My husband and I are new home owners and so when our AC stopped working we had no idea what wasnt working or what to do about it. We called Aire Serv on a friday evening after hours but recieved a call back so quickly from the on call tech, Jason. Jason is wonderful! He took the time to explain everything so we would understand. He and everyone else was very helpful when I called a few times to ask questions and more then happy to come out again.

They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, informative, and reasonably priced. We have absolutely no complaints, only praise !

The Aire Serv Technician, Jeremy, took the time to explain the advantages of using the HVAC fan in addition to the temperature settings. Using his advice, we now have a more consistent temperature throughout our house.

Had an HVAC Tech come out (aaron) because our AC wasnt working properly. After diagnostics were done, my options were to spend $2100 to test for a leak, system evac and add coolant or 7k for a new unit. My readings were 45/300 psi. Had another company come out and at the end of the day my condenser just needed to be cleaned, then the high side dropped to 150psi and coolant was added. Now it works amazing. Now its 60/250 and cold for $140. Sry guys bad diagnostics.

Tech reviewed my unit and didnt find any issues. During the analysis he gave a lot of detail information that helped explain what issues he was checking for. I feel comfortable that the unit is in working order.

Called for an estimate...first time connected with Wendy and then the call disconnected before she had all of my information. Never got a call back, and the line for new customers continued to disconnect a couple more times before I gave up. :/ No idea if they are any good but this was a very frustrating experience.

When I called with what I feared was a failed HVAC fan motor two days before Memorial Day weekend (think hot and getting hotter), Air Serv was able to schedule a repairman for the following day (the Friday before Memorial Day) without labeling it an emergency call. The repairman showed up exactly on time (after calling ahead to let us know he was on his way), confirmed the diagnosis that the fan motor had failed, determined that the fan motor was still under warranty, called suppliers to locate a replacement motor, picked up the motor, installed the motor, and thoroughly cleaned the air circulator before replacing it. The repairman was very knowledgeable, courteous, informative, professional, and efficient (yes, he was all those!). I have used Air Serv for a number of years precisely because of all the preceding reasons and, as part of this visit, I renewed my annual service contract with Air Serv (again, for these precise reasons). In summary, excellent service by an excellent company.

Jason, (tech) and Michelle, (receptionist??), are excellent representatives of the company. Michelle is friendly, receptive and knows exactly what kind of work I ask for. Jason is on-time, explains all the work I need so that I can understand it and is extremely efficient and knows his stuff, Your prices are more than fair. I cannot see myself turning to another HVAC company for any reason.

Technicians are pleasant and neat. They clean up and are polite.Ive been using Aire Serv since either 1999 or 2000. And when I sold my t/h in 2009 I had no need as I had to move into an apartment.Then when I bought my new t/h in 2013 I called them up again and have been using them since.Id recommend Aire Serv to anyone!

Ultimately the damage was not as severe as I expected, but they took the time to explain to me what had gone wrong, and how to handle it in the future.

On time, polite, thorough, and even put on booties to keep my house clean. This is more than appreciated as I have severe allergies. I would unequivocally recommend Aire Serv. And, I will continue to use Aire Serv to maintain my HVAC systems.

I work with these folks and they are a great team to work with. They really care about their customers and do everything they can to get out and take care of them, especially in any emergency situations where people are without heat or air conditioning.

The labor cost to replace a thermostat that was under warrantee seemed exorbitant. Other than that, the service was excellent.

Called airserv to fix my AC. Technician came in and gave me a quote for $1298.00 to fix it. It is a capacitor failure. I paid the service fee $125 and declined the service. When i check with different company they charged me $85 for the whole repair including capacitor. I wouldnt recommend Aire Serv.

Joe Devito runs a great company and our usual technician, Jason Selner, is absolutely fantastic! We have been a contract maintenance customer for more than a decade and have never had a negative experience...they are competent, professional and reliable. They even installed a new HVAC system to replace our homes original system and did an outstanding job in installing new ductwork as part of our basement remodeling. You can put your trust the Aire Serve team!!

Not a great experience, felt like we were overcharged. AirServs tech visit revealed we needed a new thermostat, we could only buy it from them at a substantially marked up price. We questioned the cost of their thermostat, the selections but in the end our HVAC tech acted like he had not even HEARD of a Nest programmable thermostat when we asked him (available for 4 years now). In the end because our AC was broken we were forced to accept their high mark up thermostat price. Now well probably buy a NEST and sell their cheapo Honeywell on Ebay. Felt like a slick mechanic giving us the runaround and wouldnt explain their costs. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Also we thought the initial service call (they had to come back twice because they didnt have the parts) would be deducted from the total bill, it was not. We were charged two visits. Didnt feel like they were honest or upfront answering any of our questions.
