I have been taking my cars to Carey and Gregg at Tire Choice (and under its prior name) for 14 years. They have consistently treated me with a level of respect and kindness like nothing I could have ever imagined. They dont just care for your cars...they care for YOU as a customer and person. They will give you the price in advance, explain whats wrong, and what your options are. They never talk down to you. Phil is the new guy with several years at the shop now and he is just as nice. I will never leave these guys.

They are always willing to work with my budget and see what can be done without a price gouge. Some things have been diagnosed incorrectly but it was ok because they didnt end up fixing those things. I get good prices on my oil changes as well. Plus.

I called and an employee named Greg told me that he would be able to put two tires on my car on the same day. He never called me like he said that he would, so i arrived as they were closing and he didnt even ever pull my car into the garage. Thank you for lying to me and putting me in a tough spot as I have a far drive tomorrow on a spare tire. I will NEVER return!!!! What horrible customer service

If there was less than a 1 star, I would use that. Terrible experience. Theyve had our car for three weeks and it still isnt fixed. We have now gotten back our key to the car to take it elsewhere. If they would have just updated us, I would have been ok with this. First they said they had to order parts, then they said they had a maintenance person quit, then again no part. We had to initiate each time to find out what was going on. Never a call.

Poor service. Had a tire going flat and they said they could probably get it done by the morning but later said it would be the next day after my wife arrived to pick it up. I couldve taken it elsewhere at the time if they communicated better. The manager kept making a point that my car was not in their system for service but it was their own fault for not putting it in there as their guy wrote all my info down when I dropped it off. Since we needed the car that afternoon, I had to take off work to put the spare tire on it in THEIR parking lot.

They do not value their customers time. We made a appointment for an oil change on 7/8 at 5:40pm with Greg. When I called on my way to the appointment on 7/14 and spoke to Bill, he said he didnt have an appointment for us and it would be a 2 hour wait. When I told him we had called on 7/8, he very nonchalantly said, Well, I guess he missed it, sorry. There was no sense of urgency for their error and barely an apology, the lack of accountability and customer service here is incredibly disappointing.

Outstanding service from this location!!! Greg is the most courteous service person Ive ever met. I had a flat tire, and after seeing the commercial of free flat tire repair, I nervously brought my tire to get it fixed. Surprisingly, they perfectly repaired the tire, checked the tire pressure on the other tires, even put the new Tire valve cap for all of the tires. I was even ready to pay for the service they have provided, but exceeding all my surprises they told me the whole deal is free of charges, although they have mentioned in the commercial only the flat tire repair is free of charges. I definitely will come back this location for all of my auto services.

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to this shop for years. They are trustworthy and skilled. There have been several times when they really went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. They have earned our loyalty! Strongly recommend you give them a try when your car needs servicing. So grateful to have a business nearby that operates with such integrity and great customer service.

I have bought at least 4 sets of tires here myself and my family also shops here. Their prices are great but most of all they are friendly. They make sure you know what you are buying and why you should have it. I got a screw in a tire and they fixed it up no problem. Their service is fast and minimally intrusive. Totally recommend buying tires here.

My tire was low this morning before I went to work at Starbucks so I called my husband. He came to help me and went over to AutoTire and asked them if they could fix it. They said they couldn’t guarantee it would be done by 11 but they would fit it in. I go to pick it up at 11:45 to be told they can’t fix it after all. Meanwhile my husband drives across town to work and now my tire is completely flat. They didn’t even care about the inconvenience of it all. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I came into Autotire 10 minutes before closing with a slow leak In my tire...Not only was Gregg professional, he took my car in when it was pouring rain, examined my tires, found 2 nails and fixed it on the spot. Great service and great prices. I have an odd tire size on my car and other places had told me a few days or a week to get my size tire in. I called Autotire and talked to Greg and he had the tires I wanted in two hours. Made a same day appointment and was in and out with 2 new tires in about 15 to 20 min. Greg was great to work with, he answered all my questions and gave great advice and gave me a Great deal. I will definitely be back for tires and auto service for my familys 3 cars. Also it was pouring down rain when my car was done so they were nice enough to pull my car under an overhang so I would not get wet --- excellent customer service!!!

The people that work here are very nice and patient for those that dont know much about cars. They told me what I needed done and what could wait to get fixed since i am working with a college student budget. I fully trust the Mechanics and technicians to be fully honest and straight forward with what is wrong with my car. And they definitely know what they are doing.

Ive been going to this location for the past 10 years or so after having issues with other places such as Dobbs. The staff at this location have always been incredibly friendly, shown patience with explaining things and have, in general, gone above and beyond with their customer service. Even when I used to bring my old Mercury, which didnt have a functional driver side door and thus had to be entered through the passenger side, they were always friendly and never complained about having to service that vehicle.After 10 years of service, I can say that the staff has ever given me a reason to be unhappy and I fully trust their mechanics!

I hate having to clean oil off of the entire inside of my car after having my tires rotated, so I asked them if the person driving my car could wear gloves... Greg washed his hands before handling my car each time. Everyone there is very friendly and I will definitely go back!

I bring my car in to them in hopes that they can replace my front brakes...they do for $300. I decide to bring my car back to get an oil change 4 weeks later, its at that point they tell me that I need my back brakes replaced.....ummm at this point Im starting to question their integrity. I SHOULD HAVE TRUSTED MY GUT! But I get them replaced for another $300. It was when I was leaving they then tell me that my wheel bearing hub needs to be replaced and gonna be another $400....i call them out on conveniently finding something else wrong with my car every time I come in. I proceeded to take my car to 2 other repair shops...... and what do they tell me? That I need to STOP taking my car to Autotire! There was absolutely nothing wrong with my wheel bearing hub and both places stated that they have had other people come and get their car looked at because Autotire tells them that they need to have something replaced. They got me probably twice but lesson learned! I got a family friend to look at my car again today for now a 3rd opinion and he confirmed but there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car!!! Auto tire is just out for your money with no shame! I will absolutely tell everyone I know to NEVER take their vehicles there!

I dropped my vehicle off on a Sunday to get an oil change/ tire rotation on Monday. When I arrived on Monday, my truck had not been serviced. The manager apologized and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and then provided the service later in the week for free. He could have just said that they had been really busy. This is how a business keeps customers long term!

I had an appointment I was running late for due to an accident on the highway. I called to let them know this and was told to be there no later than 10 minutes after my appt time, which I thought I could make. After it became apparent I would not make it in time, I called again to let them know. The employee was very rude. He then asked if I wanted to reschedule for the following day to which I said Ill try..... .....I was going to say try to look at my calendar....but I was cut off after I said the word try and was scolded and told there was no try and I needed to make an appointment. I was stunned and said I would call back. I wont be calling back.

Ive come the conclusion that I will not take any of my cars any where else! The folks at Auto Tire are the absolute best! This particular Auto Tire has been servicing our cars for almost 10 years and they never cease to amaze me. I took our 17 year old Acura to them today (after the Acura dealership had the car for over 3 weeks and couldnt fix it) and Stanton was able to fix the problem, change the battery and replace the windshield wipers in less than 30 minutes! AWESOME!

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to this Autotire on Sunday 7/9/17.... I needed an alignment. 3 hours later the manager called me back and said I had major suspension issues & they could not allign it. He could not check on parts because it was Sunday. The manager estimated that repairs would cost $700 plus.... I took the car to a different shop on Wednesday... $90 & done.... These guys are crooked! DO NOT GO HERE!

Greg at Auto Tire went above and beyond. I came in with a small problem (loosening a screw that was locked down and stripped). He knew exactly the solution and fixed it with no charge. I will come back to this place the next time I need anything. A+ customer service.
