I have been a grateful patient at Bawa Dentistry since the practice opened in Manassas. All of my experiences have been excellent. I feel as if I am with caring friends when I have dental work there. Dr. Bawa is always caring and puts his patiences well-being first. He used the most current procedures to provide the best of dental care. Last week, I had a premolar break near the gum line. He saw me on an emergency basis and was able to rebuild part of the tooth structure and make a crown right there in the office. I am an older type 1 diabetic, and he took extra care with my treatment. He even called me at home later to make sure I was fine. An update - recently I had all of my wisdom teeth pulled. Because of my insurance coverage, I had to have the procedure done with only anesthetic, meaning I was awake and aware for the whole procedure. Needless to say, I was nervous. Dr. Bobby Bawa made certain I was fully numbed before he began the procedure, checking multiple times and not starting until he was satisfied I would only feel pressure, not pain. Even then, he gave me a quick hand signal to alert him if I did suddenly start feeling pain so he could stop without me suffering. The extraction was easy (as easy as these things can be) and Im recovering nicely. Dr. Bawas attention to detail and concern for his patients comfort makes this the best dental practice Ive ever been to and I was particularly happy to have be a patient of theirs yesterday when I was undergoing this treatment.

The front office staff is wonderful and they called me to schedule my appointment as soon as they received my referral . The receptionist Keiona was lovely, friendly and efficient ! Joyce assisted Dr Bawa and she was very kind and professional as well. She made sure I was comfortable . Dr Bawa was excellent and explained everything and made sure all my questions were answered . He is an outstanding dentist and is very skillfull. In short, my experience was excellent from start to finish ! I neglected to get the name of the very nice lady who handles the financial details, so sorry .

I went in for my cleaning with the dental hygienist Mel and i absolutely love her. I work at a dental office and i could get free cleaning but i rather pay to get them at Bawa with Mel. She is so nice, does an excellent job, and she makes sure to explain what she is doing and gives you knowledge on how to keep a healthy oral health.

Thank you to Dr. Bobby for helping me with my dental needs. Ive had horrible dental work done throughout the years that caused horrific damage to my teeth. Since my initial visit, Dr. Bobby outlined a treatment plan that would not only restore my dental health but also my cosmetic look as well. Although the prep and actual procedures were very invasive, Dr. Bobby ensured I was comfortable and pain free throughout the entire process. He is also very meticulous and includes your input to ensure you will be satisfied with his work. I am incredibly pleased with my new smile and will definitely continue coming to Dr. Bobby! She and Dr. Bawa also had answers to all of questions; and Dr Bawa is the utmost of polite and professional, as well.With appointment availability— they got me a cleaning appointment the day after I called in and got me a filling the day after my cleaning — which is absolutely amazing in my mind; all in order to get me my dental care before my insurance ran out. Yesterday was the first time in my entire life that I didn’t gag when impressions of my teeth were taken. I give total credit to Joyce. SO MANY years, I finally decided on Bawa Dentistry in Manassas.They were able to get me an appointment RIGHT before Christmas, which was great.You always hear about what a pain going to the dentist will be and how youll hear well, you didnt floss so this and this is happening because of that.No.They were absolutely so patient and kind with me which was probably not easy for them. From taking the x-rays and my small mouth proving difficult, they never once got an attitude and instead just kindly talked to me and waited.They walked me thru every step they took and explained every single instrument they used.After answering every question before I could even ask, they gave me recommendations, as they would, and sent me on my way.I would recommend Bawa Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dental office or just a better experience.Also, the team of staff are absolutely fantastic.

I continue to be impressed with the Bawa Staff. I cannot remember when I last had a dental cleaning, and left the place with no pain. It was one of the best cleaning Ive had in years. The Dental Hygienist was very communicative during the process, and did not chastise me for not flossing at all times. It happened again. A varing, professional hygienist who did not harp on me for neglecting my oral hygiene during COVID. I knew it would be bad, but she did her best to minimize pain and provided some quick suggestions to help my gums and teeth.

I have been going to Bawa Dentistry since they opened in Manassas, I can say that when I moved out of the area and had to go to a different dentist I know how much I was missing out, now that I am back in Manassas I can say that I am happy to go here again. Dr. Bobby makes you feel right at home and a part of the family, which is something you do not see in a lot of places. I highly recommend him to family and friends.

This has one the best dental experiences that I had in my 65 years of going to Dentist. My most recent visit I had a tooth to be pulled and a bone graph done. I felt a small amount of discomfit and on the second day none.

My kids and I all go here. Great with the kids, both for dental work and orthodontics. They are very accommodating, even when I had a dental emergency! Im a big wuss when it comes to dental pain, and they are quite willing to work with me, removing a lot of potential stress. In addition, all of their staff are very nice- I have sensitive teeth and every dental technician has worked with me to make sure I’m as comfortable as possible.Covid update: most of the staff wear masks correctly, which is good. They only allow one customer in at a time, keeping everyone socially distant.

Would not recommend for the following reasons:1. Seem to be fine with misleading you2. Cost seems to be on the high end, compared to other practitioners3. Didnt find the doctor/staff to be sincereThis would have been a five star review if it had been based solely on my first impression of Bawa Dentistry. Dr. Bawa and Hygienist Melanie were nice and seemed sincere, and answered all the questions I had during my visit, but my later interactions with the Dentistry were frustrating and gave me the impression that the doctor and staff are nice and sincere only when it benefits them.1. I had asked Hygienist Melanie whether I could do the fluoride treatment, for which I was charged nearly double the average rate listed in some articles, at home and by myself, and I think Miss Melanie, at the very least, is guilty of misleading me, as there are DIY kits that are available apparently for only a small fraction of the price.2. Cost analysis based on the estimate that was given to me by the Dentistry for various recommended treatments, and the price range that I found on multiple articles online through a google search.3. I currently have two insurances, one which the Dentistry accepts, and the other that it doesnt. I was considering whether to go with my other insurance (which would have cost me little to nothing I think), but decided that it might be best to stick with Bawa Dentistry vs. having to do more research and hoping that the new clinic turns out to be good/capable also. I had misplaced the document with the estimates that they had given me and I called them to ask them if they could email it to me so I could go over them once more and start planning/making appointments. I believe there was some kind of internal dialogue that the staff member had with the doctor due to which, despite being very nice and polite on the phone, the staff member did not email the document over to me, despite my repeated calls. I just went ahead and made an appointment for the first procedure before I had received the document, but five days later, after still not having received the email (despite having made calls throughout the week, including the morning of the day I cancelled the appointment), cancelled my appointment. Just 30 seconds later, I received an email with the document that I had requested. The excuse that the staff members had given me multiple times was definitely not true. Not really sure, think they might have thought I would not come to them for some of the treatments if they provided me with the document again. Either way though, if the estimates are considered part of your medical record, think they are guilty of withholding information that they are required to provide to you, or to anyone that you ask them to for that matter, by law. Either way, I am appalled that someone, in their positions and in the field of healthcare, could lie like that/be so conspicuously dishonest.P.S. Didnt list any actual costs because I am not sure if I am allowed to --- think there was something about this in one of the new patient forms, but maybe I am misremembering.

Highly Recommended.Having not had access to regular dental care for many years I was quite nervous to have even a routine check up and cleaning. I can state honestly I was thrilled with the results when I left Dr. Bawas office. Following a thorough series of x-rays I had a regular cleaning. When it was over I felt as though I had new teeth! The hygienist was gentle, courteous, and professional in all regards and really worked wonders! Given the unintended neglect over the years my teeth were very sensitive but the hygienist was very careful to work around my sensitivity and get the job done. I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I received in that regard. After the routine maintenance I had an examination with Dr. Bawa. He was more curt in his manner but his no-nonsense approach in explaining necessary corrective procedures and long term maintenance goals was greatly appreciated, especially as he explained the issues in laymans terms. I will very happily be scheduling all of the required and recommended procedures with Dr. Bawas office in the immediate future.

My toddler and I had a first visit cleaning here and they were so attentive the entire time. I had repeated childhood trauma at the dentist, so I was nervous, but they helped me feel very comfortable. They talked me through everything and gave me varying options and not-judgemental suggestions for improving my dental health, as I had expressed interest on the new patient forms. They worked around my gay reflex also.They helped my toddler feel comfortable and worked around her shyness and nervousness. They made sure I knew how seriously they avoid traumatizing kids and gave me tips to help her at home with being more comfortable.Additionally, I have ALWAYS had sore gums and teeth for 1-2 weeks after any dental appointment. After this appointment, I had absolutely no discomfort. They even gave me special prescription paste (in office) to help with sensitivity and strengthening teeth because of acid reflux. They also made sure never to leave me alone to work on other patients and they worked together to help me leave on time to get to my next appointment elsewhere. I am extremely happy finally to have been treated with so much dignity and respect.

My family has been going to Bawa Dentistry (Manassas office) for the past 13 years. Theyve known my youngest child since birth. Dr. Bobby is a wonderful dentist. Hes friendly and makes everyone feel at ease. And Ms. Terri, at the front desk, makes you feel like family.

I seriously had the best experience here. Usually Im a wuss when it comes to numbing. But he was so good I barely felt anything at all. His assistant was so sweet and so nice and made the experience so good and relaxed. I mean, the prices blew my mind a little because Im from a small town in louisiana. But I wouldnt hesitate to go back. The comfort and the care I received from them plus the speed for my procedure was amazing. And Dr Bawa was so nice. My wife and I have been seeing the doctors at Bawa Dentistry for five or six years. After many attempts at finding just the right dentist, I can honestly say that these two doctors and their very competent staff more than fit the bill for all of my dental needs. Fantastic staff and Doctors, so patient, gentle, and personal--just what the doctor ordered. You will receive all the TLC you deserve from folks who MAJOR in patient care. I had impacted wisdom teeth, I was in and out in what seemed like 20 minutes, it may have been longer, but it seemed so quick. I felt nothing until about 7 pm that night, but the doctor had given me meds to assist with the pain. I have never met such professionals in all my life--and Im an old fart so that says a lot for this organization. Trust me when I say, this Dental practice beats all of them in Manassas and Gainsville--Hands Down, they are NUMBER ONE. They are the BEST. See these guys first and you will never go anywhere else.

First let me say I DO NOT like going the dentist. I was very nervous Dr. Bawa didnt do anything until we talked about what I wanted to do and before he did anything he explained to me what he or his assistance were going to do. Throughout the procedure him and his assistance asked me if I fine multiple times. He did his best to make me comfortable. They were very gentle. I do look forward to going Back to work on the plan he helped me come up with. Thank you Dr. Bawa.

Being semi new to the area, I needed to find a new dentist. My grandma suggested that I go to Dr.Bawa, who has been her dentist for a long period of time. From the second you walk in the door, you are greeted with a very welcoming staff. The ladies at the front desk are always very nice and love to talk to you and answer any questions you have that they might be able to help you with. Dr. Bawa and his hygienists are every bit of the word amazing. I had to get new fillings on a couple of teeth and I always dreaded the numbing part because every dentist I had been to just jabbed the needle in, and it wasnt very unpleasant. Dr. Bawa administered the medicine so smoothly, I had to ask him if he was gonna do it anytime soon. He is very personal and cares about you the patient but also enjoys small talk. I highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone that needs a stellar dental team.

I highly recommend Bawa Dentistry. I originally went to the Centreville location, & Dr. Anoop Bawa is wonderful! She is very personable & friendly & she is excellent at what she does. She did a few fillings for me, & they were painless and done very well. I now go to the Manassas location bc of the office hours working with my days off. Dr. Bobby is great as well! They are a family run practice and a family oriented team! I highly recommend both locations! Terry, the office manager, is sweet & friendly. Melanie, the hygienist, does a great job. I definitely recommend this practice.

Bawa Dentistry is by far my favorite dentist office. I have been to many before but here the staff takes the time to inform you and do the job down to the best detail. I moved to Florida but I still go over there to get my teeth cleaned every six months. Definitely worth it.
