Exceptional service. Mr Adeel Zafar went above and beyond to help me with a very complex tax issue that an original “corporate cpa” couldn’t even figure out and actually missed. He as able to figure out their mistake in 2 hours and saved me hundreds of dollars. He is professional and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Adil Zafar is an outstanding accountant at Tax Wise Financial Services - We went to another big-firm accountant before being introduced to Adil and Adil actually identified glaring errors in the previous accountants work, fixed them to save us tens of thousands of dollars in taxes and he did it at a great value. If youre on the fence about it, dont be. Adils work is outstanding.

Been trying to contact their office for the past 2 weeks. I have emailed Adeel Zafar as well and have received no response back from them. I was told I would receive a call back on the 18th and still waiting on a call back.

This place is amazing, these people work very hard in a small office!!! Sameena helped me file my three years of taxes and also helped with my state issue that no one could solve for last two years. She solved it in 2 months, followed up with me every other week and got me my refunds !! With interest !!! She is the best ! They are absolutely one of the most professional & well prepared tax places my husband & I have ever done our taxs with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Our refund (when we actually receive one) usually takes about 6 to 8 weeks for us to receive it, but it got here so fast I was sooooooooo happy. I love this company :)

Tax Wise over all is THE BEST. I have taken my tax else where before they charge a leg an arm but still manage to missed up my taxes for the past 6 years Took all 6 years to Tax wise and Mr.Adeel take his time to fix my problem and get me out of the mess. They need to figure out the schedule timings 😡Appointments make no sense in this place, except Adele, all others are useless and luck of experience. Don’t schedule more than you can handle. I had to leave and get back to work after more than 2 hours wait time.

If there was any other star Less than 1 star, I would have given That means ZERO star or even Less than ZeroMr: Adel is the Boss at the TAX Wise office in Manassas ViriginiaHis sister Samina has opened the LLC business for me in 2015In Manassas VirginiaOhhh my God, The kind of work or tax job that they do in their office is terrible Terrible service .There is not even one week without Receiving a Letter from TAXATION dept coming to my business Address in 2015 and 2016I was receiving every week a letter from Richmond Virginia taxation a letter, Saying that my tax is not done, my taxes are done filled for the last 6 month for last 12 monthsFinally I received a call from Mrs, Robert at Taxation dept, She was asking me who was doing my accounting .My God, I went to TAX Wise office so many times talking talking to them face to face, And MR: Adel was telling to go and see Samina in the other office, Samina was telling that She does not the tax, she does the W2 ONLYI was going through HELL with kind of work that TAX WISE was doing for me .I had to pay thousands of Dollars for Penalty . Late filing my taxes, because of TAX Wise job .Finally, I found out that TAX Wise was paying someone else in Peshawer Pakistan, I guess they would pay that in Pakistan a very very cheap $So After 2 years or less, I had to look for an accountant which I did find an accountantTAX Wise DID NOT give me my Papers and documents for my businessThat was Hell too

I am a client of Adeel for past 15 years. I have been more than satisfied with him and his staff. Their personable and state of art service is worth mentioning. I know that there is wait time during tax time but I dont believe that is a demerit as he is always giving full attention and concentration to his client needs and I always leave satisfied and trusted that my business and personal affairs are in safe hands.I am really disappointed with few negative remarks people left specially the ones who have used him for past 6 years and 13 years. It is quite a surprise that after so many years all these people have to say is negative and forgot all the positive he did for them which is the reason they kept going to him for all these years. Unfortunately we Muslims have gotten so judgmental in our thinking that we forget how we hurt the other Muslim who has done no harm to us and with just one unfavorable outcome we lash at our own Muslim brothers and sisters with negativity. Really the state of of us Muslims today that is why we are were we are in the world.Adeel and his staff are very hard working, trustworthy and honest people who do their best to service within their limitation and power and their integrity and selfless work is their trademark. I recommend then more than 150% surety and you will never be disappointed.

Adeel is the man. He is tax wizard. He is the guy you want on your team to get things done right without any headaches from the IRS...the IRS said I owed them $5000 but he was able to get me a refund of $700. Uncle Sam can go collect from someone else!!!

I heard about this place from my colleagues, and its worth going there.I owed taxes to IRS about $3,000, and state as well when I did it myself.I went there and waited about 45 mins because they were busy which is fine by me.Sameena khalique did my taxes and got me a refund on state taxes, and I had to pay federal which I knew I would but it was much less. Only $200.Very happy with their service. They are definitely getting more business from me.Thanks guys!

This place will answer your calls and emails until you have paid them, after you pay them they don’t EVER RESPOND, ever! We’ve been trying to contact them for 7 MONTHS and no one ever returns our calls. It’s always “they are at lunch” “out of the office” “with a client” “will check on your things and call you back with an answer”. You have got to be kidding me, the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with! Take your money and they are done with you. Stay away!

A few years ago I made a mistake. The mistake was not trusting Adeel and his firm. They got my tax return right and I misunderstood it. Took me a while to come to that understanding, now I am humbled by my error. I would come back and recommend Tax Wise to my friends and family. Super honest and patient company.

I watied three hrs to get my tax done, it is the worst customer service. i tried talking to Adeel about wait time, he literally said on my face that he does not care how long the wait is, and if i don’t want to wait, go somewhere else. Amazed at his attitude there. then i tried to complain to one staff while you guys working and making overtime i am sitting in lobby wasting time, i was getting upset with staff, but so very shocked to find these poor staff members don’t even get paid for all the extra hours &i know they all work till past midnight and weekends, i have been going to adeel past 13 years, he has a hard working and very supportive team. I made sure to tip the person who helped me and will continue to do so !Sorry to say his greed has gotten to his head !!!

Poor service, stay away from this place. Specially with Adeel and Samina, she made horrible mistakes, and when you get stuck they dont help you. She made mistakes on our 2017 tax returns and till now we didnt receive our returns, my husband and I tried to approach them and they didnt receive our calls. Please dont waste your time and money on them. They are horrible.

This is the worst tax wise place that I have been to. Staff has lack of knowledge about filling the tax. They make many mistakes that end up with panelties and fines to the client. Complain to the manager who is also the owner Adeel and he said that I cannot do or say anything to my staff for their mistakes and errors. Unprofessional staff and horrible management. There is no professional staff with experience about filling taxes correctly, just few family members who make several mistake. You dont get the quality service and peace of mind for the money you pay to these tax wise people. Adeel is not a CPA certified license holder. I took my taxes to a CPA certified license tax person and found out mistakes/errors that would have put me in trouble with IRS. I feel this is my responsibility to share with my community so you make a wise decision. Always do things right and go with CPA certified for a peace of mind. Hope this review is helpful to you.

I had a bad experience with them .Made an appointment 2 weeks ago as a first customer. The receptionist was very rude.Traveled half an hour to reach there before time and was first person to enter the office . I was asked to sit in CPAs room and after half an hour i was told that he is late and come at 11:15 and I can reschedule the appointment or wait.I decided to wait as i took off from work till 1 PM .The cpa came after 11:15 and spoke to me for 5 minutes and then left the room . I kept waiting and waiting and then went out to see what is happening .I was shocked that he is sitting in another room and doing tax for somebody else . I called him and told that i have appointment at 10 AM and it is 12 Noon and u r working with somebody else. He told he can leave him and work with me but i decided to stay away from these unprofessional people who has no respect for customers time and cant fulfill their commitment.I will never recommend.
