This Company was thorough and professional from start to finish! They did more than I expected and billed me for much less than I expected. I very seldom leave a review but today I had to. It was so refreshing to deal with professionals who respected me and my home! I cannot say enough about this company because today they really hit it out of the park! I will use Anchor Pest for all my pest problems going forward because they really are affordable and a pleasure to deal with!

Anchor Pest has been amazing this summer! They have been responsive to my calls and had someone at my home to treat for pests or even a crazy underground yellow jacket nest. Came to solicit twice in one day. First didn’t answer door. So they came back around 830 at night. Well little late to be soliciting services. And pushy. Also different prices for same house style on same street. Just want you to sign up. No business card or paperwork to look over. Just take it or leave it.Nice scooter though. Haha So they can do 3 times as many houses instead of walking.

Dave was professional, thorough, and great about explaining exactly what he was doing to get our rodent problem under control. My husband was impressed by how he took time to carefully scope out the problem, and figure out the best approach for tackling the situation. We called Anchor in a panic because we were getting ready to list our house for sale; they arrived that same day. The service was amazing, and we really appreciated how considerate everyone was. The quality of services they give.G etting rid of the problem the first time is rare these days. They are very pleasant on the phone and in person. When I call for extra service, they come straight away. I use their annual program and they come to my home 4 times a year. It has been easy, fast and job well done. Had a really pushy salesman named Adam try to pitch us at our door. Told him we had somebody already, he kept trying to sell. Told him Id take a card and call if we were ever looking in the future and he decided hed tell me why my current company wasnt good. Repeated I wasnt interested and he interrupted me to continue. We have used Anchor Pest control for the 2 years we have lived in our current home. We live on 5.5 acres with a small pond & woods. Our property is also surrounded by swamp land on both sides of the pond so needless to say it is a breeding/playground for all types of rodents & insects. Anchor Pest has done an excellent job of controlling the rodents around the outside of our home & the insects inside. I also can’t say enough about their tick & mosquito control. Last spring I found a few ticks on my kids, but after the first tick control service we didn’t see another tick the rest of the year. Obviously with all the water around us, the mosquitoes are more difficult to control but we definitely notice a decrease after each treatment. All the technicians are polite & professional & take their time to explain what they are doing. We have been very pleased with Anchor!

I called Anchor when I thought I heard mice in my attic. They were able to come out the next day for a FREE assessment. After looking around (with full COVID protection) he was able to see that mice had been there, but weren’t currently there. That was enough for me to sign onto their very reasonably priced quarterly treatment plan. On the first visit out for the plan treatments the technician answered all my bug questions and even spotted/removed the beginnings of a wasp nest on my gutters! Needless to say, I am very happy I called Anchor! I would recommend them to anyone with a pest problem!

Anchor Pest has been the best investment we have made since moving to NH. We utilize their quarterly pest control, which has helped significantly with ants, mice and wasps on our property. We recently switched over to them for tick and mosquito spray. Their spray lasts 4 weeks (rather than the 3 weeks other places have lasted) and it has made a huge difference in our outdoor areas! They are also quick to come out when we have other pest control needs. Everyone has been polite and they always ask if we have any particular issues before they start maintaining the property. Dont go anywhere else; these guys are the BEST.

Cannot say enough about this company. We hired them last summer for ants. Problem solved. Last fallWe hired them for Asian Beetles...problem solved. We now have a wasp problem. I called on July 13 and left a message. They responded within 10 minutes and will be here this week to fix the wasp problem. They are professional, kind, efficient, reasonable. We paid a reasonable fee for a contract and they have responded two more time for other issues at no charge. Sad to say that many companies have terrible customer service. My husband and I are relatively new home owners of a fixer upper. One of the things this older property definitely needed was treatment to help control some insect issues that hadnt been maintained for some time. When we first reached out to pest companies for help, we were worried about the cost and visits it would take. All those concerns went out the window with Anchor Pest, and we cannot talk highly enough about this company! Not only are they the nicest group of individuals weve come across in our new home adventures to date, but the annual maintenance plan is extremely affordable and they have totally eliminated our box elder bug issue within just 2 visits. We also decided to use them for mosquito and tick services so we can enjoy our big new yard, and they came out within 24 hours of me inquiring this add on service and I havent seen one bug since. We are so grateful to have found this company and highly recommend to anyone in search of the services they perform!

On the quarterly maintenance of our property, Anchor Pest noticed that our carpenter bees had become a wasp issue. They quickly took care of the issue and eradicated the wasps! We also receive mosquito and tick services, which have saved our dogs from discomfort this entire summer season! Fantastic job!

The two people that arrived promptly and introduced themselves and reviewed the contact provisions were professional and friendly. After reviewing the contract they went over the procedures they were going to follow and the materials that they were going to use, as well as any cautions that applied, specifically as it relates to animals. They then proceeded to do the appropriate applications and then reviewed what they has done with us. All in all, a very thorough process.

Great Service!We just moved into a new development and have an ant issue, we called they went away and then came back with a vengeance! I called the office they sent Josh back that same day and he was so professional, told us what needed to be done - did it without question - no extra charge and then came back again the following week to just check on the situation for us. As a currently customer, I recently contacted Anchor Pest Services to see if they could help with a giant bee’s nest in the woods in the back of my property. I sent an email around 4:00 pm and I later got a voice mail that they would be at my house before 8PM to take care of the bee’s nest! I was expecting and prepared to pay an extra charge for this service — but it was included in my current service plan. These guys are great! They explained everything that was going to be done and they even let me know to keep my dogs away from the area until morning. Excellent Customer Service!!

Have had the company for over 2 years theres been no issues at all.Theyve been very nice, courteous and respectful. Weve only had to call them once to do an extra treatment due to no fault of their own darn bugs. We will continue to use this company.

New to the area, new home owner. Lesson learned -- dont waste your time and money on a rodent problem yourself. These guys were quick to come out to our house and provide treatment. Havent noticed any evidence of mice since they were here. My family has been extremely happy with there service.

I requested a copy of the contract and a business card 3 times. He only gave us a card after we provided our credit card. Sketchy. Please read the contract on their tablet CAREFULLY as it states if you cancel, you’ll be charged $160 or the balance of the initial fee. What? We were quoted $240 up front and when we said we wanted to compare businesses it went down to $80 initial charge. I asked if we weren’t happy would we be charged the rest $160 and he didn’t answer. How do you know you’ll be charged the rest of their contract for who knows how many years after because it doesn’t state it on their little tablet contract?? Never do business with a door to door company who states they just happened to be in the area and say that google reviews take a long time to appear on the google site. Really?? They only had 35 reviews which could be friends, employees etc. Not enough for me when they said they’ve been around for years. The tablet contract also states that you have to cancel before the initial treatment which only gave us literally 20 minutes. No thank you.

Anchor Pest Services lets us know when they will be coming. They do the work and follow-up with a detailed receipt of what was done. We appreciate the clear communication and reliable service.

Anchor pest was able to get to us the next day! They knocked down the wasps nests. They sprayed the yard for mosquitos and Ticks, as well as sprayed a faster working stuff for our 4th of July family party so we dont have to worry about ticks this week. Daniel was super friendly and knowledgeable and went into way more detail than other corporate companies. Also with the wasp service and other insects they do rodents which another company didnt do. I have had two services with Anchor so far - the initial service, and the follow up service as required for the annual plan. Anchor has shown to be great at what they do, professional and honest. Since signing on, my insect issues have disappeared. They also notify in advance when they will be arriving, which is always helpful.After having used several companies (large and small), Anchor is at the top of my list. As a small company, they don’t do EVERYTHING (tick control for example), however as they grow - I hope they add to their portfolio of services. Certainly not a showstopper for me...

I met both owners today. One of them was going door to door which is a good way to get jobs while the other was working at another home. Both are very friendly. I had a wasp nest over my garage near the roof I never noticed. Also had ants nest on the side of the house near the foundation I never noticed. The cost the day they treated was very good at $80 and every 3 months $120. Seem like both honest guys looking to have a good company. I will update as more time passes using them but I would recommend them and the company as of contact with them.

In my opinion the Owners are DISHONEST with the employees and at times practice some shady sales practices. This is the only Company that I know of that screws the Customer with a Cancellation charge.Please consider other companies as their Sales People tell EVERY CUSTOMER that they have Carpenter Ants during their inspection. They are Exterior Inspections so you can be assured that there are Ants but not all Ants are Carpenter Ants.

Claimed to be servicing neighbors during initial surprise sales calls, door to door, then failed to deliver on any simple thing they offered despite signing their form contract and providing payment by credit card as they required. Impossible for me to distinguish them from losers. Lost a day waiting for them and then not even get a spec of preventive service after they arrive based on conditions visible to their expert who does their licensed work. Their own contract says no guarantee of anything and yet their stated reason for not providing their prepaid service is that they cannot guarantee their work. Very strange and suspicious.

I Contacted Anchor Pest Service through an email, on a Sunday, and received a call back the next day. I explained my needs to Dan over the phone. That night he met with me at my home along with another technician, whos name has slipped my mind. They performed my service immediately. (This may vary on a time frame). I did sign a one year contract as required.The pricing was very fair, and included a special need of treating behind all of my shutters wasps, so that I can remove them from the house.

Rapid to reply when contacted and thorough to explain any and all issues that pertain to treatments for the home. You dont have to keep calling them with concerns. They care!
