UPDATE: The car wash was recently updated to a golden nozzle location. They were giving away free washes and the wash worked much better! Left a bit of soap on our mirrors but besides that, It worked great!

Pump seems to have issues with my cards that work everywhere else, but the cashiers are usually friendly. I would just rather not have to come in when I’m buying gas because of the pump.

Just purchased a coffee very simple and she did put the wrong flavoring didnt fasten my lid completely I spilled some on me and told me the bagels were frozen and that they cant be used right now as well as her first excuse was the ovens werent hot ive worked in food service before and that was lame first thing you do when you go in is turn your ovens on but dunking donuts uses toasters that warm rather quickly so horrible experience she doesnt work well at what she does and needs proper training or a new job and attitude

Really good customer service and good deals on stuff.

Station should post at gas pumps carwash is closed on cold days so customers know and can decide if they want it or not. Although the carwash is good for 90 days it doesnt help if you wanted your car washed that day. They will refund the difference but charge you the regular price, not the discount rate given with carwash.

The cashier is not customer friendly .... Nobody gets there ID checked for alcohol or tobacco products anybody can go and get anything they want because they are to busy back and forth outside smoking cigarettes this will be reported

The managment is extremely nice and hardworking!!!

Pricey but good quality, Shell is trusted worldwide. Never had an issue with they fuels. Gas or diesel for my Mercedes.

Slow pump

Cashier was extremely rude. Made it blatantly obvious that she didnt want to be there. She was short with me, did not respond when I asked a question and threw her arms up when I entered my payment incorrectly. I did apologize, but she didnt care. I dont think Ive ever encountered a customer service experience like that. 2:30 pm Monday 5/2

Best customer service ever!

This shell is currently advertising 2.55 per gallon for gas on the big sign out front and has been for the past day or two, pulled up to the pump to find it at 2.75.

Car wash sucks 16 bucks and still dirty waste of time and money

Terrible car wash. Doesnt remove bugs. Also doesnt rinse off soap. My car is now covered in dried soap and bugs.
