Irritated that this office location moved and havent changed the old building directory by removing Child Support 4th Floor off the directory platt. That would be appreciated, especially from those traveling to pay support. Theres nothing posted on the building doors, elevators, or next to the directory platt. No updated information, anywhere. ​The old numbers are still listed on google with old location. Dial tone or crazy disconnected sound when you call them. No recording with a new address or updated phone number. Whats a person to do?! 🤔I went down to Floor 3 to the Physical Therapy office. The nice front desk lady had the new address written on a sticky note already stuck to her computer... LOL! Clearly others have gone there looking for answers like I was) SMH! Google searching the new address didnt help because the old address is still listed on google (not updated). I then, proceeded to googled both locations and the numbers out of desperation, yet still no end results. Its now 1 Hours and 54mins past my arrival time and Im pretty sure (new location or not) its after 4pm meaning their closed now. Guess Ill do a drive by to see where the Liberia location is and come back tomorrow on my work day to handle my business. Fun and productive way to end the day...🤦🏽‍♀️​ *Please update all your information.. everywhere! Create a recording for the old number listing new address and phone number. This is the only Child Support Enforcement Office for this area. Im going to need yall to get it together with all due respect. Please and Thank you!

My case worker is joke!! The supervisiors are a joke !!! Its been 4 months non of them have called me back.

I called last week tuesday and they said they would call in 3 days then i called on friday and they said they had till 5 pm to call me back....NEVER DID....so i called at 1:30 on monday to give them anough time to call me. so i called at that time and they said they were gonna give it to the supervisor and they had 3 days to call me....NEVER DID... so im calling today and after 25 minutes of waiting on the phone they answer and ask for my social i give it to them and they HUNG UP ON ME...so im waiting on the phone again to talk to someone.

Never was late, never missed a payment, my son actually lives with me now but they still took my taxes. Said it was a mistake. Still waiting onbmy money. Called 5 times. 3 time couldnt reach anyone. 2 times phone call dropped. Awful place

The office is not located at this address anymore!!! And the office on Liberia Ave is closed due to COVID. No one answers the phone and it seems that the Family Support Enforcement Office does not exist at the moment. Extremely disappointed in Prince William County right now.

Thank you to my case manager for all that you did working my case. My prayers have been answer in so many ways. I want families to know not to give up on whats owed to them. Keep the Faith😇🙏. Blessings upon you 😇

Havent been paid child support for 3 monthsFather has paid but somehow half the money has disappeared between DCSE and the bank (neither is taking responsibility or finding a solution) and the second half of money, I gave new bank account details 6 weeks ago (4 weeks to process?!) And havent received a cent. No emails have been replied to in 6 weeks. Such a mess.

No help at all they forget about you treat you like trash sad..

I like the location of this place and the front desk assiatant is always helpful. She answers My questions and lets me know in detail all that I need to know to submit for whatever paperwork that needs to be turned in. There is no confusion when coming here and I am grateful for that. Thanks DCSE

Tell me why i FINALLY get a response from these people but guess how long it took them....2 YEARS!!!!! I even moved back to Maryland and NOW these people call me after THREE years of fighting with them to file my interstate child support correctly when I actually lived in VA. FIVE TOTAL YEARS of this agency filing my case wrong. FIVE!!!!! That isnt ineffective, that is gross negligence. I get a call 2 years after moving from VA asking if I want my case opened again. Are they joking?!?! I wanted my case opened and filed correctly when i lived there!!!!!

After having a horrible experience with my case being sent back and forth between different case workers in Fairfax county, I now have a great case worker who is very clear and explains everything in great detail. Thanks Mrs Williams :-)

I went into the office turned in documents 2x and after each visit they advised me we do not have a open active case we needs your paperwork
