Lindsay Collision Center of Manassas is a wonderful repair shop. They are very professional and provide great customer service. They did a wonderful job replacing my car bumper. I would totally use them again. This is the third time I have used this company.

This was a smooth process. From the estimate to the drop off, helping with rental car, communication and the repair itself. Amazing job they did. Highly recommend.

Very professional and also relaxed environment. Was getting an inspection from and minor accident and was able to get a same day appointment. Alignment was completed and I was back in my vehicle the same day, they even cleaned my interior and exterior no charge. Will definitely keep them in mind next time I need repairs!

Lindsey Collision center did fantastic work at repairing damages on my truck after an accident. As a collision center, I do expect good work; I’m giving them a perfect score because on top of great work this facility is fantastic at all the little things that make or break experiences for me.First, when I went to drop off my vehicle everyone I encountered was extremely kind. Several people ensured I was being helped, and 2 people apologized for the “mess” because it was their first day in their new facility. To be clear, the “mess” was minimal and not a big deal at all. Second, the facility secured my vehicle behind a fence. The last time my car was getting repairs at a dealership (not affiliated with Lindsey) my tags were stolen along with a new car and the criminals racked up thousands of dollars of tickets in DC, MD and VA. The dealership had not secured my vehicle and did not have cameras. So I felt safe at Lindsey with their gigantic privacy fence. Third, throughout my repair process I received daily updates on status and my truck was ready when promised. Finally, my car was soooooooo clean when I picked it up. Much cleaner than when I dropped it off. That was an unexpected and appreciated surprise.I definitely recommend this facility and would absolutely use them again.

We had such a great experience with Lindsay Collision Center from the moment we contacted them for repairs. The staff is courteous and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Not to mention the fabulous job they did on repairing the dent on our car after an accident. It looks like a brand new car and I cant recommend them enough! They also were gracious enough to look into why our AC wasnt working, which wasnt a service we took the car in for. This has got to be the best place Ive taken my car for repair in the area!

My vehicle was taken here so that the adjuster could place an estimate. Car was a total loss, so I didnt end up having any work done, but the shop was immaculate and the staff were courteous and friendly which speaks volumes on the work they perform in itself

Very professional!! they will go above and beyond to provide the best customer service. I went in for a collision repair for the front end of the car. The process was smooth and fast. They keep you updated throughout the process. One headlight was changed due to damage, but since it was done through insurance they were not going to cover for the other headlight and basically one headlight was brand new while the other headlight was dirty and had started to fade. It didnt look right. Jonathan an employee went above and beyond by offering to restore the old headlights and make it look like its new. Jonathan was very professional and provided the best customer service. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Finally there is a respectable collision center in Manassas. I was in an accident and was able to get an appointment to drop off my car quickly. I was able to get a rental car with Enterprise. They worked with my insurance and were able to fix my car in no time. The text message updates make things so much easier to stay in contact. My truck came back looking new. The excellent customer service and professionalism is second to none. I wouldn’t go anywhere else by Lindsay Collision in Manassas.

All of the staff at Lindsay are amazing! Every single person went out of their way to help me, no matter what time of day. My airbags all popped and I was devastated!! Not only were they able to get it fixed for me and not have it be a total loss, but Their service department stayed late for me when I needed to come pick up my car and got stuck in traffic, and when I got my car back it was literally the cleanest and shiniest I’ve ever seen it!!

As a former employee of Lindsay Automotive group, I write this review to help better protect future employees and / or customers.For years, this company has repeatedly abused their power to belittle their employees and customers alike. Anything from taking money from employees hard-earned paychecks for managements mistakes, enforcing ridiculous policies on their lead technicians making it near impossible to return to work from an illness, to implementing managements own personal agenda / desires upon female employees forcing them to make uncomfortable and difficult decisions. I have been victim & witness to all of the following and more unjust actions taken by Lindsay automotive management team.Im not sure how much of an impact a review alone has on pushing Lindsay to be the company that they say to be; but my suggestion for any Lindsay CO or manager that reads this, is to take a look in the mirror, and ask yourself why the employee turn around rate is as high as it is. The answer is as clear as day.

Lindsay worked seamlessly with my insurance company. I had minor rear bumper damage, but the bumper had to be replaced. I scheduled an estimate and then a drop off a few days later on Monday afternoon and picked my car up on Thursday. Everyone I talked to at Lindsay was very professional.

The initial process was smooth and easy. Upon first impression I was greeted and even seen before my scheduled appointment because I arrived early. That was greatly appreciated. The staff was also friendly however one complaint that did cause the less than satisfactory stars was the follow up. My vehicle was estimated to be ready on a Tuesday. I called early in that morning to see if the vehicle might be ready sooner in the day and I was told I would be contacted later that morning... I was never contacted and I had to reach out again only to be told it wouldn’t be complete until Thursday. Ok fine, no problem. Thursday was here and once again I called about the time. I was told I would be called around lunch time, well that never happened. I called again around 2 and was told the adviser would call me back in 1 hour. 4PM (which was the estimated time on the courtesy texts) came around and I still wasn’t called back so Once again I had to initiate the call. Had the following up not been an issue I would have probably given this place 5 stars.

Repairs were done within a week and my car was back to new. quick and sufficient.

A tree fell on my car during Covid. They had safety procedures to protect employees & the public including; disinfectIon, wearing masks and social distancing. I had regular updates on the progress, it was ready ahead of schedule and looks great. I would refer friends & family to this location!

I called to have my rear bumper replaced because I was rear-ended 3 times by the same driver. Lindsey Collision was very flexible in getting my vehicle seen as well as giving me an estimate of how much it will cost and when my vehicle will be ready. They continuously updated me on how the repair is going and that my vehicle was on track to the estimated completion date for repair. Lastly customer service was great they answered all my questions and were very polite and courteous.

My jeep was hit from the behind and my corner panels were out of alignment. Not to mention my tailgate did not close. I had a EVO MFG caged tire carrier that absorbed the majority of the impact and saved my jeep. however, the collision bent the back end.the Mechanics and the Technicians repaired my carrier and my jeep better than it was originally. I cannot ask for more the professionalism and value these men and women gave to my vehicle is awesome. Their quality is top notch!

Amazing collision shop. I was able to get in for an appointment fairly quickly and everyone was so friendly. The coffee machine, lobby, and tv made everything feel welcoming and warm. Although I don’t hope to have another reason to go back, I’ll be using them in the future and recommending them to anyone who asks.

As a lover of cars and a technician myself, I could not have been happier taking my car to Lindsay. Everyone I spoke with answered my questions easily, I could tell they know what they’re doing. I was nervous leaving my baby in other people’s hands but I was happily surprised!

I’ve been purchasing automotive services for the last 35 years, and to be completely frank with you, Lindsay Collision provided me my most unforgettable experience during those 35 years. Lindsay Collision turned a small one week job into a three week escapade.At the conclusion of two and a half weeks, I arrived to pick up my vehicle that was supposedly finished. The car was far from finished. I pointed out all areas that still needed painting (bare metal in some cases). I came back two days later only to find continuing problems. Actually, the staff had even created a couple of new ones.The shop appears to do a high volume business, but I cannot believe it can operate without any attention to detail. I can only conclude that my experience is a deviation from the norm - or that they are soon destined for closure.I can say with confidence that I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back to Lindsay Collision. I cannot trust Lindsay to adequately repair my vehicle, and I’m concerned about the repairs that I cannot readily see.Im not interested in discussing the matter will Lindsay any further - unless they are willing to compensate me for my time, effort, and cost of additional repairs (elsewhere).Unless you enjoy the thrill gambling, I would suggest that you seek your repairs else where.

I was hit on the rear passenger door on the right side of my mercedes SUV. I came here for repairs. They did an AMAZING job! I swear that side of my vehicle looks better than the other side now! I could not of been more pleased with my experience at Lindsay Collision. I was able to schedule to drop off my car early the next morning so I did not have to take any time off of work. Enterprise is right on site so getting my rental was quick and easy.They were able to get my car fixed the same week. It looks amazing and like nothing ever happened!The entire team was extremely friendly and professional and answered all of my (probably entirely too many) questions. This was my first time (& hopefully the last) being in an accident; my vehicle was rear-ended last month, and having moved to Virginia just recently, I did not know where to get my vehicle repaired or what to expect. Nationwide recommended Lindsay Collision Center, and I’m glad that I went with it. Lindsay Collision Center has great customer service and very respectful and courteous staff. The overall experience was very gratifying! Greg took the time to explain the process and what to expect. They finished repairs a day earlier than the date given to me, and I appreciated the regular status updates from them as work was being completed. They open early so I didn’t have to take time off from work on the day of the pickup; I was there at 7:15 a.m. and they had my vehicle ready, all fixed, washed and looking as good as new! Its been 3 days since I got my vehicle back and there are no lingering issues. Jackie from LCC even followed up with a call later to see how things are going and whether I had any concerns or questions. Thanks to Greg, Jamie, Jackie, Julia & rest of their team, I’m a very satisfied customer and will not hesitate in recommending them to others! Thank you Lindsay Collision Center, Manassas... We were disappointed with the work if I am being honest. It was done sloppy the first go round and had them fix the errors/finish what wasnt done a second time. It was nice of them to offer a rental car when I needed it, but I feel it shouldnt of come to that to begin with. The hood on my car is not the same and they left white powder all inside my car(from when they sanded I believe) that is now all over EVERYTHING. Looks like they tried to clean it up, but that wasnt done right either. I will say that Oscar was pleasant to work with and friendly.

Only been here once but the experience was astoundingly low stress. The girl handling my case was polite and kept me updated every step of the way. Hopefully I don’t need body work again for a while but I’ll def be heading to Lindsay.

Special thanks to the manager Oscar who went out of his way to make an earlier snafu work out for my schedule. The work they did on my car was excellent as well. I would use them again but do wish they had extended hours. I was please with Enterprise and Geico as well. The three companies worked together well to make the process easy for the customer.

Initial estimate for front end damage (bumper, lights, and sensors) $5k. Two days later....estimate was increased to $7k...one week later final estimate was $10k! The cost to fix the front end was more than 50% of the TOTAL COST of the CAR - BRAND NEW! After Lindsay Collision Center couldnt fix the sensor issues, they sent the car to Lindsay VW. At no point did Lindsay Collision contact me with status. I had to call them 3 separate times to check on status. Each time I called it was the same story...Oh! I just talked to my manager, I was just about to call you. Lindsay Collision missed 2 deadlines they imposed on themselves. The car was in the shop for 1 1/2 months. STRONGLY BELIEVE, BUT DO NOT HAVE PROOF, LINDSAY COLLISION IS BILKING THE INSURANCE SYSTEM! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Im super glad I made the decision to have Lindsay Collision Center of Manassas repair the mishap on my vehicle. The facility is modern with plenty of parking space. The main lobby/ waiting area is very comfortable and is complemented by a Starbucks coffee and Tea machines along with a beautiful high definition television. This is only just the beginning to an awesome customer experience. The staff is very welcoming and care about meeting the needs of the customer. All my questions and concerns were addressed and I was kept apprised on the progress of repairs until completion. I rcvd e-mails, phone calls, an texts to keep me informed of the status of my vehicle. The repairs were completed in a very timely fashion. I also picked up my car rental on site making the experience even better. The repair craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. The paint color match was perfect! My car was nicely detailed and clean when I received it, even the tires and rims were cleaned. I wasnt expecting that either. I was so pleased with my experience that I shared it with my friends and family. Nobody enjoys the stresses caused by a vehicle collision but man did Lindsay Collision Center make it a memorable one. I felt like I was in good hands from the very first day. Thanks to all the staff and technicians that worked on my car. As they say in the military, Bravo Zulu!
