I dont recommend going here if you dont want a car wash membership. The last 2 times I have went here I have felt VERY pressured into subscribing into a membership. The staff asked repeatedly if I wanted their special offer even after I clearly said no thanks multiple times. Then I got the smart comment Youre good at turning down a great offer. I wont make the mistake of using this business a 3rd time.

Does a great job. Got a pass for the platinum plus plan. The paint protection that they use does an incredible job. The water just beads up and runs off. Comes out nice and clean. The vacuums also have a lot of suction. My car now will definitely stay clean.

I have a 2014 Honda Accord. It is black with a good coat of clear coat. The car wash has ruined the clear coat. The paint was beautiful (garage kept) until I used wash n roll since they opened up. Now it’s not clear anymore. Ruined. Rough feeling. Gold spots about the size of pen head all over the car.

I came in today and had my car washed. It looks great as always. I went to vacuum my car out and there were five spots. When I started to vacuum first slot on the right it would not pick up any dirt. Two cars were parked not even using the vacuum. I believe they hit each other. I was very disappointed.

Austin was very friendly and hospitable at the gate and answered all of my questions. And Jeremy scrub the roof to get all the tree sap off. They both deserve a raise. Great guys, great service. And I am definitely going back!!!

Super friendly people! Everyone is so helpful and nice! Sales people are never pushy and staff is amazing! Never a bad experience! VACUUMS are the best, I have kids and dogs and when I leave Wash n Roll you’d think my car was brand new! Thanks everyone!! Dustin was very helpful when I had questions!!

We go here often, and it is nice, convenient, and does a very good job. Vacuums work really really well.

So far I am LOVING this place. They always have staff serving and they are Fantastic! The wash is great, super fast and even though its staying busy you can get through really fast! I love the vacuums; they pick up really well. Its still new but everything is super sparkly and clean! A must for those dirty winter months!

You might find better prices at a different car wash, but you wont find better service. 2 people perform the initial scrub before you even go into the wash tunnel, and once youre in, everything is completely hands-free, as you are on a track being pulled towards the exit. Just remember, car in neutral, stay off the brake, and youre good until you see the green light. Included in the service is a free vacuum, which you can use immediately following the wash. Also, the convenience of having monthly services at the wash for a set price is great, especially this time of year, since you never know when the city might have to salt the roads, and youll have to wash your car again. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve used this car wash in the past and it’s nice and they have great vacuums. I went there today wanting to wash my car and the salesperson was so pushy about their monthly plan that I backed out and went somewhere else. You shouldn’t have to tell a sales person three times, no thank you, and still have him try and push his hard sale on you for a car wash. Mr. Bubbles is right down the street, the owners are local and they are happy to let you have a single wash or an unlimited plan. They also do a great job and have great vacuums!

Didnt get the Bonnaroo mud off my tires or car. The car was still a lil dirty

Ran about 1 minute off pressing buttons to get something to spray. There are 2 spray nozzles and when the long wand didnt work I tried the garden hose spray thing. Maybe I didnt press the button hard enough and exactly in the right spot. Finally got the long wand thing to go. I dont like quirky mechanisms that cost money. Never been here before. Not sure Ill be back. Just want a no hassle car wash. Is that too much to ask?

So much fun! Plus my truck looked great. Not usually a car wash kind of person, but this one was nice. You get discount coupons for future wash also.

Its a great car wash and Ive never had any issues until today......today as I was going through the wash one of the rollers broke the wiper off the back of my vehicle but they took my information for a damage report. But other than that its a great care wash.

Awesome people very helpful got my service van washed and I got the monthly pass.

The man directing me into the car wash directed me to drive straight into the rail my wheel was supposed to miss to enter the car wash. Does this company buy replacement wheels that get bent from hitting rails caused by poor directions from attendant?

Went to this car wash to wash my car and accidentally pulled in the VIP lane. the man working on this afternoon shift was asked if I had a plan ( or whatever its called ), I responded with no, not to mention the whole time this is going on the guy was standing there dancing & didnt ever say anything else. So I backed out and went around the building because I thought there was another entrance. Anywho, no other entrance so I left & went to another car wash.

We have one in our town and I LOVE IT!!! However, Manchester location has ours and another one I frequent beaten!!! The staff here that do your prewash are much friendlier and do a much better job at prewashing. They even speak to you and talk.... Way to go Manchester Wash N Roll

Because the staff is very professional and they dont mind helping you pull in to the wash n roll. The vaccumes being free are a plus and you have a hose for each side of your car so no struggling with the hoses

I have tried contacting this company through email and by phone and I can never get a response from either. I have requested for them to quit auto debiting my card and they refuse apparently because I am still being charged... not professional at all and if that’s how the business is run I want no part of the crookedness
