I have had my pickup in to fix an issue with the auto shut off and running rich on ethanol. I was told to try a different gas station the first time. The second time I was charged for some things, told repairs were made and that I needed to drive 500-1000 miles to see if the injectors are bad, but absolutely nothing changed with the condition of my pickup. It seems like if it doesnt show up on the scanner then it isnt a problem. Nobody has put in the time to do an old school diagnostics check on it. I am very unsatisfied with how things have gone and spending all the money I have with no results.
We bought a Subaru Ascent Touring very nice place. Cant wait to pick it up. They offer deliver within 200 miles from the dealership. We also bought the extended warranty very reasonably priced. Speedy service, they offer package deals on oil changes with tire rotation. Full service inspection is included and they dont insist on shady services. I keep my car serviced here for the lifetime power train warranty, this is honestly something that sets Kramer apart. I cant imagine purchasing a car like I had in the past.

Took 2020 high country diesel in to get air fixed. Said was fixed, but this past Saturday was 95 degrees out and it obviously is not fixed. Blows hot air still. Frustrating to say the least.
Overall, the experience was superb starting with an initial set of inquiries regarding a vehicle, to test driving, and completing the paperwork. Our sales contact, David Wald, made the experience extremely friendly. His patience, timely responses to questions, and professionalism was second to none.
From the moment my husband and I stepped foot into Kramer Chevrolet everyone treated us kindly and respectfully. I usually hate going to dealerships but the staff at Kramer made me feel very comfortable. My husband and I were first greeted by Pam the receptionist. Pam was extremely sweet and personable. Anytime we had to wait she would make conversation with us and keep us entertained. Additionally, she thanked my husband for his service in the military and took the time to get to know a little bit about us. We also worked with David Wald who was such an amazing help and tolerated my bad test driving skills! David has a great attitude and was very patient throughout the process and also took the time to get to know a little bit about us. I especially liked that he took the time to show us how to use the technology within our vehicle and sign us up with the Chevrolet mobile app after our purchase. This was the first dealer I’ve been to where someone has taken the time to walk me through how to actually use the features in a car. Along the way, we also got to meet Shawn Weekes who was very humorous and friendly with us. Shawn also informed us around the time and money Kramer has donated to local military families. Kye was a warm and very funny guy who made the most painful part of purchasing a vehicle go as smooth as possible. I am going through a divorce and I didn’t have any credit. I needed a vehicle. My lease was going to expire and my dad called and told me about a Subaru Forester that was just traded in. My lease was a Subaru and I wanted to stay with that make of a vehicle. So I went in. My payments were $72 more than I wanted but I could make it work. I was a nervous wreck waiting for financing to come back. I thought for sure I would be denied but I wasn’t. And this vehicle is really great. Lots of room, I love the AWD. Love the extra large sun roof. And the Pearl color is perfect. I really love this car and I will drive it til it doesn’t drive anymore. Thanks Kramer!

In this age of looking for cars and having a hard time finding them due to COVID shortages, I looked at multiple dealerships for the vehicle I was after. I had done much research and when I sat in my red traverse - I knew it was the one I had to have. Our salesman was extremely helpful and easy-going. Everyone was very accommodating and patient as we had some hectic days to work with. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Keith, in the service department was great to deal with and always stayed in contact with me and updating me about my vehicle. Unfortunately, corporate Chevrolet informed Kramer Chevrolet not to attempt any repairs because corporate considered my Duramax engine KNOCK to be a normal “tick” that all diesel engines have. It is definitely not a “tick”, but a knock.

This dealership has to be one of the worst ones I have ever been to. I walked around all 3 lots and not once was I approached by a sales rep. Even after all of that I drove around the main lot and still was not approached. There was even 2 reps bsing in the foyer of the dealership. This dealership will definitely not be on the top of the list to come back to.

I just bought a new 2021 High Country Tahoe 2 months ago and discovered an oil leak. I brought it into the dealership and they were very busy, but my service advisor Mr. Schaefbauer could tell I was a bit excited because it was so new and leaking. He took the matter in his hands right away and got someone to look at it immediately. I was so appreciative for his effort. They looked at it immediately and found a gasket seal was missing and fixed it right away. I was done in a matter of under 30 to 60 minutes. What exceptional service. I told Mr. Schaefbauer how happy I was with his service and thanked him appreciatively. He was so friendly and reassuring to me I was totally impressed. He should get a beyond 10 rating. We have bought all our vehicles their since 1984 and since 2000 we buy new vehicles at least every 3 years and the service after the sales makes a difference. Excellent Place to get General Motors Questions Answered
My 2016 Chevrolet Malibu would not start on Friday February 12th...on the morning of the 13th I called Kramer Chevrolets Service Department to see if they could take my car in and get it running as I needed to have transportation on the following Monday and Tuesday...The shop representative said they would send a tow truck to see if they could get the car running or would tow it to their shop to see what they could do for me...It turned out that with a boosting the car started and so I took it to the shop and they were able to work me in. I asked them to test the battery to see if it was still good and if not I needed them to replace the battery and get the car running again....I was given a ride home by the courtesy car and was called a few hours later to tell me that the battery was bad and I needed a new battery. A new battery was installed and a battery of diagnostics was completed. After a few hours they called when the car was ready for pick up...The courtesy car came and picked me up and I was able to pay my bill and return home with my car...I appreciate the fact that they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday and were able to get the car ready for me in the same day....Thank you to the Kramer Chevrolet staff for your help in getting me back on the road...

My wife and I purchased a new car from this dealership, although there was some hiccups the salesman (Josh Meyers) went far above and beyond to make us feel better. We ended up leaving the dealership that day without the vehicle but it was fine. Following the next day Josh personally delivers the car himself 2 hours away and takes my trade it. He made sure the car had plenty of gas and signing the paperwork was effortless. I highly recommend Josh as he will do whatever it takes without being pushy like most dealerships.

Found a service box truck at their location, applied for their financing and was approved, forced to put a 500$ deposit on already approved financing and the. Chose to get my own financing for a highly reduced apr from their financing. They sent the amount needed from my bank to reflect what their financing would have been with a down payment. Needless to say I will not ever do business with the due to their inability to do paperwork and provide accurate information! Now I’m out the 500 I was forced to put down for the truck.

We recently purchased a vehicle and took it in for a routine oil change. I was told we need to flush the transmission ($200) because it’s in the red zone. In less than 4 months of purchasing this vehicle from you it needs a transmission flush??? The service manager on duty said he would talk to someone and call me within an hour. We are at four days later now and still no phone call for an explanation why it would need to be flushed. I was also told it needed new tires which it does not (another $1000). I know enough about vehicles to know everything about this experience was wrong and I’m furious and demand you to do the transmission flush for free since you clearly didn’t do it before you sold me the vehicle.

Just learned the hard way that if you have your vehicle repaired to use genuine GM parts. We replaced an AC condenser in April and it died in August. The replacement part came from NAPA Auto in Mandan. Seems the GM part was unavailable.Seems as a Customer, I was to know that NAPA would not warrant this particular part if the AC system had not been flushed.I trust Kuppers team. They have done a LOT of good work for us over the years. While they offered to discount this repair, we simply cannot afford another $1,000 repair bill for this vehicle.If you care about your vehicle not having issues after spending your hard-earned money, insist on ONLY genuine GM parts.I sure wish we had.

Vechiles need to be cleaned way better than they are..our truck was so dirty we took it to a cleaning place and took them 8 hrs after spending 40 thousand for it and than spending 275 on cleaning...other than that Josh the salesman was great and did what he could to make us happy!!

Marvin Lepp was respectful, diligent in uncovering the cause of the leak of the antifreeze. Though costly, he called before proceeding. Vehicle had to be kept overnight. I aired some concerns re: dissatifaction with the lube dept, including the oil change light not being reset after the last oil change. Keith Hoffart assured me they would be afdressed.

A was on a pretend that it had been through an inspection and it is ok and a very good shape which after a few days, I took it elsewhere for inspiration. During this time, it came up that the front struts are bad and need immediate attention or replacement, and as well as the AC wasnt working ( the evaporator is bad and a cracked/dents on the windshield) front brake and pad needed to be replaced! How can a human being sell a car like that without fixing atleast something on it!Just to fix the struts will cost me $1200, the AC is 1500 and change and brakes are about $300 to $400 and the windshield may be about 300-400$1,200+1,500+400+400= $3,500 and changeIm also noticing some slips 🤭🤔🥶😭
They dont stand behind there factory gm parts that was bought with a lifetime warranty head service writer i talked to said they dont warranty heater cores when it says on gms website they do. The guy found any excuse not to warranty it. This is a total shame to gm. Had an 05 duramax under Warrenty that was not even a year old. A injector went out and they tried not to warranty that untill I asked for the old part then magically it was covered. So if you are thinking about having work done by them think again!!!!
