I have never worked for a company that cares for their employees the way Metro does. I recently traveled to Manchester for training, and the entire staff was incredible. I received a warm welcome upon arrival. I can’t say enough about all the great people I meet. The training I received while at Manchester was incredible. The environment at Manchester was unlike anything I have ever been a part of. Such an amazing place to work and great people.

My boyfriend was employed with metro for a 12 week contract. While he worked there he was very happy and loved to go in every day. The pay was quite generous for the work that you did during the contracts, The leaders were helpful in everything that needed assistance. The company is dedicated in helping people find new work in many categories. The contracts are great and the support service is responsive and helpful.

I do not usually leave reviews but when Metro asked me how my experience was and to leave a Google review, I was all in. The way I felt with this staffing agency was different than other staffing companies I have been to. Everyone was very kind and walked me through the entire process. Once I went to work they still checked in with me. I recommend this company.

Metro offers quality people and is always there when you need them.

I have staffed through Metro Industrial in Manchester, TN periodically for almost 7 years. Most occasions exceeded my expectations with the service, very professional. I would regard in particular the last occasion I staffed through Metro in 2018 the office workers were commendable. Everyone I have worked with in the Metro Office for HR, and staffing generally dont miss a beat. If you take them seriously, you will be returned the respect I would like to make an acknowledgement of in their favor.

I seen a few negative reviews, I didnt experience this at all. The staff was VERY friendly. Always reached out and put me to work immediately. Most of the reviews that are negative seem to pertain to the actual place people were working and I dont believe a negative experience at them places should affect the staff at METRO. They strive to help those WILLING to show up and work hard. You will get placed as long as you show up and have a good work history and good attitude!

Judy, the only person I spoke with or even saw for that matter, was nice at first, but when I got there, she could’ve be bothered to stop the FaceTime she had going and get off her phone to attend to my needs. Once I got to the job assignment, it was not AT ALL what she said. I told her SPECIFICALLY that I did not want the job if it was 12 hour shifts on second. That is exactly what it was the second I got there. I was contacted by Judy through Indeed. Also, while working there, I was doing my job as well as 3 other people’s jobs, and my coworkers were bossing me around as if the were my supervisor. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Not forthcoming with the full description of the job and the incompetence is so vast in the office, they cant even input the correct birthday on the pay card. Guess what couldnt be activated and guess what couldnt be used for Christmas? Couldnt even get it resolved before Christmas because nobody would answer the phone. Great idea to have a temp agency as a business but, poor execution of hiring competent representation of your company.

Avoid this temp agent! They never have anything available for anybody.. if you need something now, metro in Manchester IS NOT the place to go
