Hello, my name is jack reid JR. I suffer from ptsd, in this past year Ive been seeing Jim, (until he unfortunately passed away) RIP. Then after I picked up with Jims wife Nancy foster. I was dropped from counciling because of difficulties with insurance. He only cared about getting paid. His heart is not in hi profession. He should retire. Shame on him for putting someone like we me at risk by dropping me luke a used .....

Ill give them credit for actually calling me back as I have been trying to search for a therapist for several months without getting return calls from providers. They did call and did a quick intake over the phone for basic information but unfortunately I had to get a new phone in between that call and their next one so I didnt get their message within 7 days. I returned the call maybe 2 weeks later, exact timing Im unsure of, and I had to do the quick intake again because the deleted my info due to lack of response, I get it, it happens. We attempted to schedule and what she had available right away wouldnt work so she told me she would check another providers schedule and get back to me and that as the last I heard from them. So I appreciate the initial call and follow up but reviewed lower due to not hearing back after being told I would once they were able to take a look at schedules.

James is the best. Very understanding and will tell you of your wrong. No sugar coating

My only Child was murdered in October of 2014. I was referred to James Foster by the Attorney Generals office because he specializes in traumatic loss. James has helped me understand the grieving process that a parent will go through after the death of a Child. He has been guiding me for these last years since Taylor’s death. Understanding the process and confirming that I was not alone in this process was a true life saver for me. It’s been 4 years and I am finally learning to live my life again. I would highly recommend James and Nancy to anyone needing help!

Nancy is kind and well-intentioned but didn’t take my symptoms seriously. If your symptoms are extreme enough that they are interfering with your daily activities and quality of life seek help elsewhere!

Was refused treatment for not signing their disclosure policy which gives them right to disclose information without your consent!
