These folks are so nice. Its a sweet little mom and pop shop and theyre such down to earth people. My puppy chewed on my eyeglass frame, and so I went to get my old lenses put in my new frames, and not only did they do it for me on the spot, but they also didnt charge me. They were the sweetest people I have ever met. I really wish there is a way I can tip them or something, but they just simply didnt want to accept any payment. They also shared some good tips/knowledge about caring for my frames and etc. Now I see why theyre so popular. I cant stress enough the really thoughtful/kind people who own/run this shop. I love them and I will definitely endorse their services to everyone I know.

This was our second visit and our concerns were addressed really well. Our kid broke our glasses twice. However we were able to fix it in reasonable price here. They explain really well what the issue is and try their best to fix it. Overall good service. In my first visit, I thought it cost me more but in second visit, I understood the price value.

I had my eyeglasses repaired my eyeglasses in a few minutes and the lady at the shop said it is not a major repair and did not even charge me for the service.The repair was as excellent as was the customer service provided.I, without a question, recommend this place. Our Cannon G7x Mark II was missing these tiny 1.4mm screws that held the screen in place. We thought we were out of luck! I called in and they told me that they may have what I was looking for and to swing on by. When I arrived they were nothing but kind and dealt with my issue straight away. Another couple came in and they tended to their needs for their glasses straight away. Great service! Personal and professional. Highly recommend.

They fixed my very expensive eyeglasses which I had beat up by falling asleep on, to the point they were so skewed it was giving me headaches. Took my Moms glasses that were sat upon in today. I had already been told that they would break if they attempted to repair them at another location. The young lady here- gave them a twist and fixed the major damage and then took them in the back room and fixed the other issues in about 3 minutes. I was overjoyed! I would definitely go here again should the need arise. They were very friendly and competent!

The temple on a pair of expensive Oakley prescription glasses came off the lens. I was skeptical about Manassas Eyeglass Repair since MyEyeDR and LensCrafters both said they could not be repaired. They have done a fantastic job repairing my glasses for a fraction of a new pair of glasses price that I actually didnt need as my prescription stayed the same. They replaced both arms, the bridge and the nose pads. My glasses feel great and look great, the new arms are modern looking and are not flimsy anymore and the hinges and screws look more secure. I went to this shop today 7/16 6:30 pm. My rimless eye glasses had problem on the attach to glasses. I really don’t give hope that my glasses can be fixed as it was not in good shape, attached to glasses are some what broken and loose. I also bought to Them to eye store in Asia and they wont fix it.often you will think store in Asia can be easily fix it and cheaper. This store proves I am wrong.I brought them in this store and KC, the sweet and professional staff, took a look and professional response to me what is problem and how would they fix them. They even mailed me the second one with no cost because it was not ready. My repaired glasses look like new!

I love this little place. Family owned. Prices are reasonable. And they do a great job. I am a repeat customer. I have also referred people to them. They provide a 30 day warranty as well. My only negative comment is I wish it was not so tucked away. I drove past the first time a couple times before slamming on my brakes.

Just returned home from Manassas Eyeglass Repair. They came highly recommended by an optician at my eye doctors in Herndon. Semi-vintage rolled-gold wire rim frames need strengthening of both cable temples, one of which was close to breaking off. Repaired by owner Dave while I waited. Glasses look great, soldering of temples feels strong & looks great. Work was quick, well-done & price reasonable. They also changed the nose pads & temple screws, without asking & at no additional charge. I highly recommend them.

I walked in the front door and there were 2 people talking in the back. It was a man and a woman arguing. The language that came from his mouth and what he said to her was inconceivable. Nobody deserves to be spoken to that way. He came out and saw I was there and acted like nothing happened. I was appalled. I told him he should be ashamed of himself and walked out. As I was leaving he told me to F*** Off. I will NEVER go back to this place ever again!!!!!

I had to get my glasses fixed because the eye glass representative at XXX overextended the metal until they broke into pieces when I touched them the next morning. I needed help immediate to fix my four hundred dollar glasses. When I called XXX they told me, “Sorry your insurance policy you took out for situations just like this had expired”. So I went to Lens Crafter and they told me it would be absolutely impossible to do anything to my glasses . Thankfully they recommended Manassas Eyeglass repair.This is where my story begins. It was a pleasure to go to a Manassas Eyeglass repair business to get my glasses fixed. The price to have my glasses fixed was very reasonable. Ive taken my husbands eyeglasses to the Manassas Eyeglass Repair shop two times to be repaired. I was greeted with a smile by the owner and left smiling with fixed glasses in hand. They were fixed there and then. A replaced arm piece took him less than 10 minutes to fix and the broken wire that held the lens in was soldered and left looking like itd never been broken. I cannot reccommend Manassas Eyeglass Repair highly enough. If you cannot afford the high cost of a new pair of glasses, then I suggest you have these guys fix your broken pair for a fraction of the cost. The work was done in less than an hour and saved me a ton of money between a new set of glasses and scheduling the Doctors appt.
