I received a text message (I had not corresponded with anyone from the company via text prior to this) asking to cancel my appointment shortly before it was scheduled to take place, and was asked if I could be available the next day instead. Though this wasn’t ideal as I’m dealing with water damaged walls and my home insurance company, I said yes and asked to confirm a new time. I never received a response and no one came by the day they asked to reschedule to.I ended up reaching out to Servpro who sent someone out within an hour and gave me the option between having them repair the damage or showing me how I could repair it myself as it was not as severe as I had anticipated (no charge) which ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. It was all around a more professional experience.

I recently had 911 remove mold from porch. They did a fantastic job. The workers were hardworking diligent and meticulous. They spent hours removing the debris vacuuming and scrubbing the area. They were very courteous and addressed all my needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs mold removal. It was an absolute pleasure.Nick Ciambella

911 Restoration is incredible. Recently we had water coming through the sliding glass doors of our downstairs home. This room was used for a storage area,and for access to the backyard. The water completely soaked the carpet and everything in the Room. The room was full of misc. stuff.While other companies were booked out for 5 days. I called 911 Restoration and they were able come out that very day, within 3 hours after I placed the first phone call. The price they quoted was substantially less than their competition.The workers arrived on time, and were very personable. Customer service was amazing, as well as how quickly they emptied out a very cluttered room. My family killed two birds with one stone, at a price far less than I thought I would have too.My thanks to the workers and staff. This is one company that I will remember and use again if needed.

They arrived within 45 minutes of my call, extracted the water, and dried us out. I was impressed when they set up plastic walls to keep all of the dust in their work area. Zach was the crew chief and he was very polite and respectful.

Having previously worked in property management for 14 years, I had contractors we would call when there were water or sewer issues. Not wanting to call several contractors for my home, I wanted one company who could handle the water damage from start to finish. I called Servepro (had their number in my phone as I work for State Farm and had met a rep for them at a networking event) and they couldnt even call me back til the next morning.I remembered that I had 911 Restorations information on my desk at work. I looked up their number and spoke to their office. The person who answered said that the manager would give me a call very soon. I received a call from the manager, Jacob, within 10 minutes and he had a team on site within an hour.Zach and Isaiah were AMAZING! They explained everything they were going to do and made sure that we understood every step of the process. Water was extracted, lots of it by the way, and they were able to reduce the damage to our walls dramatically.When Zach came back yesterday to check the walls and floors to make sure they were dry and pick up the equipment he was conscious of my time given I had left work to go meet him.I will refer them to every person I know. I cant thank them enough for their prompt response and determination to mitigate the damages to my home. We just purchased this home in June and are remodeling and had just finished installing our brand new flooring 1 month ago. This water damage put us back to square 1, no flooring, cabinets and counters had to be removed, a few walls cut out etc but even with all that disappointment, we still feel as though we are lucky. This guy is a scammer, likes to rip people off, tell customers complete lies because he doesnt want to do the work and have the mold come back I dont care what anybody says on the reviews saying oh theyre awesome of course hes going to be awesome hes making a ton of money and hes letting everybody else do the work because he cant do anything himself,, people are getting misled thinking theyre doing a good job when really hes just scamming them I know I witnessed it dude is unbelievable

I cant say enough positive things about Jake at 911 restoration so far.. I have met with him on two occasions where he has been helping with so.e shady contractors that I hired after a fire.. I wish I had hired him to begin with..He seems very well educated in home restorations especially when dealing with insurance companies. Also I can only assume that his craftsmanship is top-notch from my conversations with him. I come from a Contracting background myself, so it was a good feeling to walk around my house and have him notice all the same things that I had issues with which leads me to believe that he would only perform A-Plus work as well.. I am going to continue to have some of the botched restoration fixed by 911 Construction and will leave another review at completion period. But I honestly think my next review will be five stars as well. Very hard to find trustworthy contractors these days I guess and I can vouch some say that he seems to be one of them.

This company is awesome! I had an unfortunate circumstance where sewage got into my basement where my backflow preventer didn’t do its job. After calling multiple places this place had the best rates. Jake, the owner, was so helpful. I found out my insurance wouldn’t be covering the damage, which I told Jake. They cut the cost down even more and he let me do a payment plan. I would highly recommend this company! Also if I ever had to use them again, I would.

They do a fine job cleaning up the mess, but dont hire them on to do the rebuild...they are not construction professionals. They promised licensed electricians and plumbers and DID NOT deliver. They did the work themselves, sub-par, and I had to get licensed people in after the work was complete to correct the situation. The job took forever to finish and they left a mess behind when they were done.

Thank you 911 Restoration for rescuing me!! After the washing machine had flooded the upstairs and came through the downstairs ceiling - I was overwhelmed. These guys came in, moved all my furniture (very organized - no scratches on my hardwood floors!) and set up a an area covered with plastic to dry out the ceiling. Upstairs, they moved the furniture cut the carpet area and had heaters and fans drying out that floor. They were so amazing how they kept their work so clean and left both rooms still livable. The reconstruction is next, but seeing how well they work, I feel like I am in good hands.

I worked as a temp for these guys for extra Christmas money for my siblings.... 1 of the guys that worked there stole concert tickets and tried to blame it on me. There was a police investigation done and everything. Dont trust them.

I would like to say thank you to 911 Restoration of New Hampshire for the quick and reliable service. My family had a overflow in the bathtub from our oldest son taking a bath, when I called to have somebody come out and take a look it was free of charge. They helped me get ahold of my insurance company and from there they took on the rest. At first I was very nervous but at the end I could not be happier that I hired 911 Restoration.
