A good day that only gets better! I had an appointment for 9am to get new tires. Walked in with my father and he got greeted by name. Celebrity status, I know. Paul was amazing. Super attentive and informative. Didn’t try to hassle or force anything on me. Super easy to talk to. This was my first time using Town Fair Tire in Manchester, NH and it wont be the last! I called in the morning and explained that I had a flat with the donut on and was hoping to replace all 4 tires the same day.When I called, I spoke with the Manager, Zack. Zack was super helpful in helping me choose new tires and also was able to squeeze me in at the end of the same day!When I arrived, Cody was the young man who helped me. Cody confirmed everything I had requested on the phone. I left assuming it would take at least an hour for the 4 tires and alignment to be completed, I got a call 30 minutes later letting me know my vehicle was almost done! When Cody called to let me know, I told him I would be about 15 minutes after closing time, he told me not to worry and that hed be there. Cody was there after closing and took the time to make sure I was happy with the service before I went on my way.Overall, I had a great experience, My SUV feels great with the new tires, the speed of service was unbeatable, and the customer service was top notch, totally recommend.

Tire Warehouse in Manchester, NH has provided me with EXCELLENT service twice. The staff is extremely friendly, and efficient. There is no attempt to up sell you, they just fix what is needed. Two weeks ago, I had issues with a slow leaking front tire, which they found had a faulty valve stem. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with no wait time. Today, I had a slow leaking rear tire, which they found had a nail. Again, excellent service, extremely friendly works, and they were able to fix my tire immediately with no wait time. I highly recommend this location over all others. The wait room is clean and cool, and if you have any questions, you can walk right out the bay your vehicle is in and see what they are doing. They are more than happy to answer any and all questions. This will be my go-to location from now on.

Town Fair delivered Above & Beyond under the heat!Yesterday, one of my tires developed a fast leak. This morning, I went to the Manchester store. Cody was wanting to help, but there was no room in the schedule. Paul entered the conversation, and even though I challenged him - which could have gotten me a negative reply, he scrutinized the schedule, and created an appointment for me in a couple of hours - not guaranteed, but maybe.Well, the team on duty, during a hot day, were cranking out the cars, Within 30 minutes, they got my car in, and had me on my way in about an hour after entering the building!Any tire company can mount tires and fix flats. What makes one special is how they respond to urgent needs - WHEN IT IS NOT CONVENIENT Town Fair - Manchester hit it out of the park, and I want to commend Cody, Paul, and John (who helped me at the end). Great work!Town Fair has great prices, and they do excellent work. But what I really want to encourage everyone to consider is what happens when it gets tough - when you need a break. I had a nail in my tire so they decided to put another tire on it even though my tire was fine to just get the nail out and patched up. Since the tire was replaced my tire pressure light constantly comes on even though I don’t need air in it and John says there’s nothing they can do about it, took no fault, and they can’t fix it. I never had this problem before this tire was replaced

I purchased my first ever set of tires today and Zach made my experience so positive! Right off the bat, he was helpful, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He carefully explained the differences between several different tires (in language I could understand), listened to my needs, and did NOT try to up-sell me. Found a huge nail sticking out of the side of one of my tires. Googled to find the closest town fair as I’ve used them before. I was kind of freaking out because I had to drive to Boston and was in a time constraint. I’m sure I was pretty flustered when I walked in and the agent called me over right away. John was very friendly and easy to talk to. I told him about my tire and he said let’s go take a look. Looked at it and was as shocked as I was to see a large nail sticking out the side. He said “want to see a magic trick” and walked a few feet into the work bays and came back with a plier. He pulled the nail out and said tada! I was kind of surprised and said that’s it and he said yup! He also reassured me that where it inserted, it did not actually cause any damage and I was good to go. I was so relieved and thanked him profusely and even offered him a tip but he politely declined and said it was his pleasure to help. As I mentioned, I’ve used town fair before and now will definitely go the extra miles to use this location as John was a pleasure to work with.

I want to commend Zach at Town Fair Tire in Manchester. I went there for tires when a previous tire dealer would not or could not honor a 45000 manufacturer’s warranty. I had gone only 15000 miles and was told the tires would not pass inspection again. I bought new tires from Zach. He offered a better warranty backed by both the manufacturer and his local branch. He gave me an estimated delivery time and honored it. He explained every feature of the tires and every aspect of the installation. Town Fair Tire also offers free rotation for the life of the tires. All in all, I’m a happy customer.

I went down to Town Fair Tire today to buy a new set of tires and could not believe the incredible service and knowledge of Zach. I never knew someone could know so much about tires haha. Incredible customer service and all done in a timely manner. Will definitely be buying tires from here from now on.

Paul helped me out here and somehow magically got me a set of four tires that were returned after a couple days by someone. I saved almost as much as I paid as they were heavily discounted but still new all terrain truck tires, for the same price as new economy tires and even 1” bigger. Paul and his team did a great job taking care of my car. When I first called, I noticed that my rear tire kept going flat. Paul evaluated my car and determined that all 4 tires were bad! I had been driving around my daughter in a car that was completely unsafe. This was a very shocking revelation, and with my husband out of work due to an injury, not an expense we were looking for. Not to mention that I am supposed to be driving to Delaware in a couple of weeks to visit my sister who is very ill. This place is awful... Paul is the most unprofessional person they have here and the manager Zach is even worst. Went in for a tire rotation, which they pride themselves on saying if you buy tires from us these services are free.. well guest what they don’t care when you come back to get these service done. They want to schedule you out weeks for a simple tire rotation or have you drop of your vehicle for a simple tire rotation. Next time you are in the market please don’t fall for their gimmicks, you can get same tires at other tire stores for the same price. Most other places will actually honor the services they offer to you, and not throw you to the back of the line because they are not making any money of you that day.To make matters even worst as I am on the counter the manager says that they are completely slammed, but yet has time to take another person who came after me, because they are getting four tires installed.This is unacceptable if you don’t have time for a simple tire rotation, how do you have time for a full four tire install?? They must think people are complete idiots here.I would also like to mention that it would be great if Paul could actually practice correct COVID-19 procedures, A- his mask was not properly on his face B- if you have a small hole on your paper mask then you should go and change it out before getting so close to other customers.Please stay away from this location!!! Go somewhere else where they respect you, and your money.

This should be a 1 star rating but l’ll give credit for past work that went well. Brought my wife’s Camry in for a winter tire change over in late April. They put the two newest tires (nearly new with only 6 month’s of use) on the passenger side of the car. The other two tires were obviously older but with 7/32 tread left were put on the drivers side of the car. The car also has quite a bit of vibration, do I’m wondering if the jackass who put the tires on also did the balancing. We’ll be stopping by to have a chat with them on Monday.

I got a flat tire the other day on my lunch break and when I called the woman that I spoke with was extremely kind, patient and helpful while I was stressing like crazy. They were able to get my car in the same day but unfortunately the tires I have had been discontinued/ no longer being made. Paul went above and beyond to get the tire I needed even though it wasn’t looking like it was going to happen. He was able to fix the car the same day and even stayed past close so that I could pick up my car, and on top of that the price was super reasonable. I was completely hesitant to return to Town Fair tires, I have had bad luck with them in the past, but I figured Id see what they had for tires as I needed a new set and could always go elsewhere if I didnt like what they had. Then I met John who was super friendly and listened to exactly what I was looking for, I got a great deal on 4 new tires and what was even more impressive was they put them on and did an alignment in 45mins! I was originally told approximately 2 hours so I was very happy with such the fast service. Today I went back to have my tires retightened and it was really busy, but I was in and out in 20mins! Also it was John again who helped me out this second time too. I was really happy I decided to give Town Fair tire a second chance! I hope they give all those guys raises!

John did a great job getting us all set up. We made an appt online but it must not have gone through because when we got there he couldn’t find it in his computer. He was able to set us right up with a new appt and even got it done sooner than quoted!

Great experience!!! Problems with first set of tires . Got new set. Paul and Jason were professionals!!
