I was contacted by Brianna Zhong this past March regarding a contracted employment opportunity for a company in my field, and I am happy to say that a little over 4 months later that company has hired me full time :) Brianna gave me interview tips as well as getting me in the door with this company, so I am extremely thankful for all they have done for me. On boarding was easy, and as a recent graduate Im amazed by the outcome of this opportunity.

I was hired by InSync after about 2 weeks being in the market for a new job. I was trying to get back into my old profession i was working in for 13 years prior to moving to the USA. I was not able to get my foot in the door with any biotech company for a long time. I have a foreign degree in pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing but was not able to transfer that degree to the US. However, hiring with InSync was a great decision. My Recruiter was on spot since day one. She found my resume and was able to match me with a major biotech company in San Diego. After working for InSync for about 4 months I was able to get converted to a full time employee. I can only recommend working InSync based on my experience. The relationship was professional, reliable and smooth. Insync stuck out from all the other contractors to me. Great company to work for.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY.Becca Kamarand at this company sent me a mass email stating they want to talk about to me about a role but then I come to find out they sent the e-mail to 1000 of people. Not only is this annoying, but its morally unethical as she tries phishing information without my authorization. That itself is a crime and in violation of the Communications Privacy Act. I never applied for a role and they phished my information without my consent. The person who did( I know they phished it because I never applied to the job).I am definitely filing a dispute with the BBB ! DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE

I love this company. I worked for inSync staffing for 3 years, now I work with the sister company but still help out and spend time in their office. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are like a family and they take good care of each other and candidates.Expectations reasonable, they want you to do your job and do it well. They do spend a lot of time training people, and giving extra help when they need it as well. If you do your job, and work hard you will enjoy yourself and make good money . If you are not willing to work and do the job you are hired for, you wont succeed here. The company takes good care of employees and retains really good employees. Making them able to secure some really great jobs for candidates.I would highly recommend this company to others and have. I have one friend who I told about a job with inSync who has now been there a few years herself.Overall, I give the five stars because they really do the best job out of the many other places I have been. I dont know many people who say they enjoy their job, but I sure do!

My experience with inSync Staffing was very good. From my first contact with the receptionist throughout the process. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Other staff were responsive and accommodating. They were always willing to answer questions and returned phone calls in an acceptable time frame. I would recommend them for your job seeking needs.

I have nothing but great things to say. Once I got my resume up, the jobs started coming in like crazy. I was employed as a contractor for a global Medical injection molding and extruding company in no time and I just went through the conversion from being a contractor with InSync Staffing to full employee at the company I work for a week ago. From the very beginning of my time with InSync Staffing, from the time I submitted my resume, until my conversion to a full employee at my company, I had the pleasure of getting a wonderful woman named Melanie assigned to me from the very beginning and I only dealt with her all the way to the end of my time with Insync, she always responded very quickly and accurately to any questions or problems I was having. I loved how I didn’t have to deal with several people and got to work one on one with Melanie the entire time. There was a very personal feel to it as if she actually cared about what was going on with my employment and I really liked that. The last staffing company I dealt with years ago would take days to respond, I would always have to speak with a different person and it felt as if I was just not important to them. I Never felt that way with InSync. I highly recommend using this company if you are a specialist and need to find another job. I guarantee you that they will find the perfect company for you!

Applied for a job though Indeed. Sent a message asking for some info. Missed call the next day and received a text message. I called her back an hr later and left voicemail. I sent a reply text later that day that I had called and left a voicemail. Called the general number the next morning and got voicemail. Called general number again just before noon and the person said the recruiter wasnt available and offered to send me to her voicemail. I called the general number just before noon almost a week later and I get voicemail again.Im not sure whats going on but I have my suspicions. I wouldnt want to work for them at this point even if they did call me back. If you had an emergency or need to contact them for some other reason... youd probably never get anyone.

I was contacted from someone in NH stating that they were hiring for a position here in San Diego for ups. I was told if I wanted to be considered please forward resume with full legal name, city, state zip code along with legal work status and my social security number.I am a little alarmed by this normally you are not asked to provide proof of aligbility to work until after your hired & I9 is filled. I was also alarmed by the fact they have no offices here inCA. It seems odd UPS in San Diego would choose staffing agency with no offices in city or state. Also think it would make interviewing difficultI couldn’t find enough info on this company to say if it’s legit or not, but be very careful many scams are ran like this. It’s not normal for them to ask for your info before hiring be careful

Ive been on assignment just about 6 months and I have no complaints about InSync Staffing. I get paid on time and when I have a question or concern, I have no problem reaching someone by phone or by email, but sometimes it can take awhile to get back to you, but thats business......Im not their only employee....!! This staffing company is real and legit and in the United States of America, contrary to other reviews that I have read. The on-boarding process was very quick, easy and they assist you every step of the way. I would use them again in a heart-beat....!!

Quite possibly the worst staffing company in existence. I’ve been trying to work with them for 6 months. Always say they have exciting opportunities in my area. I give them the same information they ask for every time (shouldn’t they have this info in their system?) and have yet to even sniff at a possible interview. Been unemployed for almost a year so any time they email me with potential employment I get excited. Then let down. Again and again. Rea is extremely unhelpful and send short responses and you can tell she is annoyed that you would have the audacity to follow up with her. No phone calls, no return voicemails, continuous ignored emails until you finally have to be short, direct, pushy and a little rude. I’m not sure how they stay in business by not being able to even get people interviews but here they are.

I am not sure why the reviewers below me had such bad experiences. I work with this agency for several years now and they have always been helpful. Yes, there are times that they dont pick up the phone when I call but I would be selfish thinking I am the only person they work with. I have worked with several of their clients like UPS and Ricoh and have enjoy every moment. I would absolutely recommend.

Received a notification of a job in my home state of NJ, with a decent pay rate for an agency, wrote a Matt Barta asking about Health Insurance, as I have a chronic condition, followed by FOUR calls … 9 days passed by, nothing! Called the main number, complained that this is terrible service, since I am an excellent candidate and they will be making thousands if I am hired, the woman cut me short and said: the job is filled. I looked up and the job is still open. No a competent nor ethical agency, stay away!

Most likely a Scam collecting personal data for a real Facebook job. Received an email from Cathleen Pozas-Harter and a call from California phone number, while address of the company is at25 Sundial AveManchester, NH 03103No offices are listed in California, so it was also a bit odd that they had a job working for Facebook in New York, yet their own website listed no jobs available in New York, NY...Cathleen was asking to complete confidential I9 information, including DOB, and Citizenship via email. She was dismissive and rude and laughed on the phone when I mentioned it is personal and proprietary information and I am not comfortable sharing via email but maybe could share if she indeed is submitting my resume via some system. Obviously she didnt read or have my resume, but claimed she had a real Facebook job and tons of other candidates sending her all of their confidential information via email... ***Does that sound good or familiar? Ask any banker or legal expert if they would advise you to send confidential info via email! ***No sense of taking a chance if Cathleen is not familiar with HR laws and what information should never be asked as part of application for a job. Here is what they are asking to be sent via email. Looks like a Scam or unprofessional operation where they dont care if your data gets hacked since its sent via non encrypted email. Also, really do you believe everyone who responds via email would be immediately sent for a real job? Do you think Facebook mandatory requires them to know if their future candidates Citizenship status as part of a real job application?____________If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please forward me an updated MS Word copy of your resume and answer the following questions so we can submit you immediately:Full Legal Name (include middle initial):Current location (City/State/Zip):Explain Gaps in employment longer than 3 months and/or what you have been doing since you last worked:Are you currently working? If not, when did your last job end?Your availability to interview (or when you cant interview):Availability to start (immediately or need to give notice):Any time planned off next few months (Dr appointments, Vacations, etc.)?Client requires the following information – it MUST be your ACTUAL information to be considered for the position. I didnt have a problem with reaching my recruiter. She communicated well with me. However, the first position I was given didnt work out. I sensed a bit of an attitude, I beleive, because I didnt stay with the company they placed me with. I did inform her in an email... that the position wasnt working out for me. So, now theyre not willing to work with me any longer. Other than that.. they are ok.

I received an email from these people. Apria uses local agencies. Most companies use local agencies. This is another scam agency. They are using app phone numbers, false identities and a false company name to obtain job seekers personal information (i.e. Birthdays, address, social security numbers,etc.). They then turn around and use the information obtained to open lines of credit. It is important to research all companies that contact you. Unfortunately, they get your resume and contact information from careerbuilder and monster. There are also some people using existing companies names, find out some info about that company, call and verify their employment, then call the number on the email and ask them questions based off of information you obtained. Watch them get defensive and hang up. I called the local PD and they verified these scams.
