I chose to repair two broken doors to keep the antique style of my apartment and this required fine carpentry and the NH Total Home Care team did a great job on the quote, the calls for the follow up planning, and the actual execution. The price was also under the quote. Ill be calling them again!

I cant say enough positive about my experience with NH Total Home Care. Keira and Norm are an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a first floor laundry closet installed and it came out perfect. Each and every contractor that came out (plumbers, drywall, electrician, painters etc.) were extremely neat and professional. I called NH Total Home Care after starting our outdoor kitchen/pavilion with another contractor. They came in, cleaned up and fixed what the other contractor did incorrectly. The team showed up on time every day, cleaned up, and were honest and professional. Dave, who headed up our project was amazing. He knows his stuff! I would absolutely work with Norm, Dave and their team again. I can’t recommend them enough!

NH Total Home Care put in a bathroom for us, where there had not been one before. The crew did an awesome job. They supervised the electricians and plumbers and made sure they did what they needed to do for a successful transformation. We were very happy with the whole crew. They came when they said they would and got the job done in record time!

We had the pleasure of working with NH Total Home Care a couple of times, and both were very positive experiences. Overall, they were thorough and professional and we highly recommend them.The first job involved finishing an interior frame and trim around a large picture window and small window which had been left unfinished by a previous contractor and replacing an old 1960s basement window with a new window. The old window was covered in spray foam, which the Total Home Care crew patiently and diligently chipped out. The crew was timely, considerate and communicated well. The job was completed within the planned timeframe, although slightly over budget due to the need for some rot repair on top of the original work- which was fine since it needed to be done.We also had them go to my parents house on a separate job to repair an area where vinyl had fallen away and left plywood exposed. We had vinyl left over from the original job many years ago and the team was willing to use it to save on costs. It did take awhile to get the team on site, between the lift rental and unpredictable January weather, but Kiera at the office kept the line of communication open so we always knew what was going on. Once again the team was on time, and this time finished ahead of schedule and under budget since the plywood was only weathered not rotted. Dave also called to follow up, which was great.Highly recommend this company!! They are very busy, but they do their best to fit you in and rest assured- once they are on site they do great work and are easy to work with.

NH Total Home Care were phenomenal! They repaired my ceiling that incurred water damage and it came out beautiful! Mike was an extreme pleasure to work with and was very helpful, friendly and professional. I received immediate responses and he promptly scheduled me in. Mario performed the work did a phenomenal job! His work was not only meticulous but he was very courteous and professional. Norm the owner took the time out of his hectic schedule to explain the process and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Norm Hebert Total Home Care recently finished a Master Bath/Closet renovation along with a Guest Bath renovation. Originally, we thought we would need to build an addition over our garage to increase our closet/storage area and provide a larger shower, bathroom area with a private commode. But after meeting with Norm and a local designer, they came up with a plan that provided everything without an addition. The finished project is exactly what I hoped for, but never imagined I would own.This is actually the 4th project Norm and his crew were hired to perform in our home within the past 3 years. I know I will never hire another contractor again. Norm Hebert is my go to contractor for life (Sorry Norm. youre stuck with me!). The quality, professionalism, punctuality and craftsmanship is above and beyond any contractors I have ever used. Communication is a constant - before the project begins - during the project on a regular basis - and even when its finished. With each project completed in our home, the more I appreciate how nice it is to work with a contractor who has great knowledge and integrity and enjoys making his customers happy. I highly recommend Norm Hebert Total Home Care for any home projects or renovations you may need.
