking me up and taking me to whereever I needed to go with their concierge service. I took my car to Christian Brothers Automotive in Mandeville today to get my oil changed and new windshield wipers. I had an appointment and they got me in right on time. They were so friendly and helpful. They checked over my char to make sure everything was in proper working condition. They didnt try to force me into buying a bunch of stuff I didnt need. When I went out to my car when they were done, there was a nice, cold, bottle of water waiting for me AND they didnt even move the seat. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, honest, and dependable automotive repair shop on the Northshore.

Christian Brothers Automotive in Mandeville performed repair and maintenance work on my 50k mile Jeep Grand Cherokee. All the costs for the proposed repairs and maintenance was given to me before the work was done. All my questions about each item were answered. There was no pressure to perform work I didnt want to have done at the time. For the work that was done, it was done very well and on time. The staff is highly professional and friendly. It is obvious, very obvious, that they care about what they do and about their customers. I highly recommend them for any automotive repair of maintenance needs.

Very good service. The staff know what they do and welling to help. They will even put in your own parts. Prices are not cheap but its not far from the average in Mandeville which is really high.

I had a great experience at Christian. Brothers Automotive in Mandeville. I located them by chance just looking for a place to replace headlamps on my Kompressor. I had my own bulbs, they replaced them for free! I had an air hose under the hood that needed replacing, they changed it at no labor charge! I HAD to find a reason to do busin as with them so they could get paid! They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The waiting area is very nice and they offer shuttles if you need to drop off you your vehicle and need transportation! Five Stars!!!

Ive been having an issue with my car for quite some time and didnt want to take it in just anywhere. I was afraid of being ripped off. I decided to stop by Christian Brothers to get it checked out. Within minutes, they had diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent! They were speedy with the repair and even brought me to and from work to drop off and pick up my car! Zak and Bobbie were very professional and went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend this repair shop for whatever you need with your vehicle.

Just moved here from Atlanta and my BMW needed attention. I live alone and have an Aussie in critical condition (bleeding cancer) she cant be left alone but for a minute. I explained this to the team at Christian Bros. they told me to come in and theyd jump on it. I was there but a minute when they pulled it in and Zak immediately resolved the issue. I went to settle up and they stated no charge. This never happens in Atlanta- blown away. Upon leaving, Zak asked me what my dogs name is; I told him and asked him why. He said hed pray for her. I really needed to hear that as I lost her brother two weeks earlier, also from cancer. A pretty amazing end to a really hard day, thank you very much.

Hands down best automotive service I have had in a long time. Bobbie was excellent, walked me through every recommended repair, including detailed descriptions and photos for referencing.

Just to check of my car problems they charge my $135 and to fix it the ask $620 plus tax i replace the part by my self and sam problem, i watched many videos to fix my car finaly i foud silly problem they didnt find it because the just use the computer to find the errors but they didnt have much experience to find the main problem
