I gave them 5 stars do to my social worker who is amazing. April Allen Hibbard answers all my questions in a timely manner and stays on top of things regarding my case. She is the best worker i have ever had.

Dirty, Social Workers cannot spell and barely know what they do...

Very poor service. I talk to one of the representatives and it was a old lady, she was very rude to me and doesnt even allow me to explain to her without her cutting me off.

I give them 0 stars there workers one lady are so rude I went there 3/4 times for my kids DOB update . She said You can recive new card within a 2weeks but I am waiting months still don’t get it..my husband called 2/3 times.....now kids doctors office send me bills...,

They never answer the call which always make me drive to the office and always look mad when u go to the office .

Very unprofessional workers who put no effort at all to help out. I have been calling my agent who’s handling the case and left multiple voice msg she never returned call!! So I eneded up going to the office they made me sit there for so long and made redo all the paper again that was done way before. Late I found out there worker had closed my application in the system and i was basically rejected for Medicaid for no reason at all but their own mistake! I’m calling and calling to find out what they have done now since they got me fill out new paper work yesterday but they ain’t responding!! This js rediculous! I have to keep canceling my appointments just because they’re not in the mood of helping.

Last time i asked for help in madicaid because i was pregnant and was with only one job they didnt help at all a woman was talking mean to me and the information i had to give was a lot and the people i lived with didnt want to give me their information i had to go to a particular insurance because i had to deliver my baby and now i have to pay and i dont have any money

Horrible experience. They provided no assistance for me in my time of need. Not even medicare so that I could go someplace else.

Why is it so hard to get through to talk to someone? Ive been calling every day for the last 3 months and cant seem to get a live human being on the phone.

Forgot why there.expect to spend extra time there.

As a Special immegrant its been 40 days in here but still no help from us goverment even no medicate which is very importent in here to have

Social workers and supervisors, never answer the phone, and never received any call back, has been 4 months and my case can not be resolved, very unprofessional, and there is nothing I can do.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to contact my social worker for 2 weeks. Called her everyday, left multiple voicemails and emails but no response at all. Worst people to deal with!!!!
