Shear Talk is the best barbershop in the city of Manchester by far. Ira, a master barber shears thru most men cuts without any problems in less than 30 mins. Ira will have men and women who come to be sheared will leave talking about how and where they got their haircut. Ira has been a barber since the early 2000s and has classic barber touch when getting your hair sheared and is on the brink of 25 years cutting hair.
