In a word to describe Bilotta Kitchens.WONDERFUL!!!!I knew that there was a Showroom in Mammaroneck but I did not know where it was. I called and a man answered the phone, telling me where the Showroom is/was. I walked there.... I entered the place.......What Beautiful Kitchens! As I was in a bit of a hurry I didnt get to see the Bathrooms. I will definitely return to have a better look also at the Bathrooms.

We love our Bilotta kitchen. We fondly remember our experience with the Bilotta people who had the experience, expertise, patience and a true desire to help us. We believe that our kitchen gave us the right combination of beauty, functionality, quality and price. At a time when so many suppliers were hiding behind the excuse of the Covid Pandemic, our kitchen was delivered on time, assembled in an extremely professional manner and even some additional requests we had were tended. Thank you Bilotta.

Buyer beware - terrible customer service and attention to detail, their mistakes are your problems to solve.We have been working with Bilotta to remodel our kitchen, powder room and master ensuite. They just got too many things wrong for me to be an even remotely satisfied customer and recommend them to anyone.Some of the problems weve had are:- One bathroom cabinet made in the wrong finish- Handles required when we specifically asked for no handles, especially in the ensuite.- Kitchen was designed and built without a trashcan/recycling bin.- Motorised cabinet requiring electrical work that we didnt request, wasnt on the plans and no one knew about. Of course now we need to figure out how to make it work with our stone slab backsplash.- Mounting requirements for J-hooks never communicated and weve already installed the Calacatta Marble.Save yourself the aggravation, time and money by shopping elsewhere.

Bilotta designer Fabrice Garson transformed our 21 year-old kitchen into a state of the art masterpiece. Fabrice guided us every step of the way, from the walnut hardwood floors to the stainless steel hood set above a sleek Wolf convection stove top. He designed magnificent two inch thick marble counter tops from Walker Zanger, including a huge island with intricate details, the likes of which you cant really find today. Fabrice added details in the lighting, molding and wallpaper. He even helped us choose a perfect polished stainless steel and glass table, and picked the perfect stingray fabric for the chairs.After the main kitchen was completed, (on time thanks to Fabrice and contractor Guilliame Breton) Fabrice designed a butlers pantry. It boasts a hand carved walnut countertop and commercial refrigerator handles for the cabinets.Oh yes, and Fabrice helped us remodel our powder room with a gorgeous mosaic tile floor, and wallpapered ceiling. Working with Fabrice was a fantastic experience from start to finish!

Twelve years ago Paula designed our fabulous and still is perfect! We have moved and used Paula AGAIN for our new kitchen.. the process is easy, from the moment you step in their showroom in Mt Kisco or Mamaroneck, to the very end of project... they are organized and professional. We love our new BILOTTA Paula designed kitchen..

I had a great experience working with Bilotta Kitchens, I would highly recommend them. I worked with Danielle Florie out of their Mount Kisco showroom. Danielle was a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job designing my kitchen. She was incredibly responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process. She really was amazing and listened to my needs/wants. She was just so knowledgeable and full of ideas, I couldnt be happier with the final product!

Bilotta Kitchens provided excellent, professional service throughout the process of gutting, redesigning and installing my new kitchen. Tabitha Tepe, my dedicated designer, has excellent style and ideas that were reflected in the final design. She was incredibly responsive and flexible. Tabitha demonstrated great problem-solving skills, extensive product knowledge, and worked hand-in-hand with my installers. A great experience -- I strongly endorse Tabitha & Bilotta Kitchens!

Bilotta Kitchens has done two projects for me and I have been extremely satisfied both times. Randy designed a dream kitchen and master bathroom. She made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Highly recommended!

Overall an excellent experience. We used Bilotta for 2 Bathroom renovations, a touch upkitchen remodeling, a Bar Area and a Den.
