We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Majestic and their entire team. Scott was integral to our design process and his guidance was extremely helpful and made a great impact on our project. His eye for detail and knowledge of product were top notch. William was a pleasure to deal with regarding installation and follow-up. He was immediately responsive and got things scheduled very quickly. The crews always showed up on time, did amazing and professional work, and were a true pleasure to deal with. The after installation follow-up and fine tuning were equally excellent. You may be able to find somewhere slightly less expensive, but they can not be be beat for quality of product, professionalism, and customer service from start to finish.

We worked with Vinny Carilli on our kitchen renovation and could not have been happier with the finished product. We did a full gut renovation of our home so we worked with a LOT of different vendors - Vinny was without a doubt among the very best (if not THE best). From the very start we were impressed by his enthusiasm and dedication to our project - it is a fairly large kitchen but with some unusual structural limitations so it required a lot of tweaking and trying out various configurations to find what worked best. Vinny was ALWAYS happy to make changes and show us 3D renderings so we could get a better sense for how it would look. We had at least 20 different revisions...all before we even signed a contract with him (most kitchen design studios wont give you a single sketch before you sign with them). To us, this was a sign that Vinny simply loves what he does and has a true passion for his job. We had some of our own ideas as far as design/color scheme that Vinny was happy to build off of while offering his own input and bringing ideas to the table that we never wouldve thought of on our own. We had a hard deadline on when we had to be in our new house and Vinny was able to move mountains for us to get our project done on time. There have been some minor issues post installation (e.g. some cabinet doors needing leveling) that Vinny has quickly resolved with no absolutely no fuss. All in all, it has been a real pleasure!!!

My experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My salesman Roberto went above and beyond keeping me informed in delivery and what I needed to have before my delivery came. Roberto was professional and so knowledgeable he helped me tremendously and always squeezed me in when I needed his advise.My cabinet install was perfect. The crew headed by Mark was outstanding and done to perfection. They were professional, neat and started and finished when they said they would.I also got my countertops from Majestic. That department is fantastic also. Headed by William. The guys who install and template were so great and happy to answer my questions.Overall this was a 5 star experience and I would highly recommend Majestic to anyone looking to redo/update their kitchen cabinets and countertops, you wont be disappointed!

They guided us to great options within our budget range and had good insight into what would work well in a relatively small space. We were so pleased with them that they did both our other bathrooms. When we are ready for a kitchen, our first and only stop will be Majestic.

We purchased a 1950s Ranch Home in January 2020. Along with it came the 1950s kitchen that was in need of remodeling. We are very particular and after interviewing several companies we decided on Majestic Kitchens and Bath. Vinnie Carilli was such a pleasure to work with. His professionalism, experience, wealth of knowledge, and understanding of our needs resulted in a beautiful design that exceeded our requirements We ended up with 30% more storage capacity within the old kitchen footprint. Vinnie was also very patient with redesigns and our many questions throughout the process. We also greatly appreciated Majestics team that stored our cabinets, and manufactured and installed our countertops, and their patience during the ups and downs we all experienced during Covid restrictions. Magestic built our kitchen 15 years ago and it still looks great. A few weeks ago, my 85 pound dog ran into one of the lower cabinet doors and bent a hinge. I couldnt find the right hinge on-line. I called up Magestic. They had the hinge and mailed it to me right away. Then they followed up to make sure that I received the hinge and it was the right piece. Phenomenal service.

I can only say wonderful things about my experience with Majestic Kitchens during my stressful home renovation which was completed this past winter. Everyone from Reception, to design, to billing, to installation and even repair, went above and beyond what I could ask for. They company was responsive to any emails and concerns I had. They were always on time for appointments. They respected my time as much as their own which is hard to find now a days from anyone. I was a little afraid to use such a large company for fear of not getting good service and I thought a small company would provide more personalized service but that was not the case at all. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would use them again without reservation.

Working with Majestic was the easiest, most stress-free part of our apartment gut renovation in NYC. Their contribution to our renovation was flawless from beginning to end. William Luceno went out of his way to help us locate a hard-to –find stone slab for a custom piece of furniture. He understood our aesthetic and what we were hoping to achieve and offered expert advice from slab selection, color matching and hardware choice. He was always easily available for even the smallest question. The fabrication of countertops and backsplashes, which included every room in the apartment, were perfectly fitted and invisibly seamed. To a man, the crew was polite, knowledgeable, careful and accommodating. I would never consider another renovation without Majestic.

Majestic handled the remodeling of two kitchens (one in each of two apartments) in Larchmont for us, one six years ago, the other less than three. Great job both times.The pull-out garbage drawer in the older one just broke, because a heavy object fell on it while open, and bent the mechanism. I called Majestic, which promptly sent a repair crew, which replaced the entire mechanism at a very reasonable cost.I highly recommend Majestic Kitchens and Baths.

I highly recommend Majestic Kitchens & Baths. My father had a complete kitchen done by them 8 years ago. They did an amazing job! Recently I needed information about the kitchen for a change my Dad was making and Kathie was so quick to respond and extremely helpful!

Avoid at all costs. We ordered our Plain & Fancy cabinets from Majestic. The Majestic designer was helpful initially but really dropped the ball after the order was placed. For example, we made some last minute changes to the design before the order. The Majestic designer made some notes on the design to reflect the changes. After the order, we asked multiple times for a final copy of the plan to confirm that the last minute changes were reflected in the design. Our emails were ignored. We asked for updated shipping ETAs. Our emails were ignored. And of course the final edits were not made and we were shipped the wrong cabinets delaying our project by weeks. They only offered a partial discount (< 5%) if we accepted the wrong cabinets which we could not do. We recently did another project using Plain & Fancy. We went with KBS and had a much better experience.

My husband and I worked with Scott Weinlein from Majestic Kitchens and Baths. They were both absolutely amazing!Scott helped us to create the kitchen of our dreams.He patiently listened to what we wanted to do in our kitchen, listened to what was important to us, heard all of our size concerns and then put them all to rest step by step. Scott generated a computer schematic that helped us to see how our kitchen would look and gave us a chance to make any changes with ease. The schematic also helped us see size approximations, the cabinetry style and design layout quite clearly. Scott masterfully blended what was important to us in the kitchen with his creativity. Scotts recommended cabinet style for our taste, mixed with layout and appliance design was so fluid and on point, it far exceeded what we expected. Result: A kitchen that is amazing and all within our budget!Another important note: The ease of appliance placement and movement while cooking in the kitchen speaks to why its so important to have a professional design a kitchen! Im a big cook, I immediately noticed the easy flow I have while moving in the kitchen, from the refrigerator to the various cabinets, stove and sink.Then, just when we thought we were done, Scott pulled the look even further together with the best lighting suggestions and paint selections! His attention to the smallest detail such as hardware and lighting were so innovative and appealing...again within budget! Those finishing touches not only added to the functionality of our kitchen but made it decoratively beautiful. Scotts professional knowledge of a full, turnkey functional kitchen from stove to sink types, back splashes, refrigerator models, cabinet style, cabinet placement, cabinet sizes and content ideas, flooring ideas....my goodness..I think you get the idea!Thank you Scott and Majestic Kitchens we seriously cannot thank you enough. After all, how many times can you afford to renovate your kitchen? Thank you for bringing our confusion down to size in easy to see, uncomplicated decisions. The result is breathtaking. I went in an spoke to a designer. He came out and measured and told me it would take two weeks for an estimate. Its now been 3 weeks, ive left 2 messages and no returned call or estimate. The receptionist just offers to put you through to the designer who doesnt return your call. Very unprofessional and I guess they are too big to care.
