The staff is very friendly and I felt welcomed every time I walked in. Place is clean.However, I have not been to the salon since Oct 2020. I have been charged $104.95 for the past 3 months (Nov, Dec, Jan) for a total of $314.95 that needs to be refunded to me.I have emailed customer service and I hope they do the right thing and refund my money immediately.UPDATE: They HAVE refunded the full amount, and I am most grateful! Thank you! For that reason, I will continue using their services during the season. Thank you again!

The woman who work there truly provide great customer service. Always friendly, remember you by your name and what is going on in your life, and arent overly pushy with sales and promos. Have enjoyed many light hearted conversations with the staff there. Britney, Kate, and Lynn, in particular are so pleasant, helpful, and professional. Very good clean beds as well.

This is maybe the worst spray tan I have ever gotten. Not only the worst but the most expensive. 35 dollars for my skin to turn purple and gray not even close to tan. Thanks a lot for a waste of my time.

The Manchester, Missouri location is always clean and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. Last night I went in for a tan and a Mystic and was informed right away that lotions were 30% off. I explained that i had recently purchased a bottle of tanning lotion but the staff also told me about the different products available for spray tanning. Each time I come in to Mystic Tan, I purchase the myxersand accelerators. I then decided that buying the accelerator in a bottle for 30% off would save me so much more than paying $6 each time I spray tanned.

NEVER TAN HERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY. My daughter had terrible issues with these people and charging her account and then not letting her tan. There is literally NOTHING worse then paying for something and not getting it. Go else where this place is cheap but for all the wrong reasons.

This is a horrible store. The manager is so mean and yelled at me for bringing my kids into the store. She cannot handle conflict resolution well at all!!!! I
