A positive experience overall.PROS:- I noticed results right away: no more new wasp nests (and the one small wasp nest that was not taken down during outside treatment was soon abandoned by its inhabitants), no more ants anywhere around the outside of the house- The nest mentioned above was taken down by Sean recently when I saw the Insight vans parked next to my neighbor and asked whether they could take care of the nest for me as long as theyre here. Sean promptly took it down and powdered the area around it. Very nice.CONS:- Somewhat high-pressure door-to-door sales practices- While it was made clear to me that I was signing a contract for the whole year (4 treatments), it wasnt clear that if I decided to cancel the contract, Id be responsible for any discounts given to me on the initial treatment, the full cost of which only appeared in the signed contract I received by email. Not that I am going to cancel -- I am happy with the results -- but Id appreciate if this were better communicated BEFORE I signed.

Service workers are professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Products work very well. Advertised, the effects should take up to 14 days before changes occur. We still noticed some activity 28 days after the first treatment, but significantly reduced thereafter. No people nor pets experienced any harmful side effects after the household’s treatment, inside and out. Pest activity slowly increased to minimal active levels on the home’s exterior approximately 60 days after treatment, but did not experience any level of infestation. In our opinion, the treatment service plan earns every penny.

The guy who did my service was very polite and the service seems to have resolved my carpenter ant problem. Main negative is I’ve found Insight’s website and billing practices pretty confusing. The online statements are not clear at all about what some charges are for.

We had out first quarterly appointment where the technician placed traps and steel wool into common access areas (we had a rodent issue). After a couple weeks we were told all was well and not to worry, just to monitor the traps. I had pulled more mice from those traps than I thought possible and we thought it was under control. Fast forward to the next service, we were moving so we didnt need the service to be scheduled so I called to cancel. The technicians still showed up and knocked on the door getting our dogs going while were trying to pack and we had to inform them again that the appointment was canceled. The technician went out to his van and returned to apologize because he was unaware the appointment had been canceled. Fast forward again to today 8/5/21. We have been in our new house for over 2 months now and I receive an invoice from them saying they just did the service on our property. We dont live there anymore. Ive also been sent pictures from the new owners of our old house and they just had to rip out all of the insulation in their basement because the technician originally missed a 3 foot by 4 inch hole under the siding by the front steps. We were all good though, the technician said. I called to get my refund and to cancel my account for the third time after being extremely dissatisfied and they want to charge me a $120 cancelation fee. Unbelievable, stay away.

Always on-time. The service works well at controlling the pests. The techs that come to the house are always professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. Communications are great before, during, and after the service. We have been using them for over 5 years for quarterly preventative service.

Our service tech Alan is energetic and knowledgeable and is ready to answer all our questions. He has treated our home for every known pest inside and out and I always know I can count on Insight to be here within a day or two if something comes up outside our normal service schedule. The individuals who answer the customer service line couldnt be nicer. Great company!

Just a really great experience with the team from Manchester. They are prompt and courteous. They are responsive when Ive had to call them back. And are very clean and effective. I highly recommend them.

The salesman did a great job of selling the company, unfortunately the service tech only did parts of the job. The salesman said it would take about an hour, it took the tech about 15 minutes. We now have more carpenter bees, ants and spiders then before the service. I would not recommend this company and I am demanding a full refund and immediate cancellation of the contract.

Service person arrived promptly; explained the process clearly then completed the work within 30 minutes. So far, so good! Looking forward to enjoying our deck this year!

Great service. Reasonable pricing. They treated for bees. Wasps and other insects around the perimeter. They were supposed to follow up to do inside and its been almost two weeks. Still waiting.

The technician that provided the service is exceptionally polite always stopping at the front door to say hello and remind me to bring in my pets and close the windows before spraying for mosquitoes commences. Insight Pest Solutions is a great business. They are super easy to work with. Set it and forget it. They call me to let me know they are coming, they show up ring the doorbell to let me know what they are up to, and then they do their thing and leave. Its so easy. They are there quickly when I need them, too. I noticed a bunch of carpenter ants in our house and they were out the next couple days to help fix the issue and educated me on the process, which I loved. Everyone that has helped us has been super knowledgeable, polite, helpful, efficient, and its been very much appreciated! Such a great company that does right by their customers.

Insight has been very professional and proactive Eve yo d the do a site visit. I s add m glad we use them. Have not seen bugs and especially ants in a long time.

Claimed to so wasp and hornet treatment last to times out and I have a hornets infestation on my porch and knocked down 2 hives today the day after last treatment. Also claimed noone was home to get a signature we were home noone attempted to knock on door or ring doorbell when arrived or left. We never even noticed they were there.

Insight has been able to stop bugs from getting in the house, something other companies could not.

My only criticism is that the post-service inspection report (dated 11/6) actually started with Hi my name is XXXX. I am the technician that completed your Spring Quarterly service today and then proceeded to describe what happens when the weather gets warmer. So obviously not relevant to a November/Winter inspection but a hold-over from a previous report. Would have appreciated a more relevant discussion as to what will happen over the winter months. Also no mention of the stink bugs that have been clinging to the outside of my home --- how did he miss that?

I’m so glad Insight knocked on our door this summer. We just had our second service and my concerns about the stink bugs were politely addressed - we’ve all seen how bad they are this year and in previous years we’ve had a lot come into the house. This year we’ve had 2-4 and that’s it. We usually get a ton of Asian Ladybeetle (looks like ladybugs but they don’t die off) inside the house in our living room and in my workout space on the 3rd floor. We’ve only had 2 show up this past week in the living room and I’m fairly confident that the spraying from this summer helped to greatly reduce them.

Kat was extremely thorough and paid great attention to detail during our first inspection. She explained everything in detail and was so helpful. We are happy that we signed up for a quarterly service!

Kat was awesome and very thorough. She took the time to explain everything and inspect every inch of the house perimeter for the area where the mice were getting in. She found it immediately and set traps for the mice. She also recovered the 2 dead mice and exposed of them. Then Kat performed her routine pesticide application and cleared all the cobwebs and wasp nests. I would love to see Kat again for our next appointment and will certainly recommend Insight Pest Solutions to our neighborhood.

The technician Todd did the service to us. He was very professional and very very nice. He did an outstanding job on the exterior of my house and as well in the interior of the house treating. Fall service was completed by Kat. She kindly advised us when arrived, cleaned all surfaces and applied the insecticides with efficiency and thoroughness. It took her under 30 minutes to complete the job.

Matt did an excellent job and emailed a detailed report of what chemicals he applied and where ; and was very responsive to my questions and request to specifically add the right chemical in a specific spot on my deck.

Techs are always professional and friendly. I have been using this service for a couple years and have not had an issue with pests (specifically ants and mice) in my house.

Front door was blocked with chairs and a yellow warning strap to keep our stay in place from this virus. Didn’t stop the service guy from walking around my barriers through the mulch to ring the front door and of course he didn’t have a mask. After expressing displeasure I left him to do his job which took 5min. Since then I’ve been killing bugs Spiders and now big black ants. Time to find a new pest control co.
