Great customer service! My son and I were in the area close by to get his windows tinted when I saw the sign for DENTMASTERS. We pulled up and saw the sign to call and make an appointment so my son called and Dave answered the phone. My son explained that we were right outside the office in Manassas and was hoping someone could come out and take a look at the dent in my car. Dave mentioned that he had just left and was headed to Dodge in Manassas that if we wanted, we could met him there. We said sure, we can do that. Be right there! When we arrived, he introduced himself and measured the dent on the side of my car and said he could fix within 30 minutes for x amount of dollars and I said, sure! He fixed the dent within just a few minutes and he was super friendly. Im 100% satisfied with his work and for his amazing customer service. Very impressive! Thank you, again!

Dave took a quick look and quoted me a fair price to repair my door ding. After he was done, I couldn’t tell where the door ding originally was. I’m very impressed with the quality of work and service Dave provides at his shop. I will forever return to Dave for any dent repair as long as I live in Virginia.

Dave is a master at removing dents . My 2017 Explorer had a dent in the front quarter panel above the passenger front tire. He took a little over a hour and a half and it looks like new. Good job Dave.

Sent pics over for a quote. Brought the M4 out to the shop and Dave gave me the bad news that the dent was too deep (rear panel near the trunk) and even with his magic, he may not be able to get the dent out. My heart sank to say the least. Left the car with Dave and he said hed have it back to me the next day. Called 3hrs later and said my car was ready. Didnt share any details if he got the dent out. Got to the shop and saw my baby and she was in perfect condition. Dave did an INCREDIBLE job! That dude worked some kind of magic!Go see these folks...they KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING! Don is amazing! He took care of my very minor door ding and was even able to buff away some of the scratches left behind. This company has been around forever and Ive always recommended it to others, this is the first time Ive ever actually used them myself and I am 100% satisfied.

I have an older, classic car and am generally pretty careful where I park it; but on a recent trip it acquired a large door ding while parked in a motel parking lot. Took the car to Don to see if it was something they could deal with and he did it while I waited. He also dealt with a couple of other small, minor imperfections at the same time. I was delighted – absolutely no indication the door had ever been dinged. Friendly people, great service, reasonable price; what more could you ask?

Dave immediately took me as a unannounced drive in and worked for four hours on a complex dent in my Mini Cooper. His work was exceptional. I wasn’t surprised as he did just as good a job for me on the same car five years ago. There is a big difference in the end product when doing this work and Dave is the best.

A good sized dent in the fender of our year old van from a parking lot door incident left us with 2 options for repair, traditional collision repair and paint or Paintless dent removal. Came in on short notice and had a bit of miscommunication between Dave and Don, but Dave still took me in the same day and took care my vehicle. This company is the place to go for dents on your vehicle. I made an appointment earlier in the week with these guys and when I showed up to tell them about the dent I have on my car they were plight and willing to take care of my dent at a low cost. I went to a local body shop to get an estimate and the price was through the roof. I heard about Dent Masters through the internet and loved all the reviews I saw, so I went and checked out what these guys could do for me. Yesterday my new 2019 Chevy Silverado was damaged by a person who didnt have the nerve to tell me they accidently hit my truck. I was beside myself that if I used my insurance they would report it as an accident which would show up on Carfax if I decide to sell it in the future.I contacted Dent Masters of Manassas and they had an opening this afternoon, next day after the occurrence. I took it in and he measure it to be a 3 dent/crease. Quoted me and made the repair in about an hour. I couldnt believe that was possible but when he finished, it was like new. There wasnt any paint damage so this was the most cost effective fix. I was amazed at his technique and he was very professional, went the extra step to buff out the other 2 scuffs and the area of repair.I highly recommend them if you have damage where the paint is not affected because it is repaired without Bondo or long down time at a body shop.Great work but I hope I dont have to go back and visit him again, if something happens he will be the first person I call.

I was referred to Dent Masters from a local body shop. I had a 2 inch diameter door ding from a time I parked in a tight parking garage. It stood out like a sore thumb. I saw it each time I looked out the kitchen window while my car was in the drive.Don and his team in 30 minutes made my car look like it never happened. They are a nice friendly team. Dave is the man!I originally went to the tysons location for a dent on the hood of my BMW X3 but they werent able to take me until the next following week. They provided me with Daves information ( located in manassas) and he was able to take me within the hour of me calling him.The tysons location quoted me $580.00 in total to get the dent out but dave upon further inspection was able to knock off $150 because he was able to repair the dent without removing the hood of my car! I loved how he helped me cut costs rather than add like other auto repair shops.I had some work to do so he told me to bring my laptop and that I could work at his shop. He provided me with the WiFi info and a nice little sitting area where I could put my computer down. He was super accommodating.He said the repair would take roughly a couple of hours and he finished it just under that time.The tysons location is great Im sure.. but you usually have to wait a long time and leave your car with them for half or even the entire day because its a high traffic area. Give the Manassas location a shot, and ask specifically for Dave!Time: almost 2 hoursSpace: super clean, and has plenty of resting areas for you to wait and drink coffeeCost: Dave hooked it up by knocking off $150 from what the tysons location said they would chargeCustomer service: freaking awesomeSuper friendly guy, and he even polished the car at the end!! The photos speak for themselves and he didnt take my payment until after Ive inspected the repair.Would give this place and specifically Dave 10 stars. Highly recommended.
