Cleaner was did a satisfactory job, but she would not wear a mask properly. I answered the door wearing mine, and told her that if she was vaccinated, she could skip her mask. She said was not, so I asked her to mask up. Heres the thing: she wore hers below her nose, just covering her mouth and chin. I pointed out that if she was going to wear it below her nose, she might as well not wear it. She said it slipped. I said she had worn it below her nose the entire time. The cleaner then spent the next 20 min. being upset at me for not being happy with her. I think she was hoping I would ask her to leave, but I ignored her and worked in a different room. She finally insisted I talk to her manager, who told me I needed to respect her pro. What?! I simply refused to accept her excuse for pretend mask wearing, and she was triggered by being called out. She seemed to think that my being concerned with my familys health during a global pandemic was disrespectful to her, while also having no understanding that she was the one being disrespectful.

The two young ladies who cleaned the house my mother just purchased did a wonderful job! The house is on Gervas. I was so pleased with their work and final walkthrough.

What started off with great consistent cleanings, having a pretty consistent cleaning team for almost a year. It has DRASTICALLY changed for the last 5 months. I have had different strangers in my house every month, and either things not cleaned or stated as “cleaned” but not. Then the last straw was when I sent pictures of all the items not cleaned, and was basically called a liar. I was getting cleanings the same time every month. Part of their cleaning checklist is having the fronts of my (white) kitchen cabinets wiped down every month. They left coffee/red wine stains on the front cabinet that holds our trash can. However.. there “justification” of why my cabinets were not clean were due to grease built up and needing a magic eraser to clean them! (Which we hardly ever fry anything.)They didn’t even notice the apparent red and brown stains, and proves my point that they have NOT been cleaning everything they stated they do. I should not ever have “grease buildup” if they were actually cleaning the cabinets every month like they were supposed to! Not to mention the stains on my kitchen island, backsplash, hair on floors, multiple stains and sticky spots not mopped, dusty shelves, bathtubs not cleaned, and bathroom sinks all still dirty immediately after my cleaning. I’ve had enough, and looking for a company who actually wants and appreciates my business!

Barrett and Cynthia completed our cleaning today (1/25) and I was super impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. This was the first time Ive ever used a cleaning service and they set the bar high for future experiences! Highly recommend.

As our life became even busier, my wife and I decided to try MaidPro for our house cleaning needs. Wed never used a cleaning service before and, I have to say, what an eye opener! We were absolutely overwhelmed as to the attention to detail that MaidPros people demonstrated with our home. While our home is definitely no new home (built in 1937), we returned to our house with that similar feeling one gets when walking into a new model home--clean!Kitchen floors swept, mopped. Sinks clean. Appliances clean. Even the exterior of the refrigerator was cleaned...realtor magnets and all. Thats just the kitchen. You get the idea.Essentially, all the stuff youd do yourself and then some--if you had the time and will to do such things.Without continuing into lengthy detail as to how well the rest of the house looks after a MaidPro visit, theres no doubt that were extremely happy. Happy to the point where we wondered why we hadnt done this sooner.

Ms. Johnnie is AMAZING! She has been cleaning our house for many years and she never fails to clean everything exactly the way I would do it myself - and believe me that is a tall order to fill. My husband and I typically do a quick clean Sunday night before Maid Pro is to arrive Monday morning, so all clutter is out of the way and the team is able to come in and clean. This past Sunday, we arrived from out of town very late at night and were rushed out the door Monday morning for work. Not only did we not pick up as usual, but our house was a wreck! We had clothes strung everywhere from packing before the trip and suitcases and odds and ends placed all around the house. Maid Pro came in and made our house look (and smell) amazing. It was such a nice sight to come home to Monday evening.

I was suppose to get $25 off first cleaning. Didnt happen. Cleaning people wore shoes while cleaning, we dont wear shoes in our house. Stairs were not dusted one of my major request as well as baseboards. Paid $119 for basically 4 rooms of vacuuming. We had just moved into this house and with my wife being 9 months pregnant with 5,000 square ft house needed someone to do one deep cleaning. Very disappointed.

I suggest that you do not waist your money with MaidPro Ballwin. I just had a baby and a friend bought me 5 hours (maximum) cleaning. I did not have high expectations for cleaning services, but since this would not cost me any money, I called Kim to schedule the cleaning. She was great, took several notes, explained the services in detail.When the day for the cleaning arrived, my mom was home with the baby and, even though 5 hours were paid (2.5 per cleaner), one lady stayed less than 40 minutes and the other one close to 2 hours. To give an idea of how poor the cleaning was, when my husband arrived, he called me and asked if the cleaning crew had come, because it seemed that nothing was done (believe me, my husband is not the type of man that notes how clean a house is). They vacuum the main floor, dusted a shelf on my sons play room, turned the dish washer on and cleaned my rooms bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom. That is it. They had a check list that said that all bathrooms were cleaned, and several other items which were not true. It was clear they were being deceiving.This was a gift and I could just let it go, but I felt so cheated that I called to complain. Kim said she was going to see the other side of the story. I felt little bad about that, but being a manager myself, I always try to be fair to my employees. She called back, and said the cleaner said that she cleaned 2 out of my 3.5 bathrooms. She said they were in bad shape. Knowing they had cleaned a bathroom that is used only by me and the 1/2 bathroom, I knew the state they were and that statement was not true. My kitchen had trash on the floor (little wraps) that were not picked up, I am not sure they even mopped the floor (we are talking about an area 3ftx3ft). I am the one that cleans my house most of the time. I know how much it takes to clean the main floor, clean 2.5 bath and vacuum the upstairs and 5 houses would have been more than enough. I was not expecting a very deep cleaning, I was prepared for a mild cleaning, but this was significantly below expectations.Please dont spend your money with this cleaning service, especially if you depend on that cleaning due to visitors from out of town.
