Great customer service and pricing! They measured and replaced glass for a window in my office. Garrett came out to measure and a couple weeks later he came back with his assistant to replace the glass. It looks fantastic. He was very professional and they did an excellent job!

When on a whim for a replacement glass in picture frame. They cut my glass and I was out in about fifteen minutes. The ladies I interacted with were super sweet. Will be recommending to everyone!

A-1 Glass just gave me pittaful service on their mistake in cutting glass shelves....Wow... Your kidding me? Please return my $ 10. Cutting fee...Bad, sad service!

I wish I could give negative stars. Terrible customer service, poor communication, the list goes on. They say you cant speak to anyone other than Amber or Theresa. Amber, hung-up on me when I called with issues. Just all around terrible. I cannot stress this enough. Please find anyone else. ANYONE would be better than these people.

Great place to get your shower doors, mirrors. Also you can get window/door glass replacement. I work in home renovations and I send all my clients to ABC for any of their glass needs.

Guaranteed next day by 1pm. Not done. 3 days later finally get a call to come pick it up. Get to the job site and the mirror is cut the wrong size. Had to take it back to get it cut the actual size I requested. Good price, bad service.

Lip service, excuses, poor customer sevice. We stayed home two sepearate days to get this work done. Still a no show with excuses. We dont post lightly but feel we were taken advantage of. Thank you Amy from A1 glass. Your excuses are indicative of your skills. Ordered the wrong size ooops. Your workers, two of them, placed those measurements.

The windshield on our 40 foot motorcoach was cracked and needed replacement. The replacement windshield was being shipped from Florida and it was uncertain exactly when it would arrive or could be installed. Then a family emergency suddenly created the need to get the windshield installed as soon as possible. Words cannot express how grateful we were that the windshield arrived one afternoon and was installed the very next morning. On top of that, the crew stayed late so we could pick up the motorcoach later the same day.This is a family run business which still understands the value of treating customers like family. Highly recommended.

THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!!!!!!Everyone I have ever talked to has been terrible. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Amber, their receptionist, should re-consider her line of work because customer service is definitely not her forte. They are rude, they lie, and they do not care at all about giving their company a good name.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This people just take your money from you they dont care about costumer service. I ordered a glass and it took 2 weeks and they have this stupid installation time from 8-10 which no one told me when I ordered it. Now that I am asking for a refund, because I cant take it for the installation during that time they wont give me a refund.
